The equipment is well maintained, and they are opting for a newer, more relaxing look and feel. WRS not only hosts several group classes, but they also have other businesses within the building which are very beneficial health-wise. The trainers are friendly and excellent as well as the staff who are very focused on you as a member.

I have never seen a GM so invested in a gym as he was. While I was there I observed him positively interacting with his customers, cleaning and also repairing equipment. The employees staffing the gym seem to shield him from any calls from current or former members. They make it impossible to cancel your membership so don't believe them when they say "its cancelled..." because its not. I've already filed a complaint with the TDL- the Texas agency responsible for overseeing business practices with gyms. I am also going to file a small claims action. Is there anybody else who has been charged recurring fees after they have cancelled? Maybe I can get a class-action going?

The ventilation system is always off, and or the doors are always open while hot or cold outside. 3. The bathroom stinks and doesn't look like it gets cleaned everyday. 4. Other members are inconsiderate of others. 5. The staff doesn't repair or fix equipment. 6. The staff doesn't put equipment away. 7. The staff doesn't maintain equipment. 8. Dead bugs everywhere. 9. The staff doesn't clean. 10. Dusty. Here is what I like about this gym; 1. Location 2. A wide array of equipment. 3. Open to members 24 hours. To Titan Fitness: I pay for a full membership so stop being cheap and turn the ventilation system on, get your employees off that computer and get them active in walking around keeping the gym picked up and clean, and teach other members proper gym etiquette.
