There are such a large multitude of classes that Yoga8 offers, that I feel like i can learn something new every time I decide to come. I now attend yoga about 4 times a week. The instructors are genius, especially Kim and Angela. Superb stuff. Truly my life has shifted this summer. I highly recommend giving it a try. There is something for everyone at any level. No one to help, the young athletes clicking together. Not welcoming at all. Look guys, when I was young I ran 6 miles every other day averaging a 6 1/2 minute mile. That was just for fun, not training. You'll be old one day and odds are you'll never reach my level. I'm 65 and nutrition and fitness are my favorite thing. Be inclusive. You see an old person brave enough to enter the CrossFit gates, lean into that. You could really make a difference in someone's life.
