Check in is really easy - you just check in via an iPad and they'll call you back when they set up the room. The appointment itself is also very fast - I'm done in literally less than 5 minutes (time varies depending on the area you are getting done). I believe they upgraded their equipment so their laser treatment doesn't hurt at all! There's a mild warm feeling from the laser, but I felt no discomfort or pain during the procedure. Kiki was also very kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They run Groupon deals pretty often so it's well worth the cost (especially since the results seem to last even after your last session). You can only use a Groupon offer once a year, but their normal prices are pretty affordable for the city.

When I brought this up, instead of addressing the concern or trying to fix the issue, I was told it was my fault for not being consistent enough--and was immediately encouraged to purchase yet another package. I agreed at the time because Taina was still working there and I trusted her. However, she later left, and I was not informed ahead of time. After that, I continued treatments with Vanessa and repeatedly requested my treatment file to understand what settings were being used, since the results clearly weren't effective--especially after I had just spent another $1,400. Despite being told multiple times that my file would be sent, I didn't receive it until April 19--only after my services were abruptly canceled. I was told this was due to "profanity" and being "aggressive," which I find incredibly unfair given the situation. After years of loyalty, significant financial investment, and lack of results, frustration is a natural response. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and transparency. I was upset bc that's not the response you should be giving being that I had an appt with her specifically!! And no one communicated anything with me even that someone else will be doing my laser. Then when I finished laser, manager who I originally was scheduled with was helping them ring me up... but they told me she was busy.... That left a bad taste in my mouth, manager didn't even apologize or say anything.... If she didn't want to do my laser then that could've been communicated. Everything was not communicated.Very sweet girl who performed my laser so nothing against her, but I feel like I'm not going to be returning anymore. I pay 100 and I feel like they mainly shave your face with razor and don't really gilet moneys worth with lasted . I shouldn't receive more razor shaving than laser. I felt like when I got my laser before when tainuh worked there she was actually giving me my moneys worth. I felt more laser then shaving which is why I always faithfully every month came to this place. Don't think I will be returning which is unfortunate.

The consultation was straightforward & quick--Katie thoroughly examined my skin and reviewed the high-resolution photos taken with their machine. Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.
