This has caused unnatural creasing, asymmetry, and daily discomfort. Communication from the office was equally concerning. They delayed my medical-records request, refused to confirm what would be included before requiring payment, and eventually told me they would not continue discussing my case unless I removed my negative reviews. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
