My contract has since ended, and I would say that I'm only about 60% hairless in my underarm. And I'm referring to black hair on white skin. It was wrong to switch my treatment intervals mid contract, esp. without a price reimbursement. It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. I will concede that every technician I worked with was pleasant and helped to make the experience pleasant.

I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue.
