The app doesn't show you how much you have left. The financing company is difficult to reach. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. I love Kristen but I just don't know that I'd recommend this company. Perhaps I'd recommend her services, just at a different location.

Apart from that the difference is not noticeable. I knew it would be subtle but it's near impossible to see a difference. I signed up and entered into a contract where my underarm treatments would be every 6 weeks. Then…read morearound my 3rd treatment, I was told the policy had changed, and treatments could not be scheduled sooner than 8 weeks. My contract has since ended, and I would say that I'm only about 60% hairless in my underarm. And I'm referring to black hair on white skin. It was wrong to switch my treatment intervals mid contract, esp. without a price reimbursement. It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. I will concede that every technician I worked with was pleasant and helped to make the experience pleasant.
