Kristin is absolutely amazing at her job! I'm just not sure that I'd recommend this company. Appointments are difficult to make, I've never had an appointment actually start on time (not at all Kristen's fault), they're pricey and upsell ( I was quoted an introductory rate of $7PU but that week they had internet issues and when I went back to review my paperwork, it was at $9PU. The app doesn't show you how much you have left. The financing company is difficult to reach. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. I love Kristen but I just don't know that I'd recommend this company. Perhaps I'd recommend her services, just at a different location. read more

I will definitely be using this credit company that agreed to dispute the $1800 charge for a future scheduled surgery and any considered procedures for the future. I Highly recommend them. First, I gave this place three stars because my initial interaction with them was significant, and I don't hate this place completely. Asia, Taylor, all the girls at the front desk, and the nurses are so sweet. I had NOTHING but great experiences with them. They always made me feel welcome and appreciated. Those girls are genuine, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. So, my experience was not a mistake, and I don't recommend going here.. just don't get caught up and do your research. I would still be going if the factors I will discuss never happened. Emily at Laseraway in Oklahoma was down at Laseraway Baybrook. She told me she could give me a "great" deal for $3,300 for a cool sculpting upgrade. She said she would send the agreement forms over to me to sign. (I wasn't planning on signing them; I just said she could send the documents to me to get her off my back.) She walked back into the room a little while later and said, "So I did something weird," I opened my email, and it said, "Laseraway signed your documents." I looked at her, and she said, "Haha, but you're cool, so it's fine." I asked her if we could void it, and she said, "No, it's too late, but I know how bad you want to do it, so it's okay" (I did not want to do it). A month later, I called back after leaving a required doctor's appointment for my student pilot training; I called them asking for that same one to be refunded, and they said, "We don't do refunds, but we can see what we can do for you because It's you." Later, they called me back and said, "We can't refund you. I'm so sorry, girl." I was pissed, naturally, but at this point, I let it go, and I didn't want my hard-earned money to go to waste. Because even with Laseraway, they won't even give you a refund if you have used the treatments they gave you. I think I had 30 cool sculpting applications with them because of all their "deals," and I only used 9 to 11. In my mind, I hadn't even touched the cool sculpting treatments from the one they signed for me. At first, I was happy with my results. I went to get my abdomen done (this was four out of the 9 to 11 I had used), and after that, things were very off with my health as I have Crohn's disease. I got a doctor's note from my PCP saying I could not use any more cool sculpting applications. I sent this to them along with a refund request for what I HAD NOT used... I can live with paying for what I did use (because that was only fair.) Bryan from Laseraway Corporate then called me and refunded everything I used, even though that was not what I requested. He was vulgar to me. This is the WORST customer service phone call(s) I have ever experienced. While on the phone with him, knowing he was corporate, I thought there was something he could do for me regarding the signed agreement from Laseraway. He proceeds to tell me it "wouldn't be fair to us to refund that to you," "Emily did nothing wrong," and "that didn't stop you from using the treatments." This is only one of the few conversations I had with him; he also said, if I recall correctly, that my health was an "inconvenience" to refund me for. I could go on my phone calls with him, but I will not. I also do NOT know how they got me approved for up to $7,000 in credit, considering I used to get denied credit cards not long ago... This raises many questions. Maybe because I have a fantastic credit history now. But I have never been approved for more than $2500 for credit limits. read more

I would like to start with saying the staff is fantastic. I was very comfortable throughout all of my Cool Sculpting sessions. My complaint is with the lack of results. I was told that I would see 20%-25% reduction in just 1 application to a problem area. I did 2 applications in each area and there are NO results. I continued a good diet, exercised as I could, and did everything I was told to maximize results. I contacted customer service and they requested I have another consultation done where the tech even said there were no results. She submitted my case for a refund and after calling for 3 1/2 weeks for an update, I've been told they will not be refunding my $6000 but they'll give me a $1500 store credit. Why would I ever spend more time somewhere where the advertised results are false? Hayley was the one that sold me the package, she couldn't speak higher of Cool Sculpting, said I was going to have results to die for, etc etc etc. Now that I've been having issues, she is short on the phone, took forever to get in touch with, kept interrupting me, and was just rude all around. I've been wanting to try laser for so long, but have always been afraid of the pain. I walked into the Laser Away @ Baybrook Mall location and was instantly greeted, by the amazing front desk clerk. My nurse was absolutely amazing, she gave me a test strand and I was amazed, still nervous but she let me know how it would feel and the areas that would increase in pain. When she moved to a different section she gave me a heads up of what to expect in that area. I couldn't believe how painless it was. I was honestly shocked. I decided that I was going to have my Brazilian area lasered and started checking prices at various places. LaserAway was the first company I spoke with. Sam was amazingly helpful. She answered all of my questions and did not give me any run around when it came to pricing. She texted, emailed, and spoke with me on the phone. She was also incredibly quick to respond to emails and text. She told me about their Valentine's special to get underarms for free with the purchase of Brazilian hair removal and explained their financing options. She even set me up with a link to make sure I'd be approved and then immediately emailed me that evening when I was. I wanted to be sure to get a competitive price, so I called a couple more places. Of the three that eventually got back to me, one didn't have financing options and another simply refused to disclose their rates for hours, repetitively trying to get me to sign up for an in office consultation, even though I told them over and over that that was not an option because I needed to make a decision that weekend in order to decide whether I would go with LaserAway's temporary promotion or not. After many frustrating texts, they finally disclosed their rates and their Brazilian was significantly more expensive, and did not include underarms. I ran back to Sam as quickly as I could and e-signed the contract on a Saturday evening, long after five o'clock. I was super excited but nervous, as I had just watched a show where a character was screaming while getting laser hair removal. The office is nice and the girls at the front are super sweet and very helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about their services and just about have me sold on a pack of laser facials that they were telling me about. My nurse, Kristen, was also nice and seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort. She explained everything as she went along and really put me at ease. The actual treatment was surprisingly easy as well. I had to stop a couple of times on a couple of sensitive areas, but the pain dissipates immediately.
