I signed up and entered into a contract where my underarm treatments would be every 6 weeks. Then around my 3rd treatment, I was told the policy had changed, and treatments could not be scheduled sooner than 8 weeks. My contract has since ended, and I would say that I'm only about 60% hairless in my underarm. And I'm referring to black hair on white skin. It was wrong to switch my treatment intervals mid contract, esp. without a price reimbursement. It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. I will concede that every technician I worked with was pleasant and helped to make the experience pleasant. read more

I walked in, they said my appt was cancelled because I did not fill up some form they send me yesterday. There were 4 employees besides secretary, not doing anything. They tried to schedule me for tonight but I couldn't come in then. All very as indifferent and snobbish looking like I am not brining hundreds of dollars to have Botox done. DO NOT GET LASER HAIR REMOVAL HERE! I ended up with quarter sized hyperpigmentation dots all down my right leg post treatment a few weeks before my wedding. I had no recent sun exposure, no products on legs at the time, etc. They were not at all helpful. Worst part is that they said it MAY clear in 6-8 weeks (my wedding is in 4).....so now I will have lines of large polka dots down my lower right leg on my wedding day. UPDATE: someone from ideal image reached out offering a PARTIAL refund for the services and in turn I would have to sign the contract agreeing to remove my review. 12/22/21 - concern is due to lack of accommodation. I had an appointment rescheduled from Ideal Image to 12/22/21 (week of frenzy Christmas shopping) when my original appointment was weeks before but I agreed to accommodate them. Appointment scheduled at 5:50 pm in Clear Creek Area. I called the facility that I will be late by 10 min, and I am told they only provide a 15 min window or they will reschedule me. I arrive and standing in front of the receptionist at 6:08 pm (3 min past the 15 min window) and she states "we will have to reschedule you as you are past the 15 min window" I inform her it's "3" minutes. She continues to report that I was to be there no later than 6:05 not 6:08 and due to the amount of clients and people waiting they cannot make accommodations. Therefore she hands me a reschedule date and I have no choice but to agree once again. I was baffled that 3 min was too much time I was taking away from all the customers the receptionist stated. No one was at the lobby waiting. Therefore I chose to stay in my vehicle to observe. At 6:05 pm a client leaves (no one in the lobby waiting to be seen). That is when I arrived at the parking lot. At 6:47 pm client 2 leaves, no one else has walked in and no one at the lobby waiting to be seen, 7:01 pm a client walks in and is asked to wait and sits down. At 7:09 pm client 3 leaves. Client who arrived at 7:01 pm still waiting to be called in. She is is finally called back at 7:13pm. I understand what not being late means, but I also comprehend that 3 minute was not causing a disruption to your organization. As evident above of no clients waiting in the lobby and your flow of clients coming and going was not being disrupted as well. When customers work around your schedule please provide the same courtesy as our time is just as valuable. read more

Twice recently I scheduled an appt for hair removal touch up and both times my appt was cancelled because I have not downloaded their app and put my credit card information in. If I am a paying customer standing in front of you offering you my credit card to be kept on file for missing appt fees, etc. why should I have to download their app and put my confidential information in there. Initially the establishment seemed fine. The staff were friendly enough. It wasn't until I was botched by cool sculpting that there seemed to be an issue. After my very first cool sculpting treatment I ended with a deformity call PAH ( not the fault if the establishment). I came to the office to retrieve my medical records and was given one piece of paper. When asked about the rest of my records I was told they couldn't give me. Ive had such a terrible experience with this place. I went here for laser hair removal treatment. I signed a contract Dec 2019(a Doc u sign), then covid hits. Let me make this clear before I go further, this was the only contract I was given/signed. Anyways you have to get all your treatment done within the agreed time (16) months but due covid restrictions my appointments were pushed back super far out. Out of my 9 sessions I had 5 and the young lady Naomi (who wasn't normally there)almost made me pay for my 5th. Due to covid the front desk lady who was always there Julie, would always have to make my appointments, and just say I'll extend your contract, and Set me up an appointment. Nothing else was ever given to me---, not a revised contract nor did I sign anything or receive any other email other than my appointment Notification.---find out today after waiting two weeks to speak to a manager Adebah that when I set up the appointments my "extended contracts" according to Adebah were Doc u signed when I made the appointment. I explained to her that I never signed anything other than my original contract, and julie would simply just say she extended it and make an appointment. No other details or anything in writing. She basically just made me to believe that Julie the front desk receptionist signed it for me and moved on to get me out of there...... Although she says that is not an option in there system for her to sign it for me. When I initally signed my contract it was on their computers and just a doc u sign. Anyone could have clicked it for me.... I find this to be false. Let me add, I'm not one to complain... I'm really not. Ive worked in all fields of work, but I just feel like I was poorly treated. When I told her I was told by Naomi there was no documentation my contract had been extended, she denied it and said I signed many Revisions of my contract (Not true). 3. Now waiting on Erin from Corporate. She called me while I was at work at and I have left at least 5 vm to get a return phone call. I've been coming here since December 2020 and I've gotten great results from the laser hair removal. I ran into all these bad reviews and I just have to say I haven't experienced anything like that here. I'm not getting a promo or anything to write this lol. They warn me every time I have a session that if I was in the sun or have had spray tan that I shouldn't get laser and I should reschedule. Also everyone is saying how expensive it is which is true but something you should know is the people treating you are all registered nurses. I'm okay with paying this much for laser on the few areas I have thick hair because their machines seem to work better than all the Med spas and other places that offer laser. Also they don't cut you off and 6 or 8 sessions like the others places. If you have more course hair growth you keep getting laser until it's gone. read more

The entire range of staff are incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. I've only seen female staff, so I feel comfortable undressing around them, although I'm not sure if the same applies to male clients. The consultant was helpful in answering all my questions, treating them all as valid questions and not making me feel silly for asking in the first place. She was very clear and detailed with payment plans and options, as well as treatments, such that she didn't put any pressure to purchase the most expensive plan. While the phone number listed on the website are for the corporate central office, all numbers they use for follow-up calls are from the actual Clear Lake office, so you can talk directly to whomever you need. The facility is clean and spacious, although this could be since I don't see too much traffic through there at one time. read more

I requested a letter from my specialist (copy attached) and emailed it to your facility on August 9 in preparation for my upcoming appointments. I had been going elsewhere for laser, so I was not unfamiliar with the procedure whatsoever, but the price is a real shocker compared to where I had been going. This was a very unprofessional place and I had a horrible experience. I bought some lip filler and went to my appointment, the "nurse" called me back to the room- she didn't ask me anything about my lips and immediately told me where I can set my stuff down and to sit down so she can apply the numbing cream. If someone is paying for a very expensive service, they should be asked about their concerns. After all Im paying for this service! So, I stopped her and asked "can we talk about my lips" and she immediately got offended and told me "I CAN ADD TO YOUR LIPS BUT I CANNOT FIX ANY ASYMMETRY OR IMPERFECTIONS" and she pointed out one cupid bow is higher than the other. Then I told her "a common reason for lip fillers is to create symmetry and balance." Mind you I have normal thin lips, i have gotten fillers before I could not understand what the big deal was. I bought one ml. Then she puts on the numbing cream and leaves for 15 min. THEN another nurse walks in with an aggressive demeanor and asks whats going on (why? because I had questions about a very expensive service like wtf) then she tells me "We need to have a come to jesus meeting and we cant change what god gave us..." I'm not deformed, like i have normal thin lips. She looked at me like I was lying when I told her I had lip filler before and then proceeded to ask me why I left my previous injector, as if it was any of her business! The whole time she is questioning me in this accusatory way, it was so unnecessary and uncomfortable. Then she squints her eyes like I'm lying when i told her I dissolved my lips. It was all so stupid. Like bitch im paying for 1 ml its not a huge deal. I felt so uneasy and honestly did not feel like the nurse knew what she was doing. By that time, I was done! I wiped the numbing cream off my lips and left and called Ideal Image. I have never been treated so bad. And for what- because I had questions. My LIPS ARE NORMAL THINNER LIPS, I AM NOT deformed..but the way they acted was ridiculous. I dont even know their names because I was so pissed and didn't want to engage in their unprofessionalism. I don't even know where to start. I have always loved the results i get from the injectors, however getting the appt made, coordinating a day and time and dealing with the different front office girls is like trying to make plans with a bunch of 13-year olds and has been from the very first visit. The difficulty in getting an appointment scheduled since Brittany left is exhausting and why I stopped going there a year ago. The turn around of employees is the first sign. As soon as you get accustomed to an injector, she's gone. It turns what should be a gratifying experience into a nightmare. I go there to look and feel better about myself, leaving frustrated and unsatisfied. I called to make an appt for Botox and possible filler so i wanted an appropriate time slot to accommodate both once i consulted with the injector about the options. I prepaid for my Botox at $500, never got a phone call back and i actually had to call them back the next day to set the appt. When i called back, the girl I had been speaking to WASNT there so another girl tried to schedule my appt but was unfamiliar with what I needed so I had to start all over with the new girl. My appt was set for 1:30 which they said to be a little early to get me checked in since i hadn't had injections there in over a year. I show up 10 mins early knowing that the check in process requires getting on an iPad with a live nurse for less than 3 mins. I sat there for 40 mins and finally asked what the delay was and the girl saId well you were extremely early, your appt wasn't until 2:20. What?? I was never told that and would have never agreed to show up early as in before 1:30, nor was I ever told i had a 2:20 appt. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, they said they told me to be there 50 mins early for that 3 min check in?? Not to mention they didn't even start the check in or acknowledge me while i waited for 40 mins?? They lied after I wasted an hour, they couldn't give me a managers name, phone number or have one call me. It was awful. I just left frustrated with no Botox, which i had already paid for and never heard from them again. I ended up having to call back days later to just get my Botox. I've left a message for their manager who happens to live and work in a city across the state. I am so disappointed and now i have to go find another place to get filler. When I spend as much money as I have on injections and fillers, i do expect to receive a certain level of professionalism and staff that can adequately schedule an appt. Extremely unorganized and overpriced! First no matter what number you call you get a call center in St. Louis, MO. Second, when you make an appointment they don't give you all the info you need in order for a successful appointment. Third, if you accidentally miss your appointment there is no follow up to find out why or attempt to reschedule. They obviously don't want business. Very professional but very pricy. I got laser hair removal there and it was worth every penny. Just to warn people ahead of time it is a very painful procedure don't expect it to be painless. Only do it if you have dark hair and you will get great results. And my consultation they said that it will not remove the blonde hair or red hair. Before I bought a "deal" and prepaid it, I could call for an appointment and get in the very same day or shortly thereafter. After buying the package, they have rescheduled me 3 times but when I had a friend call for the very same service on that day, they miraculously had the spot open. This happened twice, so it was very obvious that they were making "new money" the priority. The results aren't the best but are decent, although a little pricey. I saw such great reviews on Ideal Image I went to them looking for Cool Sculpting. I went through the process and was treated quite well as a new customer. After I went through the 1st Cool Sculpting procedure, I decided it wasn't for me. That was in September of 2017 right after I lost everything in Harvey. I requested a refund for the remaining Cool Sculpting sessions as I wasn't interested in using them. I found out they had already charged my Fortiva financing account for the full amount of sessions even though I had not received the service yet. I started asking for a refund in September of 2017. It's JUNE OF 2018 and I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND! I've been paying $246 a month (just in case you're wondering that's $2,460 I've paid into a credit account that was fraudulently charged) to preserve my credit from their FRAUD! I've spoken to the Regional manager, I've cycled through 2 store managers and still no results even though I've been told at least 3-5 times that the refund has been processed; which it very clearly has not. I'm hoping they refund the thousands of dollars I'm owed but I'm not anticipating it. I would steer clear of their financing. I would say if you pay for anything, pay cash and pay AFTER the service not before as they cannot be trusted to do refunds. read more
