We are remodeling our bathroom, and our contractor sent us to "tile mile". We happened to park near Imperial Tile & Stone, so it was the first place we visited. Johana was so incredibly helpful. She asked questions about our project and offered very helpful suggestions. She pulled many samples from all around the store so we could see what the various tiles looked like together. We decided which three tiles we wanted to go with and we told Johana we were going to visit a few more places. We went to two more tile places in the area. The customer service at these other two places was mediocre at best. At one place we told someone what we were looking for and she said, "There is some on this side and some on that side." We walked over to the area and a guy tried to help us, but we weren't impressed because he just kind of pointed and explained things, but he didn't pull anything together. Last place we went no one greeted us or tried to help us at all. We decided it wasn't worth it to even try anywhere else and we headed back to Johana at Imperial. She immediately wrote up our order, helped us choose grout, and told us we can pick up the tile next week. Beautiful tile for our entire bathroom for under $1,000. We are renovating our 70 year old house and have been searching for kitchen floor tile in person and online for a several months. What we envisioned is not in style and therefore not available. Custom tile is out of our price range. The vast majority of retailers stock the same manufacturers and it all started to look alike. Enter Bodega tile. I had a great experience at Bodega Tile, specifically working with Lourdes! In 1 trip I left having ordered an affordable pre fab quartz countertop and the marble mosaic tile I had been looking all over town and the internet for. The selection is really good at Bodega - simple to intricate designs and things you just won't find other places (I know because I went to all the other places). In addition to their amazing tile selection, their customer service was better than any other shop I visited in the area. Lourdes was friendly, offered design input, answered my questions, and treated me like a valued customer. I've had to call the shop since for updates on my order and received friendly and thorough service.
