So one of our house keys went missing over the weekend and the wife was concerned so I called Bob's Lock and Safe. Although their website said they didn't open till 0800 on Monday, I called around 0745 that day in the hopes to leave a message to be first in line. Robert, Bob's son picked up! We talked and even though I had meetings in the morning he was very flexible to make sure he would be available. We set an approximate time and although they were a little late, he made sure to call to let me know. Robert and Emily quickly introduced themselves then went to work, no bull and fast. They gave a couple of recommendations and some advice on certain locks and I didn't feel any pressure to agree. They replaced locks and deadbolts on two doors, along with 4 keys for a reasonable price. I was definitely impressed. I am retired law enforcement and did my vetting before calling them.
