Contacted him about my vintage slot machine. I have used his services for years needless to say not anymore. Bob promised to come by and take a look and see what he could do. Bob called me and left a message at the end of the day and basically said was not going to make It which put me In a bind. Bob also said he would have his friend call me which never happened either. A little professional courtesy goes a long way.which I did not receive from BOB In my opinion there is other locksmiths for a better value and reliability you can hire. Frankly I was a bit shocked with the whole way this played out due to the fact I have referred him and gave him a lot of business in the past.
