The man on the phone was very helpful and got us scheduled in no time. The women who came to change the locks were very professional, they had their masks on and offered to remove shoes before coming into our home. We were expecting to have to pay twice the amount that we paid. After changing all the locks they walked us through and showed us that they all functioned properly and that the new keys worked. But last week my back door handle lever broke at my business and I gave Bob a call! This afternoon my elderly, handicapped neighbor came over to my house because she had locked herself out of her house and was in need of a locksmith. Called and got an estimate. They were able to come and rekey my existing locks on the same day. Quick and easy and they were also very nice. If I need a locksmith again for something else, I will definitely be using them. To rekey and fix my faulty lock and get five keys made, it was about $120. Emily was fantastic, she and her father have a great company that I would highly recommend. We had a lock issue and after reaching out to Bob's Lock and Safe, Emily responded almost immediately asking about what our needs were. I requested a quote via yelp, and within the half hour, Emily had replied and started the quote process. The prices I was quoted were extremely reasonable. My total was less than another company wanted for the travel fee alone (to be fair to them, yelp automatically requested a quote, they were quite a distance away). I contacted them around 10-1030 and they were here before noon, re-keying my locks! The house I purchased had 5 different knobs and deadbolts, each with a different key, and not all of which I had. They were able to get me down to a single key for all the exterior doors in my house, for about 200, and that's only because they had to replace one deadbolt/entrance knob pair that were in terrible condition/ without keys. They were in and out in no time at all and were incredibly friendly while they were here. I felt very comfortable with them here, which I feel is very important for someone you're trusting with the security of your home and family. 100% would recommend and use their services again! read more
