This review is based solely on the service... My boyfriend and I sat in the bar, and unfortunately, our service was disappointing from the start. It took nearly 15 min just to get our drinks to us. The bartender disappeared, and during that time, we weren't offered any water. We had been to this place one time before and enjoyed their wings-they were served "naked" with the sauce on the side for dipping, which we actually preferred. So this time, we ordered them again expecting the same presentation, but they came out fully sauced. I mentioned to our waitress and she replied," oh, did you want them like that?" We were confused because we hadn't made a special request the first time-that's just how they came. No big deal, they were still decent just not what we expected. Also asked for blue cheese and ranch was brought out. We ordered the T-Willy sliders as well, which came out really plain. Barely any sauce. I asked the waitress if I could get a slice of onion to add to the sliders. When she returned, she stood at the end of our table, and almost mockingly, held out a plate with one single onion ring on it-as if she were presenting something extravagant. It felt sarcastic and unnecessary. To top it off, her boyfriend or husband was sitting in the bar too, and she seemed more focused on eating and talking with him than taking care of US. We have been coming to this location on and off for a long time. The service has gone way down hill, and the food is never consistent. It used to be great but has been extremely disappointing the last few times we've come. This time we waited almost 20 minutes before we were even greeted and brought menus. The restaurant was NOT busy. We finally ordered burgers and fries to find out we got charged .99 extra for fries, when the menu clearly states burgers come with fries or tots. Ordered a pepsi only to get Diet Pepsi both times because they had the wrong syrup in the machine. Fries were so salted we could barely eat them and the burgers were overcooked to where the edges tasted burnt and the middle was barely edible. Our server was friendly but not attentive Unfortunately we will no longer give this location our business , as we have had too many bad experiences. read more

Stopped in here just to see what this place is like. Ordered a couple of the winter special drinks sitting at the bar. Decided to order some nachos, they were okay, not a big fan of liquid cheese. Would have preferred them to be made out of shredded cheese. The ground hamburger reminded me of the meat from Taco Bell. The drinks were great. Bar service was typical for what I've had in the area. Tonights experience was so rediculous it's hard not to laugh - except is cost me my weekend night and actual money. First off, whoever is managing this Bob's needs to be fired as soon as possible. Absolute silliness. So we started the night planning to go to Pericos (which I highly recommend) but that was closed - Sunday and all. Felt like a Saturday because of the 3 day weekend. We then thought El Porton or Bob's. Bob's won because they have my wife's favorite wine - Horan Estates Syrah. Okay. So Sunday night is Prime Rib night at Bobs - but it's not available until 5pm. We got there at 5:30. I'm thinking sweet it won't be overcooked. Well after ordering and getting my salad (which in fairness is a pretty good side salad) our waitress comes back and tells me we only have medium to well done on the prime rib. Really? ... at 5:30? on Prime rib night? ... But she's actually pretty cool and asks if I want to order something else. So I ordered the prime rib you see below. Now I live in Wenatchee and eat the Bob's (in Wenatchee) for lunch all the time - and it's good. It's not a Sunday dinner ... nor is it prime rib. So, she leaves the table with my new order and immediately comes back with my wife's entree?? ... I can't imagine a restaurant not holding or re-firing hers so that they came out together. Told her to go ahead and eat. She needed some sauce. Our waitress was busy folding towels or napkins, so we asked another server who walked by. She said sure right away .... crickets ... never saw her again. Our server finally came back and asked if we needed anything and we asked for the sauce ... only. "Okay" ... didn't come back with it tho. About 10 mins later my burger came out and she asked if we needed anything else. Ummmm .... sauce? ... Ketchup? ... she finally Brought the bottles. I actually say bottles, because we thought that they might be waiting on the kitchen for put the in ramekins - nope. You can see the kitchen wonder being reasonable if you just revisit the prime rib story. Had I known is was bottles, I'd have gotten up and gotten them myself. We ordered a steak, chicken fajitas, a beer and glass of red wine. The wine (cab) came straight from the fridge and was cold like a beer. The steak was ordered medium/no pink (not my meal) but came very medium on the verge of medium rare. Lots of pink almost verging on red. No seasoning and tasteless. Fajitas were tasteless, as if no seasoning including no salt/pepper. Sizzling fajitas pan was so hot (yes, I know they come out hot but this was excessive) and continued to sizzle and burn AND blacken all food touching the pan for another 10 mins, I had to keep stirring the food so it wouldn't scorch and stick to the pan. Fajitas were tasteless. I thought they would be served with shredded cheese and lettuce but it didn't come with the meal. Rice & refried beans, beans that seemed left over from a previous meal and reheated. Only 2 tortillas came with the meal. We won't go back. read more

My husband & I went to Bob's to watch the Apple Cup. I ordered the Original Kobe Burger with a gluten free bun (I have Celiac disease). Without missing a beat or a second look, the server set the burger in front of me with MOLD on the bun. I called her back to the table & pointed out the mold and said I would not be eating & please remove it from the bill. How did the Chef miss this? Waiter was poorly trained and made several trips to our table in order to get sugar for the coffee, water, silverware, and napkins. Waiter didn't know details about some of the menu. Waiter was very pleasant and the food was good other than just lettuce and dressing for a side salad. Had to send the salad back because of wrong dressing. Bathroom was dirty - toilet paper on floor, quite a lot of pee in front of the toilet seat so had to walk in it to use the toilet, floor was dirty, small locked trash in the stall was left open without liner, and the handicap toilet should be a high rise toilet. Lastly, the waiter was given a good tip because of a good attitude and the lack of protocol seemed to have stemmed from a lack of training and the kitchen staff getting things incorrect. This was my first visit and I won't be back. Lack to details were too many. There's a lot of competition in the restaurant business so "putting your best foot forward" should be obvious. Been coming here for years and never had this experience. Pizza was under- cooked. Mac and cheese bake was macaroni with Alfredo sauce and a ton of cheeses baked on top . My all time favorite hot wings were horrible! Waiter pretty much forgot we were there and couldn't remember when we did ask for something. Waitress had to completely rearrange the dining room so we had to listen to loud chairs and tables scraping the floor and her complaining for 30 minutes. We will not be back. read more

Hate to leave negative reviews but we had a terrible experience!!! My family got food poisoning from our meals, the food was terrible, steak cooked wrong twice, charged extra food bbq, and extra burger sauce, $7 for a non alcoholic lemonade...and charged for three refills without telling us. All our food was old, for all 5 of us and we ate it when we should have walked out for our safety. Now we have to fight thru the night illness! Place was empty and pretty poor service. Came to Bob's Classic as a recommendation.. Boy oh boy had I wish I would've taken a look at the reviews first! My gf and I sat down, the table was sticky but we decided oh they just must not of cleaned it off very well. We ordered drinks, the glasses were extremely dirty (had lip imprints) the "sauteed tiger prawns" were flavorless shrimp, the fire flavored chicken wings are literally buffalo flavor even tho the waitress said it's not buffalo it's a unique hot sauce (I was like sweet I love trying new flavors) but not only was it boring buffalo sauce but the wings were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved.. The ribeye was so tough to eat that even the steak knife had a hard time cutting it (they actually seasoned the steak well so it made it bearable) For a $150 dinner for two.. save your money and go to ANYWHERE else! read more

The service was terrible, we came for a birthday party and we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Appetizers were forgotten, water was not brought out to everyone after asking several times, food delivery was slow, and overall the worst service I have ever had. The food wasn't much better. I couldn't understand how there were so many workers in the building but no one working efficiently. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service. This will stay a one time visit. Totally overpriced and quality of food is very low. A plain burger is $19 and all their other burgers are $21 or $22. If you substitute your fries - with tots - you pay extra, if you want tartar sauce - you pay extra and there is nothing on the menu which states that such changes result in extra charges and the waiter won't tell you either until you find out when you pay. Went to Bob Classic Dec 22 for my birthday dinner. We selected the prime rib, for one we enjoy that cut of meat and the price of $23.00 dollars. The verbiage on the menu lead you to believe that would be the price. When the bill arrived the price was $30.00. We questioned this and the price was only good on Sunday. The meal was not prime rib, it was steak that had been grilled. We are not happy and will never return. read more

I'm writing this review to give others with dietary restrictions a heads up, the kitchen staff might not be respectful of them. They might not honor your allergies, religion based food choices or personal food choices. The staff made a mistake and instead of having the values to to fix it, they tried to cover it up to save some time. I ordered the 19th hole burger with no bacon and substituted a veggie burger. Let the server know I had dietary restrictions as a vegetarian. It arrived with a veggie burger and with bacon. Asked if we could send it back, as a vegetarian I don't eat bacon or bacon fat on my food. It came back to our table and we were super caught off because it was obvious that the kitchen staff removed the bacon and didn't re make the order. My fiancé took it inside and asked the waitress about it. She said it was true they did not remake it, that she gave it to the kitchen and they just took the bacon off. She apologized repeatedly. I will delete this review once they change their menu. Their Kobe Beef burgers arent actually made from kobe beef. That is straight up lying. The burgers are delicious but when they are lying about what kind of beef they are using that is wrong. There are only 8 restaurants in the entire United States that sell Kobe beef. 4oz of Kobe beef is like $300. Change the menu to state the actual type of beef you use and not try to mark up the price of your burgers by saying its actually kobe beef. read more

So disappointed on our last visit. They have changed the menu which did not include my favorite breakfast in town. It looks like they removed HAM all together on the breakfast menu which leaves you to choose between fatty sausage or bacon. Don't get me wrong, I love both of those meats but they reek havoc on my body and bog me down early in the morning. My favorite scramble which included ham was replaced with a turkey scramble. We invited guests to lunch here and none of us could eat the food! It was horrible. My guests asked for clam chowder and got a disgusting bowl of Chili.
