Remembering a previous business in this location, I was surprised at the remodel that I walked into this evening. The main salon has opened up with the central wall removed and booths turned into tables and chairs. Very nice art on the walls, and excellent lighting, create a very inviting, warm atmosphere. The back wall of the restaurant is now a fully visible open bar with every drink you can imagine. I settled for the Michelada (the Hispanic version of a Bloody Mary with beer, not vodka-- absolutely delicious!) I had the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and I took shrimp in garlic butter sauce home to Sherrie-- my dish is shown. The red enchilada sauce was really excellent-- it made the dish! And the rice and beans were hands-down better than anywhere in Wenatchee. I posted photos of the menu, I hope that helps. They clearly have many more food options than the other photos imply. Search the menus and you'll find something you like-- including steak and seafood. I was told the owners are from the coastal area of Mexico and the menu options reflect that. Came on a Monday. Talked it up to our guest we brought with us. We were so disappointed. The smell of the place was unclean. Very unpleasant first thing. Then the food we ordered was so disappointing from the first time we came when fairly new. Ceviche was disgusting! Not even cooked by citrus it was raw! Then they were out of avocados! No guacamole no avocado which the dish describe as having. Sadly we will not be coming back. read more

Great service. They were very busy, all tables full yet they greeted us right away and offered us two spots at the bar. Fine with us! We didn't try the spirits we had Diet Pepsi but they have a full bar for those who indulge. The food we ordered was great. All of it fresh, nice presentation, prices were appropriate. Just returned home from dinning at Perico's and want to write a review before the rice and bean coma sets in. My daughter took us here and raved about the place, and girl, Perico's delivered. The margaritas were made the way you make them at home, with quality ingredients, tart, sweet and tequila forward. I had a signature cocktail named "Pickle Rick. Imagine a tamarind Jolly Rancher and a cucumber had a child...we ordered more than one round. We ordered the Asada Plate with steak and the Surf-n-Turf Tacos (add the aforementioned rice and beans for just $1). Food was fantastic. Steak had an intentional char and the taco plate came with 4 tacos. The guacamole was obviously hand made as well was the fire roasted salsa. The drinks were great and the food was fantastic but what makes this place my goto was the service. "C" was absolutely beautiful. She was thoughtful, attentive, personable and truly made us feel welcome to be here. If you are looking for standard food, uninspired cocktails with no personal connection, go to one of the many other restaurants in the Wenatchee Valley. Tried Perico's for the first time and unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered the fajitas, and they were mostly onions--barely any peppers (maybe 4 pieces total), and the meat was dry and tough. Definitely not what you expect from fajitas. The beans tasted like they came straight out of a can, and not in a good way--you could really tell. On top of that, the waiter kept bringing out room temperature water, which honestly threw me off. Who serves warm water with a meal? My kids barely touched their food, and my wife only ate 2 out of the 4 tacos she ordered. That pretty much says it all. unfortunately the food was very poor quality'. When we came in the door at 6:00 on a Saturday night and there was no customers at all in the restaurant, we should have left, but we gave it a try. The chips were cold and some of them looked over cooked. The salsa was good but the bowl it was in had a big chip on the side. I ordered cheese enchiladas, they were inedible. I couldn't find any cheese in the enchilada. I'm not sure what exactly was in them. The rice was ok, the beans were tasteless and lumpy. The food was ok, not amazing but not terrible. I got chicken fajitas and the chicken was badly overcooked- too thin and very dry. Ordered the chips and salsa on the appetizer list and they were good. The table was horrifically sticky and so was the floor. Also there were ants on the floor running along the wall, don't know if that's a normal occurrence or just a that day specific incident from food dropped that day or something. Really great food and service! I always order the camarones a la diabla and it is so good! I actually have never ordered anything else because I love this dish so much. Rice and beans are also top notch. My friends have tried many items on the menu and love everything. They have the cutest bar as well and lots of creative drinks. This place is great. Hands down in my top local stops. Food is amazing. Service is amazing. Drinks amazing. You get the gist ... I haven't had anything there I wouldn't rush back to order again. Drinks - try the OG flight to learn what you like and then order them all. All the drink are hand crafted. I've had the tacos, the fajitas, enchiladas among others. The salsa is hands down the best in town. Don't get me wrong, I love some of the other offerings in town - but think of this as a bit upscale from the usual huge plate of cheese, beans and rice hiding an entree. Everything is just done better here ... even the rice and beans. Portions are generous and the folks inside from staff to customers are always just having a good time. Excellent food and drinks. My husband had a shrimp burrito that was huge, I had shrimp carnitas tacos (4) - and my daughter had shrimp tacos (4). Serving sizes were very generous. Drinks were exceptional, I recommend trying the flight of margaritas. * I thought it was odd that the chips and salsa was an extra fee, $3.00 but the red salsa was excellent, best restaurant salsa I've ever had. Rice and beans are an additional $1.00 to add on to the entree. We will definitely visit again in the future. read more

Food was good! Just a bit overpriced in my opinion. I ordered the OG margaritas and they were delicious, the Affogato with Kahlua dessert is a NO it's literally soup bowl with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel definitely didn't have any Kahlua wish I could of taken a picture of it. Not getting 5 stars because everything is a bit overpriced. I feel like we are just paying for the name In my opinion. Also usually a "lounge" is where they have one area for eating and another area for dancing. I'm from California so I been to quite a few. We got a group together for a celebratory dinner. The ambiance is great and the art is beautiful. The server was friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the drinks and the menu. They had a variety of tasty beverages available, from micheladas to margaritas to mixed drinks. The margarita flight looked amazing, but I opted for the michelada. It was presented beautifully with a lime and tajin on the rim, but I forgot about the Valentina and it packed a little too much heat for me. Still savory and delicious, but had to drink it a little slower. I also ordered the camarongos for the table, they are Gaelic mushroom and shrimp appetizer for sharing. These were fresh and delish! For entree, I ordered the chicken enchiladas a La crema, and the plate came out as a platter. I was surprised by the presentation but appreciated the generous portion size. Other guests ordered ceviche, and she said it was the best she's had locally! So I would recommend that dish as well. We had a group of 14 who met for dinner last night. The food was great. Several got margarita flights and enjoyed them. There were a few hiccups getting plates to the right person but the issues were taken care of quickly. It seemed that anyone who ordered tacos waited longer for their food but otherwise they did a great job. We'll be back. read more

The staff and the Margaritas are great but that's where the fun ends. The seating is dated and the space is so noisy it is hard to have a conversation. Compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area this one is overpriced and not very good. Chicken fajitas consisted of dry overcooked chicken, undercooked (still crunchy peppers and onions), and corn tortillas that were folded in foil causing them to split and become useless vessels. The worst part was the ultra fine raw diced onions spread over everything. Why why would someone want raw diced onions on top of their fajita meat and grilled vegetables?? I have never experienced this before and prefer never to experience it again. Also, there are many people out there that can eat cooked but not raw onions without indigestion. It was impossible for me to separate out the raw onions so I could at least attempt to enjoy the meal. Never going to eat there again. read more

Brought our Valley the first ever Margarita flight, original and clever at what they do. Like good vibes? This place is not your typical "Mexican restaurant", a mix of old school meets the new school. They play "Chente", Maroon 5, Las Beliconas, Queen, Drake & J Cole, Banda, etc.. ALL good vibes. Service - Impecable. Food - Delicious. Sure they'll serve you fajitas, but they'll whip up an exquisite New York steak or a savory grilled Salmon with some chipotle sauce.
