    Happy hour means happy diners.

My wife and I stopped here to check out the happy hour and were happy we did. We loved the Public Market concept, which is a great asset to the community. There was plenty of seating both inside and out when we visited. The happy hour menu is a little hidden - there's a QR code at the bottom of the regular printed menu to access it. Half pizzas are a good deal and drinks are discounted as well. We each chose a pizza (vegetable for her, pepperoni for me) and we shared the deviled eggs. Everything was great, as was our server, Luke. Definitely recommemd this place.

Had a nice impromptu lunch at Fire: Peach Moscow Mule (3/5) - A bit too sweet for my taste, but my partner enjoyed it. High Five (4/5) - Fruity without being overly sweet. I liked this one better than the mule, and I'm usually not a fan of Aperol. Garlic Chicken Pizza (4/5) - Great flavor and super thin crust, though it did make it a little soggy. Pork Belly Sandwich (3/5) - I didn't try this, but my partner gave it a 3/5. "Good texture but could use more flavor," according to him. If you're after a quick lunch, I'd recommend the pizza. Service was fantastic!

Best meal we had while on a ski trip to Wenatchee was here at Fire. Everything was delicious and high quality. Service was so friendly and attentive. The artisan bread and cheese sauce is something I will reminisce about often. And the banana split with your choice of three flavors of gelato was the best way to complete our meal. Great place for families or a date night.

Cute restaurant with nice seating. You can see into the kitchen which is a nice touch. Food was good and service was excellent. They have a gelato location next door called Ice which is cool. Pizza:7.5/10 - loved the burrata and appreciated a beef cured meat option. Dough is on the chewier side. Lasagna: 7/10 - Good amount of food. Comes with some good bread. Wish the pasta had more meat filling and was a little more flavorful.

Yo, this restaurant is FIRE! Literally! Having just discovered it for the first time last Christmas, my wife and I have slowly been trying out all of the restaurants at the Pybus Public Market, one at at time. This year, FIRE was up to bat, and they hit it out of the park. In fact, our visit was so nice, we dined here twice...in the same day (although the second time was because our friends had just arrived in town a few hours later, and FIRE was their choice as well, so we joined them, despite having just been here ourselves a few hours before)! Leveraging our newly-acquired expertise, we were able to guide our friends to many of the same dishes that we had enjoyed just prior, particularly in regards to the build-your-own charcuterie board, where we had fallen in love with several of its savory selections: the Hungarian salami, smoked cheddar, cambozola, bread EVOO & balsamic, deviled eggs, and roasted garlic buds. We were also able to give them a little insight about the pizzas, of which our littles had ordered smaller versions from the kids' menu. Many of these items made a return appearance on our second visit, specifically the cambozola, smoked cheddar, and the Hungarian salami, the last of which we would end up purchasing from FIRE's associated delicatessen in Leavenworth, "Cured", both of which are owned by Visconti's Italian restaurant, also in Leavenworth...and the best Italian restaurant in Chelan county, in our opinion. Excellent service, impeccable food, and a warm, charming, welcoming and casual aesthetic, FIRE lives up to its name in all regards! Some of the items on the charcuterie board are a bit pricey for the quantity received, which is the only reason I am knocking them down a star, because based on quality, this place, like all businesses owned and operated by Visconti, is easily worthy of five stars in all other regards. So far, FIRE is the best restaurant we have had the pleasure of experiencing at the Pybus Public Market, and it will be a difficult challenge for any other restaurant to change our minds, on our future visits.

Love the setting of this eatery in the heart of Pybus Market just off the banks of the Wenatchee River! We opted to eat in their outdoor dining space this time around and they do have indoor seating. You can't go wrong with their wood fired pizza choices. I had the salami misto pizza and a definite for the meat lovers. We also had the chopped antipasti salad and my one ding here was some of the romaine was brown and wilted. The chicken, mushroom Mostaccioli pasta is a must have with a nice creamy white cheese sauce and garlic bread on the side. The service was alright but our server could have been a bit more attentive by simply coming by and refilling our water glasses at least once and never asked if I wanted a refill on my soda. We've been here multiple times and the service in the past had been great. All in all a good place to eat!

Best Bloody Mary in town! Seriously who else ups the game by served a Quail egg as a garnish?

Always my first stop when visiting Wenatchee. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. The service is always friendly and welcoming. My favorite menu item is their signature Bloody Mary. I have tried a few in town, Fire serves the best mix of savory and spicy. Also, the garnish stick is over the top with, mini pickles, banana peppers, olives, cheese, and pepperoni. It's a meal and a drink.

Friendly staff and friendly people - quite to be friends. Very easy going.

Very welcoming and fun. Delicious food and drinks. Other guest joined in on the fun and fun we had. Easy going staff made it easy to take drinks for next mornings breakfast as well!

STOP EAT HERE, this is the place to park your caboose. Food was amazing and service was fast as heck. If you are looking for the next place to eat you will not go wrong here. I had the Buckboard burger and I wish I lived close or I would be back every weekend! The ambiance is also very nice sit out side and watch people flow by on bikes and boards.

These flavors are going nuts on everyone's tastebuds. Spicy, flavorful and wonderful fun foods. Would definitely like to try other items on the menu. Service friendly with a laid back relaxed setting. Hope you get the same enjoyment.

I ordered the "Tour of Italy": - Endless salad and bread - Lasagna - Chicken parmigiana, and... - Fettuccine Alfredo The salad was huge--I couldn't finish the 1st bowl the brought (see pic). But they dud not skip on ingredients. There were three different lettuce varieties, whole black olives that were way better than canned, red onion, huge tomato slices, pepperoncini, and grated parmesan--really impressive! The three-entrée main dish was full flavored and also huge in portion size (again, see pic). I could only eat half of the meal, and I was delighted to take the rest home to Sherrie. Breanna, my waitress, was attentive beyond expectation, and she packaged up the leftovers for me without hesitation. Olive Garden does a good job. Their "Endless Salad and Bread Sticks" is the silver bullet that makes any entrée worth the cost. Yet their prices are clearly minimal compared to all the food you get. This is not the best of Italian faire, but it is certainly a respectable 2nd place. What puts Olive Garden faire among the best is its freshness, filling portions and affordability. Even the ambiance and decor of the restaurant rivals the better restaurants in Wenatchee--a family party can be seated in their own nook without sharing the space. Definitely 4-Stars!

Sadly, many of them have moved on. But some still remain, and encountering them again is exhilarating. I always look forward to the hugs and squealing laughter.--"...where did you go and what have you done...? We've missed you!" McGlinn's Alehouse is the place we spent most of our time for the first five years of our marriage. It was originally the Orondo Tavern, built in 1922 as a solid brick two-story commercial building in the small town rural American style--big, open storefront windows on the ground floor, and small offices and apartments on the second, with tiny windows surrounded in iron bar planters. Such buildings have long narrow internal staircases up the right side entrance--one you'd never access unless to lived in one of those vaults upstairs. I finally returned to McGlinn's tonight. I had been meaning to, long before this, but there was never any parking in front --many restaurants now have covered sidewalk-cabanas out front--a code violation waved during the COVID pandemic. Inside, the left wall is still that half-block-long cabinet of all the liquor bottles you can imagine, multiplied in depth by the mirrors behind them. Down the middle of the room is one long continuous table that seats 14 people on a side--yes, strangers sit together. At the very back wall there is still, the largest brick open-hearth wood-burning oven you'd ever bake a leg of lamb and two pizzas in, at the same time. And down the right side-wall were six wooden tables-of-four, all sealed in a hard resin clear coat, as shiny and clean as they were vintage and rustic. I sat in the first chair at the first table, my back to the stairway down to bathrooms in the basement below the sidewalk. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Tim's chips, a departure from the "John Paul Bacon Burger with pickled onions (McGlinn's is famous for). Ask to sit in Sadie's section--she's been there 20 years. McGlinn's has been there 34 years! What's not to like about an old friend! -------== ##### ==-------

Also worth noting: the Parmesan and chili pepper shakers were weirdly sticky and handling them felt about as uncomfortable as the random child prom photos on the wall. It got worse.
