My toddler and I stopped by this place for brunch. The waitress was quick to seat us down and gave us the menu. I got myself a breakfast hoagie, which basically is toasted hoagie roll stuffed with egg, sausage, and tomato. I got my toddler Mac & Cheese and Pizookie, which is big chocolate chip cookie baked like a pie and topped with vanilla ice-cream. I'm not a big fan of the Mac & Cheese because it isn't very creamy. I thought it was rather dry. I wish there would be more cheese sauce mixed in. Though, the Pizookie was a hit with my toddler. The big chocolate cookie was baked warm, and the vanilla ice-cream melted on top = who would wanna reject that? It was Wednesday morning when we stopped by, so it was pretty slow with few guests stopped by for a drink at the bar. I'd say come Friday and Saturday, this restaurant would be poppin' with all the customers. I am a huge Pybus Market fan. I was excited to see Hellbent Brewing opened a taproom. The atmosphere is cozy and fits like a glove in middle of the market. We stopped by on a busy Friday afternoon. We didn't see a wait to be seated sign so we sat ourselves. Kind of refreshing because all other establishments require you to wait. A server immediately came over with menus and our drink order. We love hazy IPA's, the server suggests Ok Spaceman. It was a perfect delicious and juicy a perfect mix of hop and citrus. We also shared a New York Burger Inspired by NY's Chopped Cheese Sandwich. 100% Ground Beefalo Patty, Smashed Thin.(Freshly Ground at Mike's Meats), Topped with Bacon, Cheddar, Tomato, Spring Mix, Diced Red Onion and Burger Sauce on Bosket Bread Co. Hoagie. We loved this burger! The beefalo was seasoned and fried perfectly. The veggies and burger sauce were fresh and tasty. Just going to say I had the best French Dip ever. My husband had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and he was very happy with his sandwich as well. Plus not often am I given the opportunity to gush over salads, because let's be real most restaurants barely give a second thought at how they throw some wilted lettuce and tasteless tomatoes in a bowl. And I'm a salad geek. Their Greek Salad was full of crisp lettuce, nice hunks of tomato, equally impressive cucumber and just enough red onion to give it a kick. The dressing ... HOUSE MADE!!! And it was obvious this doesn't come from a bottle. Can't leave out the horse radish aioli-nice little side car to the meal. We will be back! read more

Great food and assume service from Kimmie. The Taproom in Wenatchee is one of my favorite places to go.

Located inside the Pybus Public Market, this place offers some great food and beverage options. We had a couple of rice bowls that were amazing, with spicy Korean short ribs and pork belly. I forgot to take pictures but they looked as good as they tasted and I highly recommend them! They have a large rotating tap selection in addition to cocktails, which are all amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and served with enthusiasm and friendly smiles. I highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area! read more

Their food seems like it would be really good but I've been disappointed time after time

The food and service was brilliant. This will definitely be one of our "go-to" spots in Wanachee next time we visit. We shared the pork belly nachos, which are officially my new favorite nachos ever. The two salsas were wonderful, but the jalapeño salsa was the bomb diggity. I could drink that stuff I liked it so much. It was spicy, but I didn't think it was too hot. But then I like spicy so take my words out heat with a grain of salt and test first. I think I may have dreamed about the nachos last night, I'm not sure. But, I woke up with a full soul and I think they contributed. We also shared the French dip, which was very tasty. When we asked our server, she said the French Dip was a must try option. My cutie and I are not normally French Dip people, I will say, nothing was left on the plate and not because we were hungry, having just demolished the nachos. So I'd say the French Dip was great. Very flavorful and the au jus was delicious. The service was wonderful, very friendly staff and a great space. We listened to live music as we sipped from our cider and Pilsner prospectively, and enjoyed our food in a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend. There are many other things we didn't try and I would want to try next time. read more

We live about an hour away but come to Wenatchee often. We have eaten here many times and are always very happy. Great food and we have tried many dishes. Rice bowls, sandwiches and salads all very good and consistent. The service is excellent, everyone is so nice. Go soon! read more

Second trip to the Taproom and once again the food wasn't great. We started with two beers that might have been ok if they were colder. Our Loaded Potato Nachos were overcooked and solidified together. We also tried the Spicy Korean Short Rib Bowl. After taking the bones out, we had less than 2 ounces of meat. Also, the description could have been better. We were expecting meat and rice but it also came with lettuce, beans and a soft boiled egg that was cold. After eating some of our food we waited for around 10 minutes with our credit card on the table before we were able to pay. They use handhelds to pay and instead of leaving them on the table, the waitress stood above me watching what I was tipping her. I still gave her a good tip, but it's very awkward. Probable won't give them a third try. read more

This place was a fun spot to visit. On our way out of Wenatchee. We sat on the patio and enjoyed some sunshine. My partner and I shared the buffalo chicken salad which we thought was pretty rich and heavy, and the burger on a hoagie roll. Service was great, they checked on us frequently and food came out reasonably fast. I really loved how this was attached to the farmers market that we could walk through. read more

Three stars is cause the food was so good! I love the food options here and the rice bowls are to die for. Ambiance is really nice as well! The reason I'm only giving three stars is due to the service that I received. Bartender seemed really distracted and had little to no customer service in her personality. I have also never seen a bartender waste so much beer in my life. She would open the tap and then put the glass under after it had already been flowing out for a couple seconds. I also noticed that she doesn't even know how to pour beer..... every beer that I saw her pour had about 4-5 inches of head on it and would just let the overage pour out the side until it was about a half inch of head left. The amount of beer that you probably waste on her shifts are significant to your costs I'm sure.
