They're open to eight. Service was amazing. Sherry and May made the experience of dining here for the first time super enjoyable. As for the food amazing I would place this barbecue restaurant in my top 10 if not top five that I've tried. The pork was amazing without any sauce. The sausage was good, but the star of the plate was the hatch macaroni just the right amount of spice just the right amount of seasoning so good. Their barbecue sauce was so flavorful and complemented everything perfectly. Nice quick dining experience with a great little atmosphere of just a local heritage one of the highlights is the sauce bar with multiple sauces, peppers, pickles and so many other choices for sure 100% have to try this if you're in Midland. The brisket was really good and juicy and paired well with the Pachuco's BBQ sauce, raw onions, and roasted chiles. The fried rice was really dry but still tasty. I will definitely visit again next time I find myself in Midland.
