Chicken dry and cut all to pieces, bones and all but was flavorful if you can get it down. Rib was dry and no flavor. Sausage was juicy but okay at best. 18.39 for food I threw 90% in trash. I've not been to Midland in a few years, but I loved this place on prior visits, and was so happy to get back. The chicken is ridiculously delicious, the green salsa is obscenely good, and the super stocked salsa/condiments are incredible- roasted jalapeños, fresh pico, pickled onions, plenty of onions and cilantro- pure bliss! I called in an order via a delivery service. They gave it away to the wrong person. Oh well. Stuff happens. I called in the order again. This time I went to pick it up myself. THEY GAVE IT AWAY AGAIN. They don't ever check to see if the order is going to the person it should. I'm happy I paid for two free meals for dishonest losers, but no one should trust this place with any sort of order. And when I asked if they would remake my order, which I paid for TWICE, they said no like it was my fault they don't check names when giving away orders. Never come to this place. read more

Ordered online and received a message that my food was ready. I went to the location and told the girl at the register my name, she acted confused and told me to wait. I waited about 20 additional minutes then another woman put a bag near their uber orders area. Nobody said anything to me and the girl at the register kept taking more orders. I went to see if the uber food was mine and it sure was. I sat there for 30 minutes total, 10 of which my food was just sitting there. I hoped it was worth the wait but when I sat down to eat, about 5 minutes later, the food was dry, especially the tacos. It was so dry I had to wet the chicken, wrap it in paper towels, and reheat it just to give it some softness. The half chicken I bought was overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I had to reheat that too until it wasn't pink. They had ok salsa, that's the only nice thing I have to say. Service1/5 Food 2/5 read more

This was maybe my favorite place in town. I used to come weekly. However they are going downhill and raising prices. They had the best homemade chips and they were free for dine in. This was one of my biggest reasons for choosing Super Pollo over the other Mexican in town. I also thought their prices were a good value. However the last time I went they had no chips available and apparently hadn't for a few days with no explanation. They also significantly raised their prices. I also noticed other changes like them switching from shredding their own cheese to buying pre shredded lower quality cheese. I think with the price hikes and no chips I don't know if I'll come back. Food is still pretty good but I'm overall disappointed. read more

Did not have a pleasant experience here. We decided to enjoy tacos for dinner for tonight. We were tired so we decided to order our food to go. We ordered 3 entrees. Upon receiving our orders we noticed we were only given enough cilantro for one taco on each plate of 4 total tacos. So we kindly requested if we could have a little more to have enough for our tacos. A Cuban woman rudely responded with an assertive, "NO!" "We don't give more cilantro for Togo orders here. Even though the restaurant was completely empty and nobody was there. This has happened more than once where the customer service on This particular Super Pollo was not customer friendly. Very rude staff. Especially the Cuban woman who helped up. The address was 4101 Billy Hext Road. Please address this problem as though I'm sure I'm not the only person they have treated this way. Maybe that's why there is no customers there. We spotted this fast food restaurant just before checking into a nearby Best Western Plus and decided to give it a try. We are so happy that we did. This restaurant offers daily specials, so I tried the Friday ribs special that included sausage and chicken (of course). The meal also includes two sides, so I ordered the chihuahua corn and charro beans. Everything tasted great, and I could not finish the meal, so we took the rest home for later. This is one of the better fast food restaurants that we have visited and offered a lot of food (that sticks to your ribs!) for the dollar, so we would highly recommend this restaurant for a quick and delicious meal at a very reasonable price. read more
