To make matters worse, while we were joking among ourselves about whether they were "still killing the cow back there," a male server walked by and responded, "Don't say sh*t." Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. At the end of the meal, we discovered a 20% gratuity had already been added because of our party size. While that's understandable if it's clearly disclosed, we couldn't find anything about it on the website. Even more concerning, our waitress did not provide an itemized receipt until we specifically asked for one and took an unusually long time to bring it over. Without an itemized bill, it would have been very easy to accidentally leave an additional 20% tip on top of the automatic gratuity. Between the poor service, long wait, inappropriate staff interaction, and lack of transparency with the bill, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We won't be returning.
