This was one of the only boba places in Monroe I assume. Anyway the place is great. They have a good selection of gelato and I loved their strawberry and honestly their coffee too (just too much for me in the evening since it would definitely have caffeine). The boba they have also have an ample of choices, they however uses powder plus the tea in their milktea so just keep that in mind, but definitely overall would recommend for my boba fix. The location does have nice parking lot. The staff is very hospitable and was super nice to give suggestions of what are best selling. The place has some boardgames for people to play with though a bit overused but still playable. They also have some ig worthy area for photos with their grass backdrop. read more

Eh, this place is okay. The mango jasmine milk tea was a disappointment. The only thing I could taste was bitter, and the tapioca was no bueno. I DID appreciate that 25% sweet was actually 25% sweet. The place is cute with a few tables and board games available to play. The shop offers some drinks including smoothies, teas, coffee, and snacks including croffles and waffles. I got the white peach lychee green tea with 25% sugar and with lychee jelly. The drink was good, sweeter than I'd expect with 25% sugar so perhaps I will get 0% sugar next time. 06/01 More of a 3.5 rounded up because of the staff and interior. Super friendly service, only two workers during my visit but they're working efficiently. Order on the kiosk so that the workers can focus more on making drinks or scooping gelato. Clean interior with a good amount of seating, plus there's outdoor seating. Two washrooms which were spotless. There's a tap key to enter that's placed right before the restrooms. Also there are board games, so it's cozy enough to hang out. Definitely a powdery boba spot. Lack of tea but this looks to be a nice spot for the Monroe area. They charge extra for less ice which is uncommon and a poor experience. Not sure if the less ice for 25 cents is noticeable though. Tons of toppings (looks to be mainly popping boba) so the actual boba gets lost in the menu, but it's just the tapioca option. They have three sizes, regular, large, and XL which is neat and fairly unique in Washington. Their gelato seemed high quality. Strawberry Cheesecake Gelato - I love strawberry cheesecake but this one is extremely cheesy. It's not bad, but definitely overwhelming for the unprepared. Espresso Gelato - good coffee flavor, has a nice kick to wake one up. Enjoyed this one more than the cheesecake, great option for coffee ice cream enjoyers. Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba is mediocre. It's cooked well but has no flavor. Milk tea is fine, I don't think there's real tea but rather milk tea powder. Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea - pass on this for sure. Kids might like the artificial and super sweet taste but there are better versions. A friend called it perfume in a bottle with a hair spray aroma, which isn't something to ingest. That said, I have had worse chemical tasting drinks so this one is edible. Thai Milk Tea - a classic Thai milk tea. This is a consistent one across shops. No issues here, like a rich, sweet, and spiced milk tea. Pandan-like for a taste similar to vanilla. read more

Lots of options to choose from whether that's boba tea, smoothies, gelatos, red-bull, etc. They offer samples for the gelato. Workers were friendly and super nice and helpful. As a lover of boba, I was thrilled to see a boba shop open in Monroe! I finally was able to check this place out, and could not be happier with my experience. The store itself is a good size with a few small tables, and it felt clean and well-kept. It smelled very good inside the store, which is always a good sign. I love the ordering kiosk which allows you to browse their multitude of options. Order was super simple and quick, and they started making our drinks immediately. The Matcha Smoothie and the Mango Milk Tea were both delicious, and I can't wait to try more from this menu. I will absolutely be returning soon. read more

Had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Bobazona and it was amazing. I got the Arizona Sunset and it was excellent, as were their waffles with gelato! Thank you Sophia! The owner and staff were genuinely so kind and the customer service was great as well. I am happy that there is finally a legit boba tea place in Monroe. I give it a four due to the tea taste alone. I got the white peach-lychee tea, and it tastes more like flavor than tea. I myself prefer the taste of tea to be somewhat present, hence my 4 review rather than a 5. I am happy they have the sweetness level option plus the many different boba choices. I first selected the crystal boba at the kiosk, and when I was waiting, I noticed they had aloe vera, which was not on their menu. I asked one of the employees if I could change, and thankfully, my drink was not made yet, and I was able to get the topping that was missing on their menu. The place is very clean and the staff were attentive. Also, there is a kiosk available, and I saw someone ordering at the counter as well, which made it convenient. All I have to say is Bless the owner for opening this in Monroe. Kiosk makes it easy to order on your own without having to wait.

I was excited to have a boba tea spot in monroe, and while the drinks are delicious, the layout of this place is awful. When you walk in, there is a kiosk that you need to order from. The kiosk menu is very large and intimidating for some people. If you are waiting to place an order at the kiosk but would like to look at the menu, you need to step out of line, walk to the back of the store, choose what you want and then get back in line to order and pay. The 2 times I went in, they were only taking orders at the kiosk. The menu on the kiosk is different than the menu boards hanging in the store. The kiosk does not have any photos or descriptions of any named/mixed drinks. Example: Sunrise Drink. It does not list the flavors, drink type or boba type. While the sunrise might not actually be a current drink on the menu, I think you get my point. I would like to see this place adjust the layout to make it easier for customers to decide their orders. It would also be more efficient to either get another kiosk or start taking orders at the counter Despite the above, the drinks i purchased have all been delicious read more

I have no idea why this place has such high rating. Decided to stop here based on high ratings. We got the taro fresh milk tea. It was just a flavor powder in milk. And the drink was like warm. They charged ~$9 for a medium drink with boba. Mind you most places in Seattle/bellevue are priced lower than this for a large drink - it was so absurd. The drink tasted bitter and has a weird texture. My wife refused to drink hers after one sip. Boba was hard and chewy, obviously not fresh. Never before had such a bad drink and to top that the prices are ridiculous. Even the frozen Costco boba drink tasted better than this. Seriously WTF. It was such a let down. read more

This is not your traditional boba shop but it has all the things you could want if you're having that boba craving! It's not common for boba shops to have different cup sizes which I think is really cool, sometimes you don't want a huge drink but rather just a little pick me up. What is nice about this place is that you can customize whatever you're craving flavor wise and they also have different options like, slush, energy/ recharge drink, fruit teas, milk teas and even coffee along with options for toppings Also, THEY HAVE GELATO and while it can be a little pricey, it is delicious! I love the double chocolate and salted caramel! Perfect for a hot day The staff are kind, patient and welcoming and they keep the establishment clean and presentable. There's so many cool boba and gelato flavors here! It's a bit expensive, but I'm glad there's at least one good boba place in Monroe. They also offer huge sizes which is cool. Sometimes I get $1 off deals as well since I'm signed up with their text messages. I've had good experiences with the staff here as well so far. The only reason for not 5 stars is that they only seem to have 1 person working on drinks at a time while the other person stands around waiting for gelato/sorbet orders while they could be helping make drinks.
