I thought regular sweetness would be maybe a little too sweet, but it was just right for me. From other reviews they were right in that there isn't a strong tea flavor from drinks here, but the boba here is really good. The ambiance was a little awkward, probably because of the quietness inside despite the music playing in the background. Apparently the owner did not teach the girl how to be nice to people... First time here, and after looking at the menu, the girl came up to take our order. My friend tried to order the watermelon green tea and asked for zero sugar, and the girl told her no, and said my friend would not be able to taste the tea. So my friend asked for quarter sugar, and she gave my friend a face, and said "watermelon isn't even sweet right now." My friend and I looked at each other... and I proceeded to order first. I asked her if the Ceylon milk tea latte or the grapefruit green tea is better, and she just looked at me like I'm stupid and said they're two different things, one is milky and one is fruity. Here is where we all insert "no..way" Yes, I know how to read. I wanted a recommendation as it's my first time... Anyways, her tone, facial expressions, and the things she said were all very opposite of what I would expect for customer service, especially when we approached her nicely. I headed for the restroom, and as I tried to open the door, the girl sounded annoyed and said, "You need a key for the restroom." She just lifted her hand with the keys, and my friend walked over and took the keys. She made it sound like I was suppose to know I needed a key for the restroom. Well, if you had a sign by the restroom door, I would have a better idea. Our drinks were very meh, my grapefruit drink is very sweet. There was a guy there that greeted us when we came in, and asked me if my drink was okay. If I was in a better mood, I would ask him nicely to remake it, but I was so upset by that girl I just wanted to leave and throw my drink away. We ended up getting the 3 Royal Ceylon Milk Tea and a Coffee Milk Tea, after we were given a sample of it, AND LOVED IT!! The cups are also reusable!! Love the eco-friendliness.
