I called in yesterday 7/8/2026 to order the BBQ Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. I asked to order the buy two get one free A man answered the phone and said they no longer gave the buy two and get one free promotion. So sad I said Thank you and hung up the phone

This building used to stand out as it was a French crepe place. Now it's a Banh Mi place, but it's so much more than that. From the street it's hard to tell , but they actually sell - a variety of coconut water based drinks -specialty coffee drinks - variety of Matcha drinks - a variety of Vietnamese coffee drinks (strawberry, banana, sea salt, ube, black sesame) - tea drinks - rice bowls & salads - Banh mi It's actually a great quick lunch spot. My go to in Cypress is Sandwich House, but I'm glad I gave this place a chance because the BBQ pork Banh Mi is so good! They're definitely pricier than Sandwich House as well. I ordered a mixed fruit tea to go with it and it's not very sweet at all! I'm sure I could ask for more sweet but as is it's mild sweet. Right now they have a deal, buy a Banh Mi, get a free Cafe Sua Da coffee! Inside it's cute and modern, but it feels humid/stuffy, like no AC, but there is outdoor seating. Definitely worth stopping, order at the counter instead of the iPad screen.

Was nearby and in need for the strong VNese coffee. The place is very nice and neatly plus spacious. Smaller than the other store of their. Enjoyed their simplicity and bright decor and minim foods presentation. Plenty of easy parking spaces, staff are nice and friendly. Easy order but abit long for a sandwich...but all is good. The sandwich is good and consistent as their sibling store.

Quick and friendly service. The drinks were definitely the favorites of the entire order. My personal favorite was the banana latte (fresh banana in the drink, not just some fake syrup!) and the Oreo Latte was nice and rich. The food was fresh and light, the BBQ pork was different than your typical Vietnamese marinade, it was sweeter. For the sweets, the espresso cookie was great. Plenty of parking and seating inside, and very clean. There might be issues with their online ordering system so would recommend calling in or just order in person.

I was on my way to Northgate and realized that this place has been on my feed in my Instagram for a while. I saw a Bogo buy two get one free of the same item so I decided to stop by for their sandwich. The place is quite and small very clean looks pretty new. I got three of the same Combo sandwiches and the whole entire bill came out to be about $18 with tax. This makes it about six dollars each which isn't bad but it isn't great considering the size of the sandwich. It was fairly empty for the most part other than one customer and the employees are helpful. The portion size is smaller than most, but the meat and the flavor was on point. I would definitely come back here to get this with that given Bogo deal!

I was on a mission for a banh mi today and decided to swing by Boban for a scrambled egg banh mi. I was the only one inside and it took a sec to get it, but it was pretty good! Ive had some better banh mis and at cheaper prices, but this one is absolutely the prettiest and satisfied my craving. The drinks look so good, theyve got a great variety of fruit tea, matcha, coconut drinks, and coffees. What a cute place, decorated really well! Loads of parking on it's own dedicated lot. Theres plenty of space to sit both inside and out and of course you can take your banh mi to go.

Really good bahn mi's and Vietnamese coffee. We got the Chicken and BBQ Pork sandwiches with sea salt and black sesame Vietnamese Coffees. Perfect mid day meal and the bread made them even better. Service was fast and it was nice and clean inside. Worth the stop.

Sign clearly says buy one bahnmi get one free but this is a LIE! They said they do not honor this. So misleading advertisement.

We tried to support local business by going here but the service was horrible and they also have false advertising. They have a banner outside that says "Buy one bahnmi get one free" but when you go inside to order, that is not the case. The worker said it's a free drink(?), which she did not even offer, until WE brought up the offer that was stated outside. It says buy one get one, and mentions nothing about a free drink on the banner. We even pointed it out to her but her attitude was also pretty bad. We wanted to support the business since it always looks super empty when we pass by, but we just left. I think they will soon go out of business.

Immediately loved the vibes here!! Miss mam up front immediately helped me out to pick what to order cause I told her it was my 1st time! This place is super bright, lively, & plenty of seating, which I always appreciate. They currently have a buy 2 get 1 free promo, which is such a steal .. it comes out to about $7 a sandwich! The banh mi was SO good , super flavorful with perfectly crispy bread. We tried: - BBH (has extra sauce for dipping!! adds so much flavor) - BBQ Pork - tender, juicy, & packed with flavor - Combo Cha - comes with egg & Vietnamese ham, a solid classic You can't go wrong with any of the options. They even have vegan choices, which is a plus! Didn't get to try the drinks this time, but they all looked so refreshing and delicious definitely coming back for those!!

Small shop with plenty of parking and cute interior. There's currently a 2-for-1 special, so we ordered the Combo Banh Mi, BBQ Pork Banh Mi, and Pho Beef Banh Mi. Also ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba and the Lychee Jasmine Tea with lychee jelly. I mainly came for the drinks, but I did sample the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and the Pho Beef Banh Mi. I personally wasn't a fan of the Pho Beef Banh Mi - the meat was charred so that it was like charred brisket, and I found the smokiness didn't really pair well with the sweetness of the broth that was on the side. I did enjoy the ingredients in the BBQ Pork Banh Mi - the sweet and tender pork greatly contrasted the herbs and pickled vegetables. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea was exactly how you imagined it to be, but the boba was a bit undercooked. They also forgot to add the lychee jelly to my Lychee Jasmine Tea. Despite this, service was quick. I will say that while the decorations were cute, some of the tables, seats, and floor was dirty. Overall rating: 7 out of 10

Solid banh mi's at reasonable prices -- Boban's where it's at! I'm a banh mi lover so whenever I see that spot offers banh mi's I've got to get it! I've tried their combo cha, roti chicken, and sweet chili tofu (no longer offered, so sad since it was bomb). The drinks here are good, too. The aesthetic inside is cute and gives japandi vibes, light colored wood and plants with plenty of sunshine. It's relaxing! Customer service here has always been friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend Boban!

Finally got to try this bánh mì spot, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Their top seller is the steak au jus bánh mì, and I can see why. The beef was so savory and satisfying. The au jus was packed full of flavor and really took the sandwich to the next level. I'm a big fan of a classic pâté, and they had a really nice version. The pork bánh mì was also good--well-balanced and tasty. The branding was well done, from the paper wrap to the bags. The restaurant itself had a modern, clean aesthetic.

I have actually never had a bahn mi but my bf really wanted to try this place. We both got the pho beef bahn mi and it was pretty good but more veggie forward. A couple days later we wanted to come back and try another one so we ordered the au jus beef bahn mi and omg I would keep coming back for this one alone!! I also really liked the brown sugar boba. Inside is extremely spacious and super cute!! I took awhile to try this place but I'm happy I did and will definitely come back for more!!

They have a lot of other chicken items as well, such,as chicken sandwhich, dirty fries and other offerings. The food does come out really quick. It is somewhat expensive. We got 4 tenders. Crunchy outside. Meat inside was borderline dry. I do love the sauce they have on top as well as the dips. The toast was very buttery. It was good. TOGO'S recently revamped their rewards program so that whenever you accumulate 50 points, you earn…read morea $5 off reward. Points round up if the subtotal ends in a half dollar or more. As part of this revamping process, TOGO'S migrated their rewards system to a different platform, and if you successfully migrated your account over, you get a $2 off reward that is valid for 2 weeks. My $2 off reward was going to expire in 2 days, and I was planning a quick trip to the area to visit a couple other businesses in the same intersection, both of which had offers that were going to expire the same day or the following day as well. I normally wouldn't go this far for a TOGO, but was definitely willing to make an exception this time around. This TOGO'S in Cypress is located on the southwest corner of Katella and Knott. The dining space inside is quite ample, much larger than the Long Beach location I must say! There was a large family sitting in the far corner on the left hand side, but towards the right, there was an employee, Logan, who was ready to assist me. As I was looking at the menu, I didn't like how the menu was kind of scrambled around. What do I mean by this? So I was intending to get a mini 3" sandwich to redeem my $2 off since percentage wise, that'd be really good savings there. The right side of the menu specifies the sandwiches that can be made miniature, but the sandwiches are denoted by their assigned numbers. The numbered sandwiches aren't in any particular order, so without Logan's help, I would have had to bounce back and forth between different sides of the menu to understand which sandwiches come in a 3" size, and for how much? Such a cumbersome way to present that part of the menu that I really wish TOGO'S would consider reformatting the menu for ease of readability. But I'm starting to digress. Logan did help me out by specifying the four mini sandwiches that I was initially looking at. I thought about the #3 Turkey and Cheddar, but once he told me the #20 was Albacore Tuna, I decided to go with that. Tuna sandwich for less than $4? Count me in! Logan asked me a couple questions: What type of bread, and would I like all the produce? Since I'm trying to get more whole grains and vegetables in my diet, I said whole wheat and yes, respectively, to his questions. However, Logan was trying pretty hard to sell me on a kids meal, which also comes with chips and a bottled water, despite me not being a kid, except maybe at heart lol. I did ask him how much a Kids Meal was, and he had to go to the register to look it up. It was a couple dollars more than a mini Albacore Tuna sandwich, but since I was planning to get food at a neighboring eatery, I passed on the kids meal and settled for the mini sandwich. While Logan was crafting my sandwich, he asked his co-worker, or maybe supervisor, Brian, to ring me up. After scanning my QR code for the migration offer, the $2 came off, no problem, and I paid. Shortly after I paid, Logan had my sandwich ready in a takeout bag. I asked for a water cup, and he gave me one, no problem as well. I took the sandwich and water cup to a table by the window to enjoy, but the first thing I noticed was a small piece of bread stuck to the outside of the wrapper?! Well, not so great presentation up front, but after unwrapping the sandwich, I found the #20 Albacore Tuna to be quite good! Unfortunately, it seemed Logan missed a few of the vegetables like the olives, jalapenos, and the cucumbers, which you can request in the TOGO'S app. Kind of disappointing, especially since he asked if I'd like all the vegetables before crafting my sandwich, but I suppose for those three in particular, you have to proactively ask? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tuna in this sandwich, and there was still a good helping of vegetables in the sandwich otherwise. However, $5.75 for a mini is still kind of steep for such a small, but mighty, sandwich. Like I said earlier in the review, there are plenty of tables for customers to sit at, so unless an entire baseball team and their parents are there to celebrate a big W on the field, I doubt you'd see a full house in this TOGO'S. Overall, TOGO'S is still a good solid spot for sandwiches even if they're a little pricier than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but they do stuff the sandos with good quality ingredients! Also, despite the hard, but rather unsuccessful selling job, Logan was still a pretty cool employee to do business with.

From the start, the service was excellent and easily one of the highlights of our visit. The cashier was exceptionally kind and even apologized for the wait, generously applying his employee discount to our order to make up for it. Despite the initial delay, our food was ready within 10 minutes. **Spam Brûlée Musubi: 5/5** Nestled between layers of freshly steamed rice, the grilled spam was coated in a glossy teriyaki-style glaze. Creamy kimchi aioli was drizzled on top, while the brûléed brown sugar formed a thin caramelized crust that added a pleasant sweetness and delicate crunch with each bite. It was so good that we ended up getting a second order. **Hot Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken Sandwich: 5/5** This sandwich featured incredibly crispy panko-fried chicken that remained tender and juicy beneath its golden crust, smothered in hot kimchi butter that provided a subtle acidity and gentle heat. A touch of brûléed brown sugar introduced a sweet contrast to the savory fried chicken, while the kimchi aioli and macaroni salad brought a mellow creaminess that balanced its richness. Rounding out the sandwich was the Hawaiian bun, which was soft and moist yet nicely toasted on the exterior. **Hot Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken & Katsu Shrimp Mixed Plate: 5/5** The mixed plate was another standout, combining their signature chopped katsu chicken with lightly battered shrimp drenched in hot kimchi butter. The shrimp had a light crispness that gave way to a succulent, snappy bite, while the sauce delivered a bold, umami-forward flavor. Accompanying the proteins were rice and their house-made macaroni salad, which incorporated shredded tuna and mashed hard-boiled eggs into a mayonnaise-based dressing finished with a sprinkle of paprika. These additions elevated an otherwise unassuming side with unexpected depth and complexity. Between the outstanding hospitality and impressive execution, Shootz exceeded expectations across the board, earning its place as my go-to whenever I'm at Rodeo 39.
