I love Bobahead! It's even cooler that they have a drive through. My absolute favorite is a blended Thai tea with boba. Delicious.

I had never seen so many choices for boba tea and it took me a while to decide which one to order. The employee was super patient, friendly and answered all my questions. So thrilled that this location is finally opened! I am obsessed with their tea and can't go back to any other bubble tea shop ever since I started buying their drinks from the Valley River Center location. While the mall location is great, this one is conveniently located on W 11th inside a strip mall, AND has a drive thru! I no longer have to park, walk all the way to the food court, just to buy a drink (Not that it's not worth it, cuz it really is). Bobahead, unlike many other places that try to sell you "bubble tea" (Pssst, it's mixed from powder), uses actual brewed tea. They have a good selection of drink choices to choose from, plus some more specialties that you wouldn't be able to find in other bubble tea shops. Fresh drink and delicious toppings, and friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations if you are new to all this. You may still come to this location looking for some TCBY scoops, but trust me, Bobahead drinks are just as refreshing and delicious for this warmer weather. Highly recommended! read more

This is a really solid bubble tea place. I feel like I am a bubble tea purist - I always order the plain bubble milk tea. Sometimes I get too exciting and order the jasmine or green tea instead of the black tea (yes, I go that outside of the box). I was really pleased by their bubble tea. I can tell they use freshly made tea. Their bubbles were chewy and perfectly cooked. This is one of the best bubble tea shops that I have been. I am just bummed that I don't live nearby. I kid was boba crazy and wanted to try it. So we went and tried a few things to quench his need for boba. I had the strawberry with boba and oreo with boba. First this place is quite high on the pricing. Also flavors weren't there and just thought it was a waste of money. I have had boba before and it was a better taste and experience than here. The chance for second take might not happen or would want to after this experience. Plus the hit to the wallet for me wouldn't be worth it. read more

Love this place! Been here a few times and it has been consistently delicious and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I tried half sweetened Jasmine milk tea this time and it was really good, but my personal faves are Taro and Thai Tea milk teas. The boba is always soft and flavorful, never hard or chewy like some other places I've tried in Eugene. read more

I had my fiancé taste it and he agreed that it tasted like they served me bad milk. I love bobahead. But this isn't okay. Don't serve people milk that's gone bad. Went today and wasn't disappointed. I got a hibiscus tea (0% sugar) with boba. At first glance, the selection and prices were reasonable. I also liked that they had bubble waffles. (Maybe I'll try the shredded pork and seaweed sometime; tonight was just a drink!) They had a variety of drinks, too. I didn't like the tea on my first sip, but it really grew on me by the end and now I'm wishing I had more. Only change I would make is just a little more boba. But for less than $4 for a large, I'm happy. Plus, the cup seems sturdy enough for reuse, so that's nice. read more

I don't know much about tea... especially this kind of tea. But I thought it tasted okay, but 2 things were kind of disappointing. 1) I asked for the chai milk hot tea. What I got was the Thai cold tea. I don't like to complain so just drank it in hopes that it was good. It wasn't that good. 2) I got the large and it was FULL of ice. So there was hardly any liquid and I drank the whole thing in less than a minute. So I probably won't be back. read more

This place really is a hit or miss. The drinks are amazing 75% of the time. The other 25% is hard boba, warm shakes, or drinks that aren't sweet at all. The customer service is also iffy. Sometimes the customer service is great, or there are employees just messing around and talking to each other while they are taking customer orders at the drive-thru window. Today, the girl at the window was talking to her coworker while she was taking my order. She also didn't look quite professional as she had her work shirt tied up as a crop top with her stomach showing. Customers do not want to see this. I would love to give this location 5 stars, but they need better employees. read more

I'd say this is probably the best boba in Eugene but not the best I've ever had. Their boba are pretty soft and fluffy which has been hard to find in Eugene. The shop is cute and bright, but kinda randomly placed on West 11th but a great stop if you're heading to target! I really liked the taro milk tea and the creama. read more

I'm a pretty plain Boba-drinker (I usually get a black milk tea half sweet with boba from other places) and thought I must be missing out on something. I stopped by Bobahead and figured I should go inside rather than use the drive-thru because I wanted to ask questions and try something new. Both girls behind the counter were super nice and told me multiple times they'd be right with me during my very short wait. I did have a lot of questions, and the girl who helped me described all my options and even let me sample the tea base to make sure I'd like it. I ended up getting the peach milk tea per her recommendations and loved it! I'm not sure if this is standard or not, but I was surprised that there was an upcharge (50c) to add boba to the drinks at a place with boba in the name... Besides Rabbit Hole, this is the best boba in town. I've tried quite a few places and Bobaheads is amazing. The people are super friendly and helpful too. I lost my debit card and the person helping me gave me my drink for free and just told me to pay her next time.
