This boba location took over the McDonalds in the food court. I ordered the dragon fruit snow bubble. The taste was really artificial and too sweet. I don't think there was an option to adjust the sweetness- the cashier didn't ask me nor did I see an option for sweetness levels. I was also expecting more of a fruit slushy than a milk slushy, and I barely tasted the dragon fruit because the milk overpowered it. The boba was cooked fine though, it wasn't overcooked nor undercooked. It had a nice chewiness to it. Maybe I'll try the regular teas but I was pretty dissatisfied with my drink. read more

The service was incredibly slow and the person taking our order didn't understand what we were asking for, even though we were ordering pre made drink orders from a sign on the counter. She was difficult to understand and when asking for clarification she just stared at me multiple times or repeated "I know" even though I was asking a question. We really enjoy their drinks and food here normally but this experience was very off putting. Not sure if she is new and that's why she didn't understand the menu or if it was just us seeing as she wouldn't acknowledge me when I tried talking to her. Either way there are plenty of other boba establishments to choose from. read more

The food and drink was good. One thing I didn't like was one of the worker told me they don't do any ice cream rolls anymore when I clearly see it on the screen saying to to try it?? It makes no sense... I told her but she said it's 7pm. But the mall closes at 8:30?? But whatever ok. I like that there is a lot of themes going on for the drink and the crepes are pretty good too. We originally came to the mall to go to Quickly but saw this place right as you walked into the food court doors. They have a very colorful and large menu of bobas and food. First thing I noticed was how many different bursting boba flavors they had. I ordered brown sugar, and my fiance ordered the coffee boba. We both got ours blended and it was amazing! I don't mean to be rude but probably one of the worst milkshakes or boba flavors I have ever had. I am used to Oreo milkshakes from boba spots but this has a really bad aftertaste. The best part of this was the whipped cream and the 2 Oreos on top. For $10.50, not worth it. read more

Honestly, I really like this place. It's in the food court of the mall, so it is a bit loud. But I usually grab my food and leave. The people are always friendly when I order too. I always order the strawberry shake with the strawberry popping boba, which is DELICIOUS!! With that, I order the crepes with the bananas, strawberries, and caramel sauce. Now, this comes with a LOT...so you might get diabeetus eating it, but let me tell you...every single bite will be worth it. They top it with vanilla ice cream and it is absolutely perfect on a hot summer day. The combo with the strawberry shake is perfect. After this I am DOA, but it I am absolutely here for it. Fair priced tasty rolled ice cream, there are many fresh fruit topping options, however my daughter bought her own ice cream and she only had $10 and didn't want to spend all her money. Fun for her to watch them make it too. Lots of boba options, teas, crepes, fresh squeezed juices, milkshakes, smoothie bowls, coffee, pancakes, even cotton candy! Ive ordered 3 things from here from the times I've went. The crepe was too thick and gummy, like a lame excuse for a pancake. The boba was ok but it had a very powdery texture when I drank it. The smoothie bowl was ok just the blueberry's in mine were extremely sour. Overall good fast service just improve the food. read more

The menu should be a warning itself on not to purchase anything . The menu is very unclear and it's all over the place . Save your money don't buy here . The milk tea itself was an absolute letdown. The tea lacked any distinct flavor; it felt diluted and devoid of any richness or depth. It tasted as if someone had poured plain hot water into a cup, with only a hint of flavor essence. The sweetness and lack of flavor was disappointing . What should have been a balanced and enjoyable beverage turned out to be an unsatisfying concoction that left my taste buds utterly unimpressed. I've ordered here once out of the five times I've waited in line to order at this place. The cashier always appears to be in the back and there's no bell to notify them someone is in line. i've been here a few times tried the rolled ice cream and the taro milk tea boba which both were really good i've tried a lot of places to try and find the best taro mt and this one is by far the best in my opinion. prices are a little too high if they went down a little id probably come here a lot more often. pictures for the menus kinda looks like pizza or food items that they don't sell which is confusing to me. and when asked the cashier about the menu he just pointed at the menu like if that was any help ‍ and right after he was just scrolling on his phone right in front of me while i was trying to order. i try not to come back often because of prices and customer services because everytime it's always something with the boy cashier with the airpod or his phone. this seems like a family own business in which most of the family tries to keep it going. i do hope to see this business advance into better things. read more
