This boba shop is by far my go to place for boba. I've taken my 6 1/2 year old daughter, she'll correct me if I say 6, and this is her favorite place for boba. We've had boba elsewhere, not gonna drop any names here buuuut she likes this one the best. We've had almost everything on the menu and all are good. I'm not a fan of it being too sweet so I let them know to cut down the amount of sugar they use. You can't go wrong with their milk teas with boba. I don't know know if they slightly sweeten their boba but it has a small hint of sweetness in it. Make sure that when you get anything with their boba, you mix it well with your drink as they are slightly warm due to the bobas sitting in the warm water to keep them from getting too chewy. I'm no boba expert but I don't want the boba to be too chewy like a Haribo gummy bear, which are tasty in their own respect, and you don't want it to be too soft and mushy. Any who, here are some personal recommendations from me and my 6 1/2 year old sidekick, boba drinking partner, daughter of mine....all are with boba too. You can get it without boba but then what's the fun in getting a fun drink with black balls for you enjoy!! I love bubble tea and have been to almost every place i can find in the Dallas metroplex. This place is definitely one of my top 3. Their teas are fresh and the smoothies taste so good since they use actual fruit in most of them! The owners are super nice and one of them is always there so the place is always clean and a great place to relax or study. My favorites are: mango smoothie, rose green tea, mango green tea, peach green tea, watermelon fresh fruit tea, and kiwi fresh fruit tea! My hubby and I enjoyed the new combo lunch at Boba Lush. We couldn't believe how much food we got for the price and it included a medium boba drink. The pork chop was well seasoned, tender and tasty, the fried egg was perfectly cooked, the salad was super fresh, the rice was cooked just right, and the fried egg roll with dip was a bonus. It sometimes smells like old water idk what that's from, either the water used to mop or maybe the drainage has issues. We were so excited to try boba lush! We will probably try it again with some modifications. We ordered smoothies, and holy cow they were insanely sweet. Way too sweet. I called back in to ask if they added sugar and they said "no, just sweetened condensed milk." I felt like I was drinking melted ice cream that was too sweet to begin with. I have no idea why someone would want to sweeten a fruit smoothie like that. My husband had boba in his, and the boba were really good. We might try it again and ask for no added sweeteners. Just a heads up to other customers, because I would have never thought it would have been sweetened like that! read more

If you're like me and like to try more than one drink at a time, this is the perfect way to do it! I got the taro and wintermelon milk teas in a split cup and they were excellent. Not too sweet. They didn't overload on ice like other places do. The atmosphere there is very chill and relaxing. I could see people studying here or reading a book. Super friendly staff. read more

This is my favorite boba place in the area, and I've been to quite a few as a boba-addict. The prices are really cheap compared to chain stores such as Kung Fu Tea or Gong Cha, and their selection has a nice variation. I especially love how they always have my favorite topping, popping boba, and in multiple flavors too!! I've yet to see another boba place with as many popping boba flavors, and their specialty drinks are the bomb also! Im ubsesed with this place. This is my 4th time coming here in 1 week and I love it. Please if you want something natural come and visit this boba shop. I have tried the Jasmin tea, Mango, Matcha, Peach smoothies, coconut milk frappe and a sample of wintermelon fuit tea and I still have not been disappointed with none of them. Their customer service is superb, greating you when you arrive and when you leave saying bye. I'm sure you will love this place. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone that says that the service here is phenomenal is 100% correct. I ordered a black milk tea with 50% sweetness with bubbles. The sweet girl working surprised me by letting me sample the drink first to make sure I was satisfied with the sweetness before making it for me. Good thing she did cause I needed it sweeter! I went to Boba Lush on my their first week of soft opening and the decor and atmosphere was refreshing. I was kindly greeted by the manager and staff members working; I then ordered a regular Black Milk Tea with Boba and a Passion Fruit Green Tea with Mixed Jelly. The Black Milk Tea's overall flavor was pleasantly different to other traditional alternatives, if you're an enthusiast looking for Taiwanese style Black Milk Tea, I would not recommend it. Though, if you're willing open up to experiment your taste; I'd definitely say give it a go, it is definitely good in its own right as it is not overly sweet. The Boba itself was addictive with the texture not being too squishy or hard. It wasn't extraordinarily different from other alternatives, but if you dig the traditional way of how boba taste, then this is as close as it can get (not overly sweet and has a hint of honey). As for the Passion Fruit Green Tea, I would start off that if you're not into tasting the bold tea essence then I would not recommend it for those who desire more fruitful flavors. In my opinion, I love it! Boba Lush strays away from how other alternatives make their fruit teas by favoring a bold tea flavor which is often mistaken as bitter. The Passion Fruit flavor wasn't as pronounced as the tea, but in my book that's a whole lot better than it over powering the tea. Overall, I would recommend Boba Lush for striving to appeal to a refreshing taste instead of striving to be like its competitors. If you prefer bold tea flavor more than the overly sweet alternatives, then Boba Lush should be a place worthy of visiting and trying. I would definitely come here again once they've established themselves to venturing new different flavors. Will give more insights when I come here again. read more

Definitely my favorite boba tea in DFW. The teas have good flavor and not watered down like other neighbor stores in area. They have regular black boba, which is well-cooked, chewy and better go w milk tea drinks. They also got flavored popping and crystal boba for fruit teas.
