This place is ok. The Mrs. and I stop by here when we're craving a boba. Nothing special just simple quick service, simple decor, and plenty of parking. read more

There was a new girl today and they messed up my order. And now I'm stuck with a drink that I don't even like. I tried changing it to the one I wanted but she said it was too late. There's usually a gentlemen that's there and I always get good service but this time I didn't. Disappointed read more

I like this place. It's open late, the boba is cheap and tasty and the place has plenty of seating space. The only thing I don't like is that it's usually full of high school kids being loud and annoying, but Boba Loca can't be blamed for that. lol. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. After my boba I walk over to J core which has cute clothes at cheap prices. :) read more

I've been coming to this place for years and I don't recall ever having a bad experience. Yes the customer service isn't outstanding but to be honest, I don't care. I'm not there to have conversation or be friends with the staff I just want my drink, so as long as you're not rude, creepy, or spitting in my drink, I'm fine. And I've never had a bad drink here. They're always well blended, filled to the top, and super refreshing. I always get extra boba and My faves are probably the mango, taro, and cookies & cream. read more

I was always skeptical about Boba in general! this is one of the extremely few places I go to get boba, I get the Thai Tea with Boba and its around 3.25 for the small and 3.75 for the Large and they charge .25 cents for an extra scoop of Boba. That's all I hardly get because I LOVE Thai Tea. The place is usually chill here, they have outdoor seating, indoor seating, A computer (idk why lol) and A couch which is pretty awesome! I only come here once during the weekend because my boyfriend lives in Maywood so he brings me here. The tapioca balls here is actually pretty good. Not too soggy or hard its perfect, nice and chewy! And I'm glad they're open up to 9:30 for those damn evening craving I get there just in time to get some Boba to go! definitely love coming here! read more

Still went back around 11am when they'd open and NO BOBA! what a joke. But I must say their customer service has improved.

The boba is okay, the customer service is terrible. I'm the sure what the cashier name is but she was so rude. There was only one customer and she took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me, she didn't even greet me just proceeded to my order. After my drinks were ready she just placed them on the counter and walked away. She didn't say anything. The most rude person I've ever Met. I used to love this place what a shame read more

Consistent with the best of the Boba Loca places. Mostly just reviewing so I can recall later.

Really good, prices are ehh, $3-$4 range. I love their mango and peach slush coolers. 3.5 stars

Slightly addicted to the Thai Tea with boba. I come at least once a week now to satisfy my lunch time craving.

The Bobba is good and has expansive flavors and is very filling. The honeyd dew melon is good and they have several other flavors that will quench your thirst while you chew the things at the bottom. There are places to sit and enjoy a meal as well read more

I've given this place a chance probably about three times and I always regret it. When I have gotten boba, the boba is not chewy enough, seems like it's been sitting for a long time. As for the teas, they are way too sweet and taste somewhat powdery, not how milk tea is supposed to taste. Also their tea selection is very limited. I've been to their location is Westwood and it's definitely better! read more

Drinks are good. Caramel frapp and mocha loca are really good. The workers aren't very welcoming or friendly, but the service is quick. read more

It's understaffed, and customer service is not their priority here, but if you want good boba, you'll get it here.

I stopped by today to get a boba drink and the employee stated they had NO boba!!!! Like how does this happen?! It was around noon, how do you run out of boba at that time?! Management needs to get It together. You need to change your business name if you are not going to meet customers expectations. read more

This place is good for a quick boba fix if you don't want to drive too far. Only problem is their boba usually tastes like it isn't cooked thoroughly. read more

Nice little spot for Boba Drinks. Been here for years and a great selection. Definitely recommend this place!

Drinks are good, but watch out because they add tap water to drinks. Every time I come I watch as the guy pours tap water in the blender, after I clearly told him not to do so. He tries to be discrete but I see him with the corner of my eye. read more

Fav boba place , girls that work there have bad attitudes and are so SLOOOW, take forever to take orders and make drinks . The guy there is the opposite tho great service and quick ! read more

So excited that it's getting warm again which means I'll be coming here A LOT. Try to avoid coming here when the schools let out because it can get packed. Also they have a computer, try not to laugh at people hogging it to check their facebook. Fave is the honeydew slush: YUM! I always get extra boba too, free of charge. Indoor could use more seating, but I like it. They have outside seating too, or just go shop around. read more

Boba's are great. I live close by and there really is no other place around. The place was clean and my order came quick. If only they weren't the same price as a starbucks drink I would definately go more often. read more

This is a cool place for a good boba..They are fast and the place is usually empty..I usually take it to go because its a little kid hang out at times..but overall there drinks are good. read more

Love this place! best quality drinks and amazing service! The staff are always nice and respectful! Giovana, one of the staff, is the kindest and honestly why I keep going. 10/10 read more

The lady in that boba place had us waiting for 10 minuets just to wash a blender. She kept telling us to wait and that she will be out to help us, but no. There was a total of 6 customers that left. SMH. I just wanted to buy some boba. read more

I love the drinks! Customer service SUCKS the man that makes the drinks( the only man who works here) he is so rude. Doesn't say Hi,how are you?, have a good day never smiles he must hate working here. I was an everyday customer but he just gets on my nerves that i stopped going. As far as drinks i give it 5 stars and customer service doesn't even deserve 1star. read more

Boba Loca is usually a decent alternative when craving boba. The drinks were ok as usual, but the service was lacking. It seemed like they were a bit annoyed when i asked questions about boba alternatives (which they didn't have). So if you are just in a rush to get something the drinks will be fine, but just be prepared for iffy service. read more

I have been here before and have never had an issue until about 5 months ago. The girls seemed nice and friendly at first but once they messed up our order and I brought it up to their attention, they became so rude and didn't even want to bother with us. They just slid our pretzels and drinks on the table and didn't even come up to us and apologize. I know she knew that the order was wrong because of the way she ran back to the register to check but told the other girl, woops, oh well. They are unprofessional, full of shit and with a bad attitude! Never again going back read more

This place has so many good drinks to choose from the customer service is great. This cute young woman with blondish brown hair always serves me and she is the sweetest. I love this placee. read more

absolutely love it ! this is my favorite place to go for a frozen treat! honestly one of my favorites is the strawberry milkshake! #literallyMyWeakness read more

the customer service here is the WORST. went last night around 9:15 - note: the posted closing hours outside the store say 9:30 - and the guy behind the counter said they were closed & wouldn't take my order...it was not 9:30 or even past 9:30. he continued on and was making smoothies for other customers and wouldn't take my order. the customer service here has always been really bad and there are hardly any workers in this store, and when there is, they don't greet, or even acknowledge you - they just take your order, no questions asked. you're better off just not coming here at all. read more

Love this place. Usually empty so service is fast, I'm in and out in no time, and get exactly what I asked for. I especially love their sweet cream cheese pretzel and shaved ice, the only boba loca that I know has it. read more

Been here many times, fast service.. But more than twice they didn't have any boba, so I just walked out. No boba? Come on..

Horrible service. The guy that works there is a jerk. Look at the other reviews. I am not the only one that thinks so. Today, 6/18/12, at 3:30 pm he did not have change for a $10 bill. Yes a $10 bill. That was only about $6.00... Unbelievable. And he had an attitude on top of that. read more

The area is pretty clean, but the workers never smile and the fruits for the house special are never fresh!

I love this place. The tarot boba is delicious and keeps me going back for more. Just whatever you do don't use the bathrooms because the walls are covered from floor to ceiling with graffiti. read more

I go there every tuesday night before my soccer game and there is always one guy doing everything... He is very fast but he can only do so much. The Owner should consider help him with one or more coworkers i am sure that will help a lot. I only oppened a yelp acnt for this reason. read more
