OH MAH GAWD! i love me some boba, and now when I get that craving I know exactly where to go. This place has amazing flavors, and a ton of them at that. Peach mango with boba totally hit the spot, I could seriously drink it all day long. The only complaint is that this place was really hot on a hot day. Maybe get some AC? The back door was open and they had one fan on that was in their area, I get it, because they are the ones running around so it must be hot for them, but it was sort of unpleasant for me as well. I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's my neighborhood Boba spot, first time I ever tried boba happened here! But all I can ask is where is the guy that's always working here? Now they have a couple of dumb girls working here who seem lost. They had 10 people waiting for drinks, the guy would charge your order + make the drinks he was fast!! Only downside is they lack communication with customers they charge extra if you drink your boba at the place. If its to go you get charge less just a heads up. The taste of the smell of burnt-plastic, that's how the boba was. My wife commented first how the boba was off and I confirmed it after a few sips of my drink. We had different drinks so it had to be the boba. I told the young employee of the burnt plastic-tasting boba and it was pretty much... ohh. I asked if she had another batch of boba to replace it with but her response was.. no, that's all we have. You'd think common customer service would offer a refund or at least a replacement item but NOT HERE. Besides the bad boba, the Taro slush was full of sugar. I used to love this place until I saw how unsanitary they are. On my last 2 visits they were flies eating from the ice cream buckets. I mentioned it to an Asian lady that was working at that time and she told me that it was trash when I clearly saw her grabbing ice cream from that bucket. On my second and LAST visit same thing only that this time there were an excessive amount of flies (summer time) doing the same thing landing on ice cream buckets that are outside of freezers and without lids. I get the green tea frapp (It gets me real Hyper). It has a very good real taste. Strangely enough no boba for me, I don't care for it.(Also Taro frapp is good)The only thing I do not like is that they do not blend it well I get bigish pieces of ice that I have to chew. The fact that I know about costumer service (working at fast food) and knowing what type of service to expect is crazy coming out of a pandemic I would've assumed 10c would've let me go by, i was short 10c and the Asian/Latina with dark black hair didn't even want to take my 40c essential or not your company is worth MORE than 10c and it's MORE than what I give on a daily basis. 5 star rating because since they opened their doors in the city of bell it has been my coffee fix place! Boba coffee is my drink of choice but next best is the green apple something or another! Love this place, the costumer service is GREAT! The wait time is about 6 minutes so pretty fast even thought there is a full house!

First of all, they don't give you enough boba! You get 10 balls max and 12 if you're lucky, so extra boba is a must which is 25¢. BUT when you ask for extra boba they don't have extra boba! I asked for a Oreo vanilla MILKSHAKE and surprise surprise they didn't put any milk in my shake.How do I know ? I watched the dude make it. He put what seemed to be flavoring and a large scoop of vanilla ice cream with lots of ice cubes and ONE OREO COOKIE. That's right folks! But that's not all he distributed that same batch between 4 different drinks. So what I am drinking right now is 1/4 of an Oreo cookie about 4 ice cubes and 1/4 of the ice cream and 11 boba balls.If you want good boba and a bang for your buck try BOBANA in HP! Never ever ever coming here again!!! I was looking forward to this location since it's closer to my home (have been to the one in Downey) but will most definitely never return! The service was the worse! We walked in there, walked up to the register and no greet nothing! Both girls with the grumpiest faces of all damn time and to top it off had us waiting for 10+ minutes! Another place I started to go to during my high school days. We used to go here on our way back from tutoring the kids at the elementary school that is near by. The staff is small but they are very quick and very friendly. They always get the order right and I never had a problem with the drink not being mixed properly. The location is also great. read more

The boba is okay, the customer service is terrible. I'm the sure what the cashier name is but she was so rude. There was only one customer and she took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me, she didn't even greet me just proceeded to my order.
