OH MAH GAWD! i love me some boba, and now when I get that craving I know exactly where to go. This place has amazing flavors, and a ton of them at that. Peach mango with boba totally hit the spot, I could seriously drink it all day long. The only complaint is that this place was really hot on a hot day. Maybe get some AC? The back door was open and they had one fan on that was in their area, I get it, because they are the ones running around so it must be hot for them, but it was sort of unpleasant for me as well. But passing that aside, this place has some awesome boba! read more

poor customer service !!! yesterday my best friend and I decided to spend an afternoon together and as I love the drink with boba and we remember that this place was close, we went and after waiting in front of the counter 10 minutes I asked the boy if he could attend us because they did not have the kindness to tell us that in a moment they treated us, they passed in front of us like robots and when I asked if we could order he said "you have to wait" while preparing some drinks, I understand that they were busy but at least the customer should be greeted and If you are kind, you will gladly wait. neither the girl nor the boy have the potential to work in customer service. I have worked for 10 years in customer service and there is nothing more rejoicing than serving the customer in a good way and seeing that they leave happy read more

Amazing service! When I went to order a mango fusion green tea this handsome fella took my order with a smile and I felt so welcome. The drink itself was delicious and I really love the tapioca balls, they were just the perfect texture. The pricing was really fair compared to most boba places. I will definitely be back! read more

First of all, horrible customer service. Second, boba and drinks taste like shiiiiiiit. I live in Downey and there's a Boba Loca there with girls with great attitude and good drinks. I just happen to be in the area and thought I'd have the same experience.Never coming back to this one. read more

Worst boba ever...Boba doesn't taste fresh, it's hard. The peach ice tea tastes like plastic. One person on staff during a busy time, great customer service, but bad tasting tea. I'll probably try something else...If I ever decide to come back here... read more

Server Monique was unprofessional. No greetings, no thank yous. Kept going to the restroom even when there was customers. And we were sold this pretzel that has mold!!!!! in it. How can you let customers eat with mold in your food! Horrible. read more

Always supporting my city businesses! And this boba is pretty good just at time feel they can give more when you ask for extra boba but other than that service is great! read more

Love love love love this place! It's a cool place to hangout and relax. && the drinks are so good Definitely will go every time I'm in town! read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's my neighborhood Boba spot, first time I ever tried boba happened here! But all I can ask is where is the guy that's always working here? Now they have a couple of dumb girls working here who seem lost. They had 10 people waiting for drinks, the guy would charge your order + make the drinks he was fast!! And drinks were good, now they seem off. read more

Only downside is they lack communication with customers they charge extra if you drink your boba at the place. If its to go you get charge less just a heads up. They should at least have a sign or let customers know they CHARGE extra to drink boba at the place ... Boba drinks are great only reason they get a 3 star... read more

The taste of the smell of burnt-plastic, that's how the boba was. My wife commented first how the boba was off and I confirmed it after a few sips of my drink. We had different drinks so it had to be the boba. I told the young employee of the burnt plastic-tasting boba and it was pretty much... ohh. I asked if she had another batch of boba to replace it with but her response was.. no, that's all we have. You'd think common customer service would offer a refund or at least a replacement item but NOT HERE. Besides the bad boba, the Taro slush was full of sugar. I've had boba drinks and Taro slush from other places and the sweetness this time seemed over the top, almost undrinkable. So much so that I only drank 1/4 of the large drink. Money down the drain. Yelp should allow a zero star rating read more

I used to love this place until I saw how unsanitary they are. On my last 2 visits they were flies eating from the ice cream buckets. I mentioned it to an Asian lady that was working at that time and she told me that it was trash when I clearly saw her grabbing ice cream from that bucket. On my second and LAST visit same thing only that this time there were an excessive amount of flies (summer time) doing the same thing landing on ice cream buckets that are outside of freezers and without lids. Disgusting!! read more

If you like boba, this place is cool. Small places like this are the best. Surprised to find one in Bell. I actually stumbled into this place while I was on uber/lyft ride. I stopped in to use the restroom and grabbed a boba drink to go. So refreshing in the hot summer. read more

They ran out of Taro and the amount of boba they give you is pathetic so extra boba is a must. The employees I encountered also weren't the best but they do their job. read more

Been coming here for a while! My favorite is the green apple slushy with boba! The only bad thing is that the hispanic guy whos there always has an attitude hes needs to get fired cause customer service for is #1 and he sure didnt deliver that.. read more

Great little place. A good place to hang out but need some board games or something to entertain customers

I get the green tea frapp (It gets me real Hyper). It has a very good real taste. Strangely enough no boba for me, I don't care for it.(Also Taro frapp is good)The only thing I do not like is that they do not blend it well I get bigish pieces of ice that I have to chew. I don't know if they have to blend it longer or the blender is weak but owner please fix this, thanks!! Will try another Boba Loca location. read more

Not only do they make you wait 10 min for your order to be ready. But the amount of Boba they put is a joke. Just try to avoid this place all together. read more

The fact that I know about costumer service (working at fast food) and knowing what type of service to expect is crazy coming out of a pandemic I would've assumed 10c would've let me go by, i was short 10c and the Asian/Latina with dark black hair didn't even want to take my 40c essential or not your company is worth MORE than 10c and it's MORE than what I give on a daily basis. Lost a costumer for sure. OH ps they do the whole social distancing thing but she wasn't wearing gloves while making my drink and reached in with a plastic small spooon to get the remaining access. read more

Boba is delicious here! Guy who currently works here is super quick preparing the drinks. My all time favorite place, I just hope he added more boba when we pay an additional 25 cents for extra boba. read more

Ordered a honeydew boba and it came out warm with no ice in it. When I asked for ice, they said they didn't have any at the moment. Never going back to this location AGAIN! read more

NOPE! I've been a loyal customer for a LONG time. The guy that works there WAS always nice and always made a custom order for me and I would even tipped him often. I went today and ordered the usual. He gave me something different and then proceeded to be RUDE and act like he didn't know and told me that they didn't make the drink that HE always used to make me, Wtf! Bye. I Will not ever go there again. read more

I came here because my friend recommended it. The gentleman who made my drink was rude. I asked him what was in the drink and he wasn't listening to me. He even threw my receipt at me. read more

5 star rating because since they opened their doors in the city of bell it has been my coffee fix place! Boba coffee is my drink of choice but next best is the green apple something or another! I've been coming here for years but today was just one of those days where I won't bother showing up again. It was 1:45pm and apparently all these little high school kids are out hanging out there which annoys me. I got to the cashier and she says "we ran out of boba is that okay?"...ran out of boba at BOBA loca at 1:45pn. No, it's not okay. I'm not paying $3.75 for a NON boba drink. read more

Never ever ever coming here again!!! I was looking forward to this location since it's closer to my home (have been to the one in Downey) but will most definitely never return! The service was the worse! We walked in there, walked up to the register and no greet nothing! Both girls with the grumpiest faces of all damn time and to top it off had us waiting for 10+ minutes! And not once to top it off neither of them apologized for waiting, they didn't even turn to look! Good thing I left because noticing how much boba they put in their drinks was not worth it all!! They barely put anything in the damn drink! Smh! read more

i love this place but the only downside is they always close 30-45 minutes earlier than what is stated. if you close at 9:30 , then close at 9:30! read more

I like BobaLoca, their drinks are awesome! What I don't like is the guy that works there, he always seems to have bad attitude. He specially gets mad when you interupt him while he is using the internet on his working hours. ( this Bobaloca has a computer on the lobby for COSTUMERS to use) read more

Love this place, the costumer service is GREAT! The wait time is about 6 minutes so pretty fast even thought there is a full house!

First of all, they don't give you enough boba! You get 10 balls max and 12 if you're lucky, so extra boba is a must which is 25¢. BUT when you ask for extra boba they don't have extra boba! I asked for a Oreo vanilla MILKSHAKE and surprise surprise they didn't put any milk in my shake. How do I know ? I watched the dude make it. He put what seemed to be flavoring and a large scoop of vanilla ice cream with lots of ice cubes and ONE OREO COOKIE. That's right folks! But that's not all he distributed that same batch between 4 different drinks. So what I am drinking right now is 1/4 of an Oreo cookie about 4 ice cubes and 1/4 of the ice cream and 11 boba balls. If you want good boba and a bang for your buck try BOBANA in HP! Lots of boba and the staff is friendly. read more

Love this place but don't really like that they open at 11... it's a little late and if you go in what exactly live in the bubble is not even ready yet so you still have to wait about 30 minutes for it to be ready. But other than that I love their milk tea Boba read more

Another place I started to go to during my high school days. We used to go here on our way back from tutoring the kids at the elementary school that is near by. The staff is small but they are very quick and very friendly. They always get the order right and I never had a problem with the drink not being mixed properly. The location is also great. read more

I love the green tea frapp! It's sooooo good. It's usually not packed but there's always people there. Like the boba but sometimes it's undercooked. Lol I like when the little Asian lady makes it. But it's almost always good :) read more

Half a star. The boba tastes old. The drink itself has a weird flavor (mocha frappe).
