You can order things from their warehouse if they are low on something in the store. The prices are also great, I went to several other locations but the piñata were priced higher than the one I found here. The store itself is very clean and organized, they also had lots of artisan pieces from Mexico which was great. The girl that helped us also let me know they could make custom piñatas with 2 week advance notice which I will keep in mind for next time. But giving this business 5 stars because the ladies in charge (mother/daughter pair) were so courteous, friendly and so helpful. They even offered us some of their lunch that they were having which was so sweet. They treated us like we were family friends. So overall, I would highly recommend this candy store to anyone looking for party supplies, piñatas, and candy. This will be my go-to place from here on.

She asked the only employee that was there if she can have help because she attempted to bring them out and and they started to go everywhere and tangling, the person replied that they had no one to help.. because the balloons where not done in a timely manner they arrived after our guest had started arriving at the event. Not done at the time promised and no help to get them out of the store and for what i paid.. smh!!! Not good service! hopefully others experiences are better than ours was... will not be back to this establishment!

The lady everyone has been leaving bad reviews about was not there, at least not today. The gentleman who helped us was very kind and helpful. There is a huge assortment of candies here, and the prices are very fair. We realised that it costs us less coming here to get our favourite sweets than going to the usual shops, which don't even carry most of the things we want. This place does! I'm eating some right now and it's super fresh! I'll be visiting again soon!

Nice gesture on his behalf but the lady shouldn't have charged for the candy.

It looked as if it was made last min AND with no effort . I went almost two weeks early to place an order and provided the picture of what we wanted which was directly off their instagram page . It doesn't even look like iron man and the eye was already coming off. Not to mention the random marker marks on the face no clue what they are . It was very disappointing for the price point . The customer service was amazing . The young lady helping me contacted someone and they offered a free small Piñata which was truly appreciated . So customer service 5 stars. They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . Which was a piñata they made in the past so I wasn't sure how we got such a different and low effort " iron man " when they have provided quality "iron man " piñata in the past . Especially since the person who took our order took a picture of the first iron I wanted to send to whoever was going to make it maybe not sure who it went to . Just very disappointed in the quality of the custom piñatas .
