They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . I called about 20 places before reaching out here and when I did they didn't shoot me down right away like most people did. The girl I spoke with asked me what I was looking for and when I needed it by. I gave her all the info and she advised me to come in as soon as possible to provide a picture so she could show her boss to see if it could be done in the two week period. I rushed over that same day, showed her the inspiration picture and paid for it the same day. Overall I was very happy with the craftsmanship. It was a very sturdy piñata and took adults cutting into it to break it. We paid $120 for this piñata (see pictures) and while this is extremely expensive I wanted it so badly for my kids. Overall the staff was very nice and willing to help. Only down side would be that they literally waited until the day before to call me for the piñata. I was panicking thinking they were gonna have it. The candy there is decent. I am not sure if because we went on a Sunday, but they were very low on stock of Candy. Candy was also extremely overpriced. It was a 40 pound bag of candy for 50 something dollars. Overall, if you're planning to come here, they have a great selection of all types of party planning supplies however they are on the pricey-er side, but but if you are someone like me who really needed a specific item, they are definitely your go to one stop shop. I will definitely be coming back here for any custom items.

The girl that helped us also let me know they could make custom piñatas with 2 week advance notice which I will keep in mind for next time. But giving this business 5 stars because the ladies in charge (mother/daughter pair) were so courteous, friendly and so helpful. They even offered us some of their lunch that they were having which was so sweet. They treated us like we were family friends. So overall, I would highly recommend this candy store to anyone looking for party supplies, piñatas, and candy. This will be my go-to place from here on.
