Excellent customer service, fast lines, and great tasting snacks. The drinks are very good for the price.

Love their fruit teas! The popcorn chicken and sweet potato fries are amazing! Keep in mind, they close the kitchen @10:30pm so be there before then! read more

LOVE coming here! The drive-thru is so convenient and the drinks are delicious! Highly recommend!

I haven't gone in a a couple months and today I went and noticed they have updated their drive thru again (seems better). Unfortunately, they took almond milk tea off the menu, which was my go to drink. I opted for the Jasmine milk tea today and it has a really fragrant taste (not in the best way). I did ask for extra ice and that helped with the drink. Service has always been good for me here. I've also ordered the popcorn chicken a couple of times and both times were extremely soggy and not good. read more

Been going here since middle school. It is now one of my go to boba places because it is open until 12am and where else would I find a drive thru? All I can say is that there are pro and cons to every place and this is one of those places that you have to decide whether or not the pros can outweigh the cons. Pros: -fast -open till very late -convenient -could upgrade to big cup for less than 1 dollar -acceptable attitude most of the time -price Cons: -long lines -sometimes language barrier -got my order wrong a few times -NOT consistent A lot of the times the drink doesn't taste the same , sometimes sweeter sometimes blander, same with the toppings, the boba or jelly is sometimes hard sometimes fresh, really depends on the time, the person making it, and how busy they are read more

Lovely staff! We ordered at the drive thru but then had to get out of the line because our battery had died. The staff checked in with us and asked us what happened, we let them know we were waiting for road side assistance because our battery died. They offered to give us our Boba for free ! We appreciate the gesture they said they hope our day gets better. Definitely coming back again for more Boba and supporting them. Thank you! ! read more

Boba Ave simply gets the job done. They're known for the drive-thru option and their late hours, which is always a plus for late night runs. Although Boba Ave is convenient for the most part, the lines are consistently long. The service is decently quick, but the drive-thru option generally takes longer. The drinks are pretty standard. There are times where my drink tastes diluted so I would recommend the less ice option if that's something that would bother you! They recently switched to only drive-thru so I would utilize that, since the drive-thru option is what sets them apart from other boba shops! read more

There was so much hype about this Boba drive-thru. Every time I shop in the lot next to it, I see a line of cars waiting as I exit the parking lot. Bring intrigued and finally saw there was a short line, we came her to give them a try. They used to have a walk in option, but the doors are locked and blocked, so sitting in your car idling is the only way. We ordered a milk tea brown sugar boba, 1/2 sweet and an Oreo with brown sugar boba, also 1/2 sweetened. Both drinks were descent, but the main ingredient, boba was very average. Our order didn't have the nice chew of fresh boba, nor did it have any flavor. I tried really hard to taste the brown sugar or any sweetness, but they just tasted like plain boba. I'm not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews but for me personally, there was no interaction besides handing payment over and receiving our drinks. There was no ambiance to experience, and our drinks were good, but nowhere near great. But that's just me, since so many people like to line up, wait in their cars as they slowly inch forward to the window to get their drinks. I rather walk in, order and sit to enjoy whatever I just ordered. read more

The drinks were very good and the service is also kind. It is also convenient with the drive thru.

Love the boba here! Have been coming here for many years. Nice staff also! Delicious drinks and always fast.

Even though their boba is the best I've ever had, especially their cheese topping. But sometimes you might be greeted by someone who is not friendly at all. So don't expect good customer service every time you visit. read more

Good drinks and service was quick. Very friendly staff and fast drive through service.

It's a drive thru! We had ramen nearby and this place is open until midnight so we decided to walk over to work off our meal but they don't take walk up orders. There is parking for delivery drivers though to pick up. Menu is simple. A selection of milk tea, slushie, yogurt and cheese foam based drinks. You can have add ins like boba for extra and you can configure ice and sugar levels. It did get slow for us around 930p on a Monday night perhaps it's the only boba place in town open that late! read more

I used to love this place as I always order the Takoyaki together with my Taro smoothie. I have always asked that the toppings for the Takoyaki be separated from the balls and that was no problem before . But recently, depending on who answered the phone, she (always the female) would say that they are not allowed to do this. But I usually buy and take them somewhere like in Palm Springs and Arizona for my daughter, who loves them, too. I don't want the Takoyaki to be soggy when I get there so I always asked for the separation. I am trying to understand why they cannot accommodate a customer's request if that will help her enjoy the food more. read more

I've come here a lot and it's always been good and pretty quick. The ambience is your car.

We came because this place had such high reviews and we were unfortunately disappointed. It wasn't bad, I just don't know if it's worth another visit. The drive through option is cool and service was good. Strawberry mango green tea with boba : it was fine. The tea flavor was pretty mild and while the drink was good, I don't know if it really stuck out Hokkaido milk tea : this was also okay. I might prefer Sunright's Hokkaido more. Maybe I'm rating too much against the hype. Or maybe we didn't order the right thing? read more

Great experience of ordering. Great Service, Great Drink, the location is nice. You can drive thru at night.

Drive thru boba? Say less. The service is quick and staff is kind. We ordered the Hokkaido Milk tea and Messy Purple Sweet Potato. The milk tea was a little more sweet for us to handle, but was overall a pleasant drink. The messy purple sweet potato is a personal favorite. It's milk based and has sweet potato paste so you sometimes get to slurp a bit of it if you don't mix the drink completely. That with the honey boba too good. read more

I usually enjoy visiting Boba Ave, but today's experience was really disappointing. I ordered popcorn chicken and was shocked to find that most of the cup was filled with just crumbs -- barely any real pieces of chicken. It felt like I was given the bottom scraps of the fryer instead of a proper serving.understand that some crumbs are inevitable, but this was excessive. For the price I paid, I expected more than just crunchy bits with almost no meat. It honestly felt like a waste of you can see for yourself how little actual chicken was in the order. (This is a drive-through only place, please check your order carefully before you leave.) I hope the staff or management pays attention to this, because I know Boba Ave can do better. Quality control really needs to improve. read more

This place holds near and dear to my heart as they kept us sane and happy during the pandemic. They are one of the few drive-thru boba spots that is GOOD and with tasty snack options too. Quite honestly, I'm surprised there aren't more. I love their menu and have made my way around it fairly well. My current favorite order is their winter melon tea. Their tea selections are fantastic and I love that they offer gigantic tea options too. Why yes, I'd like a jug of boba tea please, thanks! Their snack options are superior too, and I love that they don't skimp on the quantity and quality. I'm a fan of Taiwanese popcorn chicken and theirs is fried to perfection. Just be careful when you ask for mild, it packs a punch. If you're like me and aren't exactly friends with spicy food, go with the non-spicy option. read more

Best tea place!! I love the passion tea it's so refreshing. Popcorn chicken is so delicious too

love their drinks and their fries! best late night spot. fries are medium or mild spiciness, and they definitely hit!

Boba Ave Express may be small, but don't let its size fool you - they're churning drinks like milk teas and smoothies to popcorn chicken and takoyaki. However, despite being open for eight years, they still haven't quite mastered the art of speedy service. When I arrived at 8 pm on a Sunday night and the line was about 8 cars deep, 4 in the driveway, and 4 on the street, so I opted to park and go inside where there was no line. I was met with no cashier because the same person working the orders on the drive-thru side is the same one servicing the inside window, not efficient. If you're in a rush, be prepared to wait - it took them 15 minutes to make my two drinks, that's longer than it does for me to get ready in the morning! But hey, good things come to those who wait, right? Their tea was actually pretty good after 50% reduction in sweetness (brown sugar milk tea and jasmine green milk tea). read more
