Was pleasantly surprised by the food here. They have a happy hour with food and drink specials. We came in for a wine tasting, which was pretty good. Food was good and the server was attentive. It took a little while to get our check and pay and they weren't busy at all. I would definitely try it again. It's spacious inside with a big bar area.

Cailin is the best server ever! She brought a ton of energy and made the visit memorable. I was here for a company event and everything was amazing. For drinks, I got a marshmallow old fashioned that had smoke and a toasted marshmallow and a wine and whiskey concoction. Both drinks were a good balance of taste and strength. I can barely remember any of the food. I think I had a nacho, hot cheetos wing, and a chicken slider. Food was not bad but not that good either.

This seriously had the best burger! The service was excellent!!!! You've got to try the oyster mushroom with buffalo sauce. I could eat plates and plates of these mushrooms! Five star service

Maybe this was just a rough day for them, I had a team lunch at the Boardwalk where I excitedly ordered their crispy chicken sandwich. To my surprise, this sandwich came drenched in a BBQ sauce that I didn't quite enjoy and caused the rest of my meal to be a bit disappointing. I also had their sparkling hibiscus-lemonade which I liked a bit, and their arugula salad which I liked a lot. Their service was great and the ambiance is perfect for an informal team get-togeth

The absolute BEST cheddar garlic waffle fries -- portions are massive and so good I always have to get these when I come here! Their happy hour deals are great and everything I've tried has been amazing. I was really pleasantly surprised by how good the burger was too, super juicy and very well seasoned on a soft and pillowy brioche bun. Definitely worth a visit!

The food is what you would find at The Rock or Hard Rock cafe. We got the fish and chips (with flat french fries), cauliflower and buffalo wings, Mac and cheese, grilled asparagus with soft boiled egg, hamburger, chicken burger and ice cream sandwich with molly moon ice cream or affogato. Service was good. Food was ok. Lots of tables and chairs to sit at.

    - great place for happy hour options, they have burgers/sliders, loaded fries, nachos that are pretty tasty. It might be difficult to find a table past 5/6 but just come early and be flexible. warning, the place is pretty loud indoors and you might be talking loudly to hear your companion as well. it's a good place to get some work done as well; I saw some people with laptops and working.

The smash burger with fries is really great The fries are between a little bit like chips, but softer and crispy The burger has good patty and the bun is soaked with butter Love it

Really enjoyed a quick dinner here while visiting the Microsoft campus. The interior design is prefab, but that's to be expected given the location. The space a light and open, with lots of different spaces for hanging out to catch a drink or sit and have a bite. We ordered off the happy hour menu. I got the Mac and cheese with chicken added on the server's recommendation. The Mac and cheese was good, although could definable been cheesier. The grilled chicken was a great addition though - really nicely seasoned and char-grilled. The staff is super friendly and attentive and everything is clean. Would definitely stop here again when visiting!

Overpriced food with small portions. My fish and chips showed up with 1 piece of cod - this is not enough food for a meal, folks. The salad it claimed it came with was a clump of greens with olive oil drizzled on. Seriously. The cod was cooked well, but can't really destroy fried fish. $18 pretax for this, UGH. When it comes to having something to drink that isn't alcoholic, they were all out of the really cool root beer the waiter raved about to me. Then he told me they don't have a full bar so he couldn't make a Roy Rogers. Then he told me they didn't have Dr. Pepper. "Tell me what you have that is not alcohol, tea or coffee," I asked him. He told me about some lemonade spritzer none of us had ever heard of, and I said I'd try it. It was awful, so he said he wouldn't put it on the check. Menu is limited, and everything is expensive. Note that this is on the Microsoft corporate campus, but is open to the public. Parking is a bit of a beast and via the parking garage, but you'll have to register your car with reception before you can go to the restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 4 Ambiance: 3 Parking: 3

The campus bar... Microsoft campus Ambience: 4 Food: 4 Drinks: 4 Value: 4 Boardwalk is the Microsoft campus bar. Situated in the Microsoft Commons, next the sports field, this is the only place on Microsoft campus to get a drink. In fact, I think you might need a badge to get in during business hours. Of the typical modern hipster style, the interior is quirky and innocuous. The food is pretty good, fries are crispy, sauces are savory, and the portions are decent. The drinks are even, dare I say it, a bit eccentric. With a cherry infused Manhattan and a spicy Serrano margarita, it's actually not bad. Most of all, it's very nicely priced at happy hour, with cocktails around $8. This is overall a really good place to go for a happy hour drink... if you don't mind being surrounded by Microsofties.

Had a great time here! Was greeted as soon as I walked though the door, grabbed my drinks at the bar and sat down to an amazing meal. Was brought here by some folks who work for Microsoft so was a bit tricky finding the place but really enjoyed the food and drinks. Ordered some delicious food, was checked on multiple times about the food and if we needed anything else. One of the best Caesar salads I ever had in my life!! HANDS DOWN! Cheese was so finely graded, greens tasted fresh and dressed perfectly. Everyone I was with had a great time (as we do get kinda loud and crazy so not so packed bar/restaurants are perfect for me and my loud and obnoxious friends) and here on a Friday night was very enjoyable. Will be coming back for sure!

It felt lively without being too loud, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was the highlight of the night. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, but more importantly, everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients instead of overcomplicating the menu. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and each plate felt like it was made with care. Service was just as impressive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked on us throughout the meal without making us feel rushed. The timing between courses was perfect, which made the entire dining experience feel smooth and enjoyable. What I appreciated most was how everything came together--the atmosphere, the food, and the service all complemented each other. It's the kind of restaurant that's great for a date night, celebrating a special occasion, or simply enjoying a quality meal with family or friends. Woodblock is the type of place that reminds you why dining out can be such a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu, and it's an easy recommendation for anyone looking for one of the best restaurants on the Eastside.

The "+add brisket" option which costs $10 on top of the Mac and Cheese was the driest I've had in many years. They also removed menu items like duck chicken liver mouse which were really good.

It's always a fun time to meet up to meet up with a friend or bring out of town friends on campus. 25 dollars for a 3 course meal is just unbeatable value, especially as I feel like the price tags in regular cafeterias have climbed a bit. The portion sizes of the entrees can vary quite a bit in size though as I've had the scallops, which are delicious but quite tiny vs my latest turkey burger sandwich with fries was a massive meal. Not too difficult to get a weekday reservation, but the restaurant was completely full and we definitely snagged the last parking spot in the outdoor lot, so I'm not sure where the overflow is. Bread Basket (2.75/5): A lot of the bread options were a bit stale and it's pretty expensive for nothing to stand out. Oysters (4.25/5): Probably the best bite. Super fresh and not fishy at all. Crab Cake (4/5): Good crunch and crab added some sweetness. Very solid. PB&J Foie Gras (3/5): I was most excited to try this, but I can't say I actually enjoyed it. It was interesting, but the foie gras was a little too gamey. Salmon Agnolotti (3/5): Agnolotti was good and portions were solid, but the salmon was barely seasoned / extremely under salted. Key Lime Pie (4.25/5): My favorite part of key like pie is the crust so this was right up my alley. Rides the line of tart and sweet with some extra freshness from the berry sauce / coulis. Chocolate Cake (4/5): Cake was moist and the chocolate lace added a nice crunch. Not the most luxurious / dark chocolate, but satisfying nonetheless.

We had a lovely time at Fork and Spoke with delicious food and the friendliest staff. Tickets/reservations are purchased ahead of time from Eventbrite for this pop-up event. We had our lunch reservation for 1pm on a Saturday, and there weren't many people inside, which was fine by us. They did have the banana leaves on all the tables for the kamayan, which is a traditional Filipino feast where you eat with your hands as the food is spread out on the banana leaves. When we sat down, we were welcomed by our friendly server who gave us our complimentary kiwi waters and the feast soon came out with an assortment of fried tilapia, pork belly, sisig, chicken adobo, Pancit Canton, tomatoes and red onions, rice and fresh fruit. For the two of us, it was a huge amount as any kamayan feast tends to be. It was truly fantastic. My partner and I both left full and satisfied. We also ordered the bibingka for an additional charge for our dessert, which was also delicious. Super cool to get Filipino food on the Eastside, which is hard to find, too. I'm so glad we discovered this event at Fork and Spoke as hotel restaurants normally aren't known as the first place you go to for food. Located in the Garden Inn in downtown Redmond, the restaurant has this cool pop-up on a quarterly basis, along with their standard dining food they offer for hotel guests and the public. While our specific server was kind, the overall vibe from the staff wasn't very welcoming. As for the food, my husband had the steak burrito. It was large and tasted okay, but it wasn't anything special--just an ordinary burrito you could get anywhere. I ordered the rockfish tacos, which were disappointing. The tortillas were too thick and crumbled so easily that I couldn't even pick them up to eat. Worse, the fish had a noticeable fishy smell, making me question its freshness, though the overall flavor profile was decent. Ironically, the best part of the meal was the creamy corn served on the side. The atmosphere is more of a spacious, warehouse style rather than cozy, though it is interesting to be able to see into the catering kitchen.
