This place is a joke. I dropped my dogs off and upon reading some horrible reviews after doing so I requested a tour. I brought up a very specific review where a dog was attacked by a mastiff and had to be taken to VCA. When I brought this review up with their employee, Tanner, became extremely defensive and corrected me every time I said attacked because he didn't like the word. He then explained to me that it's just a part of pack mentality. Thanks. I've owned plenty of dogs. I'm not an idiot. Attacked seems pretty appropriate considering how severe the dog's condition was after it left your care. When I asked what they do to prevent this he made it seem like they hardly do anything and that was the best thing to do. Then I asked, so you literally don't do anything not even verbal commands to correct the behavior(like every other boarding place)? Then he was quick to say they did. All in all I was concerned and after meeting that kid, my dogs will never be back. He even said his own dog has ended up at VCA for stitches after a day at play camp. Really selling it, buddy. Then there was the unauthorized charge for the FREE Meet and Greet Day. $51 charged to my card without my permission OR signature. When I called this morning about it, Tanner said he realized the charge last night but get this... NO ONE TOLD ME. I called them at least three times last night trying to get them to refund the deposit for boarding cause there's no way in hell I'd leave my dogs here. Ever. I'm told by Tanner this morning that his manager would call me and would be in by 10AM at the latest. I wait. I then call them at 11 because clearly none of their employees know how to return a phone call. Finally get the manager. The charges have been refunded. Great! It only took four or five phone calls. I call my bank after speaking to him, just to be sure. They're still trying to process the unauthorized charge, no pending refunds. What your company did is ILLEGAL. Do you realize that? I can't believe I left my dogs with you for a day. Side note, if you ever consider holiday boarding with this place your dog will only be let out for an hour and two short bathroom breaks. Thanks for the heads up, Tanner. So you're paying a lot for your dog to basically stay in a kennel for 23 hours a day. Better off finding some random person on rover then leaving any animal in this places care. My dogs are well cared for at Camp Bow Wow where they have trainers on staff and correct bad behavior. The dogs that come in must also go through a much more intense interview process than at this place. Highly recommend trying Camp Bow Wow and advise avoiding this place at all costs. Plus, Camp Bow Wow kennels are much larger and sparkling clean. This place wasn't. read more

I have brought my dog here off and on for years. We didn't have a good experience one time while it was still B&B for DOG, so I stopped bringing him. A while back I noticed he was becoming grumpy and fearful with strangers and other dogs so I knew I needed to socialize him more. I decided to try again with boarding and beyond. Wow, what a difference! The first time we came back Rowdy was trembling and scared, but now he isn't and he is excited! The staff are wonderful and always greet him with hugs and pets, he loves it. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and compassion for my dog. read more

I've gotta admit, I was pretty disappointed in my experience. First, I made an appointment for grooming about five days ahead of time. I showed up at the time I thought I had made the appointment for, and there was no record of it. The woman at the desk made an effort to squeeze me in, which I appreciated, but she admitted to me that she did not know much about grooming and therefore did not ask me the usual questions that a groomer asks. I tried to remember what I usually tell groomers and left. My 10 lb dog was from around 9 am to 3 pm, but when I picked him up hours later, he appeared to have something like grooming done, but did not look groomed. His nails were too long and they looked like they had been cut with a dull instrument. His coat was very long still; it looked like it had merely been scared with some scissors. Finally, there was still poop caught in his butt hairs and food caught in his mouth hairs. He had been bathed (?) because he was still kind of damp, but it was a very poor grooming job. Once I got him home, I realized that I had paid $60 but not received what I felt was $60 worth of service, so I called back to complain and explained that I wanted to give them another chance to make things right. I explained how I felt and they were very apologetic, which was appreciated. They made me another appointment for two days out (and I got an email confirmation this time, not like the first time, but I didn't know they did that or I would have checked before showing up). I drop my little dog off again, and the man I spoke with told me he had heard about my situation and told me that on the weekends, their apprentice groomer was working and that should have been explained to me. (Ok, but why charge me top price for obviously not top-notch service?) When I pick him up hours later, his coat is shorter, his butt hairs had been cleaned and trimmed, but not his mouth hairs like I had asked. I honestly couldn't tell if his nails had been retrimmed or not because they still looked jagged. It's been a couple of weeks at this point, and he will need regrooming much sooner than I had hoped. I had high hopes for this place, but I won't be using their services again. It seemed very disorganized and their employees don't seem well trained based on the communication issues I experienced. I really hate to complain and leave negative reviews, but I'm still pretty bent about receiving sub-par service and being charged full price. read more

They always treat my dog like their own, she goes there happy and comes home wiped out, smelling great no less which is not what you might expect from a dog daycare center. Even after just a few times of being my dog here once or twice a week, the staff knew immediately who she was and she seemed to know exactly who they were as well. Very friendly staff, competitive pricing and our dog being wiped out, we will keep bringing her here over and over. read more

Update: It is way too hard for me to ding them a star. We were gone a week due to kennel cough and upon our return the awesome staff (Tanner) once again greeted us with his pure awesomeness. It is hard to find people in the customer service industry who deliver just that and they set the bar really high here. I have to remember it is a doggy dog world there, so there will be dog hair etc. The important part is knowing my dogs love it, they are loved all day long and they all put a smile on my face at pick up/drop off! Thanks again you all are amazing.... All staff are extremely friendly, amazing, professional, always in great moods and compassionate. The customer service alone WOW's me each time I go in. They remember who you are and your pet/s names immediately which makes you feel so welcomed. My husband and I had to fly out last minute, we had never used a boarding facility and decided to take a leap of faith. I called up Boarding and Beyond and Tanner picked up (phenomenal guy 10+ stars), talked to me for a long period of time about my dogs habits/needs etc. My 7 month old Cane Corso displayed leash aggression and Tanner took him on as if it were no big deal, he didn't make me feel like a bad owner or that I was doing anything wrong in my training process. They worked with Sergeant and put him in an appropriate play group (instead of just throwing him in with the big dogs) and his leash aggression/anxiety has pretty much diminished since being there (another WOW). My dogs truly love this place and as indicated all of the staff show how much they love animals, they also accommodate his raw diet without extra charges (special diet). I am only giving 4 stars because my only one concern/issue is the cleanliness, I do feel things could be a lot cleaner. It would be nice to smell bleach/cleaner in the lobby area (this is the only boarding facility I have been to so my expectation may be skewed). Both of my dogs caught kennel cough and I do completely realize this is the same as sending your kid to a daycare with all of the viruses/bacteria etc. they can pick up, but it was a bit disappointing as our vet bill was $246.00 due to them contracting this and they can't attend daycare for 1-2 weeks (very sad). Again, I understand this is inevitable with so many animals in and/out, though as indicated above, the sanitizing and cleaning in my opinion based on my tour could be stepped up a notch or two. We will continue to bring our babies here without a doubt even with my 1 concern/opinion. We absolutely appreciate all staff here and they love our pups. Horrible place and what made it horrible was the "manager." For being a manager, she is not friendly at all or professional and on top of that, when my husband and I arrived she was out smoking with two other girls then walked in once we parked our car. Had a nasty attitude when we walked in for a tour and acted like we knew when tours were over. After that I didn't even want to take a tour with her and didn't even want her watching after my dogs because most likely she wouldn't be and she would be outside smoking. I was told I was going to get a call Monday or Tuesday and I never did. It's ok, I would NEVER think of leaving my dogs with her anyway. read more

Been a long time B & B customer. The staff is friendly and nice, although their communication can be lacking at times. I just assume when they're trying to quickly get off the phone with me or not replying to email that they have their hands full playing with dogs all day (ruff job... ha ha). I had recommended B&B to a friend of mine awhile ago who had left his dog with them over a week or so. When he got his dog back she had a bug of some sort that required antibiotics, so he has found a different boarding location. The last two times recently my dog has also required a vet visit and antibiotics immediately upon my return from holiday. Initially I sort of discounted my friend's experience as I don't really know how he cares for his dog. The first time it happened with my dog I thought it can happen anywhere; but this last time I'm now suspecting that there may be is something B&B is doing or not doing that lets infections spread. My dog is elderly so perhaps that is a contributing factor. What also gets me is that he has hip issues which I've told them about and requested limited play time. This last time he came out obviously in pain, his hind end dragging low. I don't know that my request for limited play was ignored, perhaps he was jumping in the kennel the entire time. And finally, he also has a gluten sensitivity, just one treat with gluten gives him hot spots which he licks at for a week or so. It's nothing major but it's something I don't like dealing with. Every time I drop him off I mention this sensitivity and request no treats or food outside of what I provide, but he always comes back with hotspots. I'm not sure if B&B gives him treats or anything, maybe he is getting into another dog's food / treats, he is a sneaky one... Again I really want to stress that I don't know that B&B is ignoring my requests, but I think anyone would agree that of all these things add up. I just feel that B&B may not being doing the best job that they could. My dog seems to enjoy it at B&B, to be honest I think he likes them better than he does me, I'm sure he is not being abused or ignored in anyway, and it's not like I have what I feel is a very major complaint. Admittedly my dog has developed particular needs as he has aged, I am not certain those needs are being addressed well enough at B&B. This laundry list of minor (the gluten) to somewhat concerning (hip pain and infections) problems have caused me to look elsewhere to see if anyone is doing it better than B&B. It is not that I think you should stay away from B&B, but if you already have a boarding place that you and your dog like I don't think you need to be changing to B&B. read more

David the location manager has very horrible customer service and the few times I've brought my pets here they seem to have new staff each time, I'm assuming because of management style because everyone else I've encountered there has been lovely. Very rude to customers and doesn't seem to actually listen to the needs of the client. read more

Our lab mix Luna has been going to Boarding and Beyond since April 2019 and she was very skeptical at first because she was only 6 months old, but after consistently taking her, she cannot wait to go everyday. She runs out the door and car when we leave to go. She is always so happy to be there. She enjoys playing with all the dogs. When we pick her up, she is so tired from all the playing and it helps with her energy because if she doesn't go, she is so full of energy. I love that you can watch the doggie cameras and that they do grooming too. She even did the blueberry bath. Thank you Boarding and Beyond for all that you do! read more

Update*** In response to "Victoria's" comment: Her response is full of misunderstandings or lies. I have never spoken with her on the phone even though I have called and left messages for her. B&B has never offered us any compensation and actually explicitly stated they wouldn't compensate us even for that day of boarding let alone all the bills incurred by both incidents. Victoria also doesn't understand the timeline of events or calls. We often had to initiate any communication and most of the time they would never return our messages. My wife and I have been customers of B&B for several years and have had several issues. Our dog has needed to get stitches twice from being boarded here. The first time was pretty minor (occurred prior to the ownership change) which was why this ended up happening a second time. The second time our dog was almost killed and when B&B called to tell my wife the dog was injured reported that he had a few minor scrapes but were taking him to an emergency room. An un-neutered Great Mastiff mounted our dog and bit our dogs neck for over 30 seconds causing sever cuts and bruising. Some of the cuts were so large they couldn't be sewn shut. B&B never followed up with us on the health of our dog plus they elected to protect the other dog's owners and told us that dog would be welcomed back. When calling to talk with the owner of B&B we were told we could only talk to a manager or were told the owner would call but he never did. read more

I went into to this business with the best hope. I talked to two people there that told me that I would pay $39 for each pet for each night. I was also told that I would get a military discount and the price would come down to $35 a night per pet. I got back from my trip and they told me that it would be $39 a night per pet. I asked about why it wasn't $35 and they told me they couldn't change the amount. I was also told a manager or owner would contact me, well that hasn't happened either. I would not use this place again, because they BAIT and SWITCH. I wish business wouldn't do this kind of business, but I guess this place does this type of business. Never use Boarding and Beyond!! I used to like this them until my dog started taking meds. We boarded him for 3 nights so I packed 3 nights worth of pills and received all 3 nights worth of pills back when we picked him up. Luckily these weren't important life-saving pills, but what if they were?! I will not recommend this place and we're lookin for another dog boarding facility now. We took our 4 month old puppy here for 5 days and requested he be confined away from other dogs. Our vet recommended this as our puppy hadn't had his booster yet. We made sure to communicate this several times on the tour and when we dropped him off and they assured us he would be kept separate. We checked the video and saw they had him outside with all the other dogs, mostly larger dogs too. He had not really been socialized either so we were really upset. That plus when we picked him up they gave us back 1/2 of the food we sent with him for 5 days. It turns out they had only been feeding him twice per day not the 3 times per day we instructed. I had a bright orange note on the bag indicating how much/how often to feed him. He is a puppy and shouldn't be missing meals! I also wrote out all these instructions/reminders for him to be kept alone, how much to feed him and to monitor him outside which they just ignored. We took him to the vet the day after pick up and he had lots of pebbles in his stool and was vomiting. When I called B&B they were pretty indifferent and acted blameless, offering a lame excuse how the card on his kennel must have fallen off so that's why they didn't keep him confined from other dogs. The manager called me at my request and only offered a credit for his next stay. Why the HECK would I ever return here?! Most of the employees are young people and while they may be great with dogs, they should not be trusted with puppies. read more

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!!! Absolute worst animal handling experience I have ever encountered. If you care at all about the well being of your beloved pets, you will go elsewhere. Everything about this establishment is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I left my dogs in their care for a week and when I picked them up, they immediately looked flushed and sick. All of my dogs went into their care in perfect health. It was clear that my dogs were either not fed the food that was instructed or contracted a virus from inside. My dogs were sick for weeks in every way imaginable. I have an elderly dog that literally came close to death as a result of being with them. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I informed them of the situation. No refund was issued, despite the large amount of money I had to put towards the vet and getting them back to good health. They had a "you can't prove it was us" attitude throughout the entire situation. People like this should never be allowed to care for animals. David is, I believe to be the person in charge. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional human. Taylor and Bobbi are also a part of the unprincipled people in charge. Please, if you care about and love your pets, do your research. Read reviews like this one before making the decision to leave them with just anyone. I thought I would give a smaller business a chance, especially during a time when all local businesses need it. I'm extremely disappointed and sorry in my decision to do so. Your animals deserve the best and to be in the hands of professionals who care about them and know what they're doing. We bring our dog here 2-3 times a week for daycare and have also boarded him here. HE LOVES IT! He now knows the word "daycare", knows he gets to go if he sees us putting his food in a tupperware to go, and literally pulls us out the door and into the car to bring him here. Occasionally he's even begun to whine in the car as if we aren't getting him there fast enough. We started out taking him to another daycare because it was closer to where we live. The facility was a lot smaller, they had a pebble/cement outdoor area (awful for paws), the individuals that worked there were rude and it felt very stuffy/pretentious. Our dog also did not seem to enjoy going. With B&B that is not the case AT ALL. He absolutely loves it and comes home exhausted. The staff is WONDERFUL and they have an AWESOME FACILITY. They always give us on update on what he did that day, they have known him by name since the third time we brought there and he seems to love them as much as they seem to love him. We feel very comfortable with this place and that's saying a lot considering for the first 14 months of having him we wouldn't leave him with anyone but my sister and that was pushing it (which became very limiting). We are so glad we have found this place and I can't do much other than gush about this place whenever somebody tells me they are looking for a daycare or boarding. It's FANTASTIC! read more

We left my dog at the B & Bf or 6 days towards the end of June. When we picked her up she seemed OK. She was very excited to see me. When we got home she was very tired. I hope and pray she had a good time. I say this because I googled the b & b reviews and read an article about a former employee that did not have much good to say about the place. It was extremely hard for me to board my dog and I hope she was treated well. I guess you never now any more who to trust. I did mention dog abuse to my husband because I was scared to death to leave her. I hope the unhappy former employee finds a position at a place he/she will enjoy. My basset hound is quite the social butterfly, so having a place that I feel comfortable taking her when I'm away, like B&B, makes leaving her feel like a vacation for her as well. The staff is always organized with my booking and remembers my dog when I call to make an appointment ( a big service plus ). I like that daycare and boarding is combined all for one price. The company also has long hours that work well with a travel schedule and is conveniently on the way to the airport. Daycare is drop-in! I am glad to have found such an accommodating and reasonable place for my pet, and one that she seems to enjoy as well. read more

I've been reluctant to write this review because B&B was so so good to us for so long, but I feel you need to know. Will try to make it as short as possible. We got a call half way through our week long trip that our new puppy had a 'scratch' on his ear, second call the next day says our older dog has a 'scratch' on his butt, nothing of concern. We come home to our puppy having stitches and our older dog with a gash so deep on his bum it took four weeks to heal, landing him with a huge permanent scar. Not one of the staff could explain either incident. We were then given a large vet bill on top of an already huge boarding fee- but whatever. Not to mentioned it ruined our trip with worry. I have a few theories here, one being that an employees dogs did it and they won't cop to it, for obvious reasons. I know for a fact they bring in their own dogs, and they probably want to continue to do so. Just a guess, but why else couldn't they tell us what happened for either accident? Curious. Now there is an aggressive mystery dog (or two) running around the place, and they have no idea who it is? I seriously doubt it. After all this, we get no call from management or the owner. Honestly, I would have been happy if just one of the accidents had a solid explanation. In the end, we got a sorry from the employees who walked us out, probably guessing it was the last time we'd be coming. And they'd be right. At least they were remorseful...I guess. Maybe these were just two freak accidents and I should be happy the pups are alive and well. But our trust is lost. We just thought you should hear our story and draw your own conclusions. read more

For over 8 years we took our dog to Boarding and Beyond. In the beginning, this facility was owned by a true dog lover. But ownership changed. During her last stay in November 2019, she was attacked by first one dog, and then when she was reportedly down, by another. She sustained multiple dog bites requiring emergency vet surgery. More than 1 staff member told us that our dog did nothing to incite these attacks, she simply was "caught in the crossfire" in a spat between 2 other dogs. We asked the manager at Boarding and Beyond if he would contact these other dog owners to let them know what happened. We did not ask for their personal contact information but thought it was B and B's responsibility to make these call as well as to perhaps separate these dogs from others in the play area. We also hoped these dog owners might be inclined to help with our $1000 vet bill. At first, per the manager, it looked as if he would do this. In the end, he, we believe at the urging of the owner of the facility, he refused to contact the other dogs' owners. He then stopped returning our calls and the owner of the facility, who we emailed directly, never responded at all. We have since learned of other similar incidents at this facility. Love this place!!! My dog has been going there for 4 years now. They used to be called B&B for D.O.G. I use them for occasional daycare, grooming and boarding while I am away on vacation. They are excellent. The staff is great. I have seen the same staff members for several years. Love the hours especially late pickup until 9pm. The staff know my dog and give her lots of attention. My dog is always happy when I pick her up. She has so much fun at daycare that she sleeps in the car on the way home. I've never had any problems with illness or interaction with other dogs. I won't take my darling Bella anywhere else! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Boarding & Beyond has made what was suppose to be a routine grooming appointment turn into a traumatic event with life time repercussions for my dog. Tuesday morning my dog was taken to the vet for a routine exam and to get his shots updated. He left with a clean bill of health. We drove straight from the vets to boarding & beyond to drop him off for a de-shedding and bath. After the appointment he was picked up we went home and had a normal evening. Wednesday morning we noticed Caesar had a blood shot left eye, our gentle dog seemed agitated and refused to eat. We made a vet appointment to get his eye checked out. At this time the vet told us that Caesar had eye and back trauma. I asked him if this could be from another dog to which he replied no this was clearly human caused. I am 100% sure this injury was caused and boarding and beyond. My house is baby proof as I have an infant in the house. Someone at boarding & beyond deliberately physically harmed my dog. Caesar is a 100lb German Shepherd to cause such a injury to his eye and back you would have to strike him with a lot of force. There is not way Caesar had a clean bill of health from the vet right before the grooming appointment and right afterwards he was injured so badly. This absolutely not acceptable it is downright disgusting and they should be charged with animal abuse. I am furious at this as my dog is now traumatized. When the office was contacted the receptionist reacted by saying well you sign a contract sooo... Ha first of all the contract releases liability to you in regards to an accident such as another dog bite, but not from a dog abuser attacking my dog. What a horrible business avoid them at all cost. I promise for Caesar's sake I will be contacting whomever will listen so they no longer have the access to other animals so no other family must go through this! read more

My dog attended daycare at B&B for the last year and a half. About a year ago, I got a call during the day saying my dog had been bitten on the nose. I immediately came and picked up my dog and inquired about what happened and asked about the other dog. Luckily, the wound wasn't very deep and my dog was going to be okay. I never asked the other owner to pay the vet bill and trusted B&B to ensure the other dog wasn't allowed back in daycare. A couple of weeks ago, I got a call 10 minutes after dropping off my dog that my dog had gotten into a "fight" with another dog and that he had a scratch, and they were going to take him to the vet. I immediately left work to take him to the vet. At the vet, my dog was treated for bruising, deep lacerations, superficial wounds on legs and arms, etc. No one called me from B&B to ask how he was doing. Instead, I had to call (after receiving an expensive vet bill) and gather more details and ask about their process. Turns out, they don't really have a process and the "manager" I spoke to acted like she was "just about to call me" and didn't know it was that bad. She assured me she would speak to the owner of the dog and call me asap. After not hearing from her, my husband called to speak to the owner. While the owner listened, he told my husband that this was not a fight, and a large, un neutered mastiff had immediately launched himself on my dog when he walked into daycare and he couldn't pull him off for at least 30 seconds. This makes sense considering my dog is a harmless 50 lbs lab. The owner of the dog never called and took responsibility and I finally got a pathetic call back from the manager saying she was sorry, but "this happens with dogs". There is obviously not a vetting process for aggressive dogs and when things happen, there are not protocols in place. I won't be taking my dog there anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

Was going to give 4-stars but couldn't because of my bill. Overall the place is very nice. The only reason I took my dog here is because this is one of only a few places that accept dogs that have not been neutered (I am waiting until 12 months for my golden per my vet due to health reasons). So what brings it from 5 stars to 4? Streaming video. Most reputable boarding/doggie day care business have some kind of streaming video so that you can check up on your dog, this place has none. I boarded my young dog here (first time ever boarding) and it would've been nice to see how he was doing. Instead you just drop your pup off and hope everything is going well. Yes, you can call or email to find out how they are, but stream video of (at minimum) the play area is standard practice these days. So what brought my 4 stars down to 3? I called the morning I was to pickup my dog and asked for them to bathe him before I picked him up that afternoon. Their standard "exit wash" is somewhere in the $20 range. When I picked him up, I was charged about $199 for 4 days! I asked how the bill was so high, and they explained the nightly rate and then said the wash was about $55! I said how I was told the wash was only a $20 and they said he was given the top wash, which includes nail trimming, blow drying, and some other things. I told them when I called all I asked for was a bath, not this expensive wash. The response was "it's already been done so I don't know what you want me to do". I don't know if this was referring to the service that was already done or the fact that my credit card was already processed... either way, a horrible way to handle this. I had been traveling all day and wasn't in the mood to argue and have them fix what they caused, so I left. Be sure to specify what you want at this place or this could become your issue too. Also, they've got a fantastic website but they NEED to add prices. I'm surprised with how detailed the website is that they don't include this. It's not like the boarding prices are something they need to hide as they are pretty standard prices. read more

I have used B & B since my dog was a puppy. She is now 13. I have never gone anywhere else and even when we moved from Denver to the South, we still make the drive. Here is why: The staff. The staff know our dog. They take the time to understand who she is and what she likes. They are responsive to her needs and ours. They call us when they have a question and share how her time there was. They know when she is hurting from arthritis and follow through on our treatment plans. They truly love her and it is so clear to see. The facility. I know lots of dogs get sick at boarding places. For 13 years I have kept our dog up to date on her shots and immunizations, she has never contracted anything at B & B. I do credit this a bit to how the facility is run and how they treat the dogs. Our dog. She loves to go. I say "want to go to doggie day care?" and she is off and running. For me, after 13 years. . .this is what keeps us going back. We would recommend B & B to anyone! Boarding and beyond left our pups happy and worn out! They have the best and friendliest staff I've encountered by far. They seemed happy and willing to run me through the interview process, offered a tour as my dogs played, they even washed my puppy down when he got dirty before sending him home! read more

I am highly dissatisfied. I was quoted $50 twice, upon picking up my dog it was $70. I gave the lady specific directions to leave the little amount of black he had under his mouth in person when I dropped him off, also called twice during the day before they gave him a haircut to triple verify cause the lady kept saying "yeahhhhhh, no problem". (Somewhat sounding uncertain) They completely shaved it off. I fear now that the black will not grow back. .When I told them upon picking him up, the lady responded with "well they may not have understood what you meant by keeping all the black" ... Really?! An all white dog with 4 prominent parts of him that are black.. This sucks, I was talking up this place cause they did such a great job the first time and was the right price. My second time was horrendous. Also my dog peed on me out of fear when a big dog was let out while I was paying. How long was he holding that?! That was out of the ordinary for him, taking him to dog parks and him having a bigger dog friend at home he has never done this.. I hope this reaches the owner. I don't know what drastically changed. (Stress from the holidays?) but I'm not coming back and I'll be sure to express my visit whenever and wherever I can. This is highly unacceptable. read more

Been taking my dog there since he was a puppy, but no more. After a week stay came back to a dog with both eyes infected (second time staying there this has happened - they blame the pool which my animal doesn't go in) two puncture wounds in his neck, his bath was not scheduled as requested, and the very worse thing was watching my dog and another clients dog being struck in the face on their dog cameras by one of the workers. Called and Emailed about situation and waiting to hear back from GM. Right now Im looking at a good chunk of change in vet bills (for the second time) and Im expected to just accept the leash they provided being they cant find the one I dropped him off with. Watching the cameras it was clear to me there are too many dogs and not well trained staffed to handle them all. My dog was pestering another dog but a trained professional would know the appropriate way to handle the situation WITHOUT striking an animal. Completely unacceptable all around. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I brought my dog here to get groomed. I took him at around 7am and was told he would not be ready till 3pm. when I picked my dog up his eye was swollen! I asked about this and they said it was nothing and it would go down. by 7pm it did not go down, so I called again and they said it was probably a bee sting and to give him some meds. I did that and nothing changed. I call again and spoke to a manger who could care less about my dog and the pain he is going through. his only advise was to take my dog to a vet and maybe they will pay the bill IF I can prove it happened there! My dog will never go here again! their prices are pretty high as well for such poor service! read more

My dog absolutely LOVES this place!! He wags his little butt and tail side to side every time we pull into B&B's parking lot. He has been going here ever since he was a puppy and we have tried other daycares closer to our house.....but I have never seen him be so happy like he is at B&B at other places....so I just said f* it. I'll drive over there (even in horrendous traffic) bc I know he will have a great time there. I board him at B&B every now and then when I travel out of state because I trust the staff there and I don't ever worry about him when he's at B&B. Thanks B&B!!! read more

Yesterday, we took our 6 yr old, 177 lb Tibetan Mastiff, in to be groomed for the 1st time ever! The staff was fantastic in welcoming him and making him comfortable as soon as he got there. As I said, he had never been groomed before, and had a massive amount of hair, and was shedding besides. The mother/daughter grooming team ( sorry we can't remember their names!) were ready and willing to take on the challenge. I want to tell you that they did an AWESOME job!!! We will definitely use their services again! We will also HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Great first time experience!! read more

I have been boarding here for several years. The original management was just awesome. It started great at first, but those supervisors have left. It seemed some time back that management changed and so did attitude. The tall male supervisor with a mustache was being unnecessarily harsh with another customer's dog when I was checking in. The dog seemed unwilling, and he was dragging it across the floor while it was laying down and whimpering. My heart broke a little for the owner who was watching in pain. Then there was the episode of horrible diarrhea my dog had when I picked him up a year ago. He was covered in it, and I was not contacted. Looks like another reviewer had a similar issue, maybe the dogs passed a bug to each. No explanation of anything, and employees seemed annoyed. Pills were not labeled at checkin with certain employees, like the tall male supervisor. Readers, make sure you get them to fill out that green pill card at checkin. Reservations were lost more than once. There were some signs of rough play that was not managed. There was a baby crying in the back room one time. Dogs and babies just don't mix. It's just been very frustrating. There a new face every time I come here, so employee turnover is a definitely an issue. I hope B&B reads this review and make changes for the better. I would like to keep boarding here but will be checking out alternatives. No cameras in the play areas here like a lot of Denver areas have. read more
