I called the safety dept of this outfit to inform them of what I witnessed and the dude on the other end of the phone was just as carefree as all get-out. He replied that he would call the driver and take care of it. I am very jaded with foreign owned companies as they tend to operate outside the law and thumb their noses at our HOS rules as well as running shit equipment. Legend is no better than Super-Ego trucking in that regard. So when he mentioned that he would contact the driver, I was skeptical. I am pretty familiar with this company as they were a carrier for us back in 2019. We have a requirement that any carriers signed up with us HAS to have enough assets on hand to allow drop and hook. Well, after multiple times of them not having enough available empties in their pool to allow us to pre-load for our customers, we finally terminated their contract with us. And the times they did have emptied available, they had a reject rate of over 80%, meaning the assets on hand were not up to food-grade standard, so that put our operation and reputation at risk. Mind you, we are a multi-national food and beverage company and this was unacceptable. Apologies for the novel, but this outfit STILL pisses me off 7yrs later. One other thing I notice about legend is their steering wheel holders are pretty dang reckless on the interstate(s) as well. Tail-gating and cell phone use is the biggest issues I have witnessed. So word of warning for the motoring public, stay away from them out there. And for any shipper using them, well good luck and I hope that they are meeting the RDD for any orders they are pulling. Classy operation not to mention professional, unbelievable! This company subcontracts drivers and is the worst company to deal with. The NRG sales rep said call their main number to get refund, but you guessed it still trying to get refund and the NRG blocks our calls, so let this be your guide. Reported to BBB, and will keep bothering them till refunded. I have no idea how this company gets 4 stars, but my guess is they are all false reviews. Pay the extra 3 $400.00 and just get a reliable, professional company. THIS COMPANY ISN'T LEGIT!

The attendant is helpful and when I asked if the shuttles are ever cancelled he was honest enough to say that the 11AM shuttle is usually the one to get cancelled and the least full. The place itself is modest looking but has a lot of seating for those needing to wait for their shuttle. You can purchase a bottle of water at the counter if needed, although there is also a convenience store in the same shopping center. Each shuttle is essentially a large passenger van that seats about 10 people. Don't expect a Greyhound experience as these are simple vans. The business is very hard to get a hold of when calling so it's best to show up in person if you have questions. For anyone wondering if this place is legitimate, they are.

We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.
