The attendant is helpful and when I asked if the shuttles are ever cancelled he was honest enough to say that the 11AM shuttle is usually the one to get cancelled and the least full. The place itself is modest looking but has a lot of seating for those needing to wait for their shuttle. You can purchase a bottle of water at the counter if needed, although there is also a convenience store in the same shopping center. Each shuttle is essentially a large passenger van that seats about 10 people. Don't expect a Greyhound experience as these are simple vans. The business is very hard to get a hold of when calling so it's best to show up in person if you have questions. For anyone wondering if this place is legitimate, they are.

The litter in question was from McDonald's. So left over fries, napkins and wrappers were tossed carelessly. I pulled up to his window and mimed a WTF look at him and all he could do was laugh. I called the safety dept of this outfit to inform them of what I witnessed and the dude on the other end of the phone was just as carefree as all get-out. He replied that he would call the driver and take care of it. I am very jaded with foreign owned companies as they tend to operate outside the law and thumb their noses at our HOS rules as well as running shit equipment. Legend is no better than Super-Ego trucking in that regard. So when he mentioned that he would contact the driver, I was skeptical. I am pretty familiar with this company as they were a carrier for us back in 2019. We have a requirement that any carriers signed up with us HAS to have enough assets on hand to allow drop and hook. Well, after multiple times of them not having enough available empties in their pool to allow us to pre-load for our customers, we finally terminated their contract with us. And the times they did have emptied available, they had a reject rate of over 80%, meaning the assets on hand were not up to food-grade standard, so that put our operation and reputation at risk. Mind you, we are a multi-national food and beverage company and this was unacceptable. Apologies for the novel, but this outfit STILL pisses me off 7yrs later. One other thing I notice about legend is their steering wheel holders are pretty dang reckless on the interstate(s) as well. Tail-gating and cell phone use is the biggest issues I have witnessed. So word of warning for the motoring public, stay away from them out there. And for any shipper using them, well good luck and I hope that they are meeting the RDD for any orders they are pulling. This is a trash outfit, pun intended.

Staff/office have the covered parking. Cdl drivers local or over the road are all in the uncovered parking to the left. CMV entrance is in the rear of the facility so be mindful there isn't space to flip a CMV and trlr just off hand. Office staff were friendly when I was there and personable. Everything at this terminal was clean and taken care of. .

She did not take my call but within moments I received an email saying "I regret to inform you that we will not be offering the position to you at this time." I was confused as to the reason why. I tried calling her three times and sent two emails to find out why with no response. I'm a Veteran and sent the "Military Recruiting Leader" an email still hoping for a reason. Nothing! I'm thinking I dodged a bullet with this company if they can't have a discussion. No communication is not good at all, and to say the least, very unprofessional. I understand they are not required legally to offer me a reason but I would think, out of common courtesy for the time I put in, some sort of explanation. Very disappointed in Knight Transportation!
