She wasn't particularly warm at first, but she was friendly enough given that she didn't know me at all. The salon itself was clean (a huge plus in my book!) and looked and felt new. My service (removing old gel polish, plus the remnants of two glued-on protective nail extensions) was done by Amy, who did a fantastic job. She took her time to carefully remove the glued-on product without damaging my real nails, and then completed a new gel manicure on my now pretty, freshly trimmed natural nails. I had requested a clear- coat gel polish, but she suggested one with a light pink tint, and it was perfect! I expect my natural nails will grow out to their former length (1/4" beyond my fingertips) within the next two to three weeks, and I'll definitely be calling Jennifer to book another appointment with Amy! As I paid and left, Jennifer thanked me for coming in and made sure to stock me up with coupons to keep for myself and/or share with family and friends. I thought was a nice touch and a smart way to promote the business without being too in-your-face. I'll be back!

The salon was brightly lit, had lots of colorful holiday decor, and they were playing jingle bells on like a synth recording. We took our spots and had an overall lovely pedicure experience. Both of us got color on our toes, and the application was clean and efficient with good detailing. Our pedicurists were friendly, warm and kept things organized the whole time. The price seemed average for pedis in the area, and we were pleased with the outcome. Downsides- parking is somewhat limited, but if you can get in early, you'll be fine. While we were there, they only played one single song on repeat, which is ok for a bit, but we were there an hour and a half which made it pretty tedious towards the end. Payment is requested to be made via venmo, otherwise they charge for using a card which I wasn't prepared for. Overall, a good experience, and to top it off, we were given Merry Christmas gifts when we left which was a nice touch even though this was our first time visiting them.
