I immediately contacted Avas and was connected to their "bot" system. I stated my flowers were not delivered and for the next 10 days, played a merry go round chase with their automated system and bots. No human interaction at all, except for the two voicemails left with invaild phone numbers. I received about 8 emails saying they had tried to contact me even though they had only contacted me two times, both times when I had my "Focus" on my phone. I finally got feedback last week, with the promise to refund me for both orders. My heartache was that these flowers did not get delivered for my dad's funeral and this played heavily during an emotional time. I gave them 2 stars only because they did promise a refund.
