Prior to getting them, I had initially thought about getting them here or not, but the moment I had hesitantly showed the staff my inspo pic, she assured me it was possible to do. Will recommend is your near Guildford area!!

I have been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years and I have always had amazing…read moreexperiences, until today. I got a french manicure and pedicure done yesterday which was done amazing and when I got up this morning I realized one of my toes had a chip in the white polish. I went in to the salon not thinking it would be a big deal to see if I could get it fixed before my trip and the lady who came to assist me was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable for even asking to get it fixed. I never complained about the service and she made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience, was giving me dirty looks, talking to the other employees and even though I couldn't understand exactly what she was saying it was very obvious she was not talking very nice of me. This was very embarrassing and she even had the nerve to tell me to call next time after she started to fix my nail. The previous owners were wonderful and had great service and staff ALWAYS. Since the recent transition things have changed. I never leave bad reviews but I wanted to this time in hopes the new owners read this and can understand how rude this one particular employee was. Having staff like this will turn clients away very quickly. Even though this is a convenient salon for me, I am really considering never going back because of this awful treatment and how embarrassed this employee made me feel for such a small ask.

I was in earlier (I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment) and I was treated with good service.

I booked facials and pedis for my husband and I to celebrate a birthday…read more Unfortunately because of their staffing, they could only give one of us a facial. The other got a massage instead. My facial was great and relaxing. My skin felt hydrated and glowy afterwards. My husband said his massage was just alright, nothing to rave about (we regularly get massages somewhere else). Being able to do side by side pedicures was nice but my pedicure wasn't that great. The nails were filed a bit too short and my cuticles were also a bit snagged. I think it's hard for the esthetician to do pedis properly when you're basically lying horizontal on the chair lol... plus the lighting is dimmed for your relaxation. Overall I would return again for a facial but wouldn't go for anything else.

They were very responsive and flexible as a couple of us decided to change our minds for what we wanted. When we arrived, there was parking readily available, and the technicians were waiting for us. The salon is on the smaller side but very clean and inviting. Three of us got gel x full sets and one got a regular gel manicure. The experience was very soothing, and the technicians were gentle and checked in frequently to ensure the length and colors were to our liking. We were visiting from out of town but I'm looking forward to the next time I come to the Richmond area because I will for sure book another appointment!

This is by far my favourite place to get a manicure and a pedicure. The staff are so kind and…read morefriendly to you and will always offer you a complimentary hot water or tea. If you get a pedicure, you sit in the massage chairs, and it is very relaxing. For the manicure, you can also get one with or without a massage, but I always like to recommend a massage as it is quite relaxing. If you have a reference idea for the nails that you want, you could always show it to them and talk through what they can do to achieve the look. I definitely recommend calling or booking online as they can sometimes get very busy and are not always able to accommodate walk-ins. With that being said if you are in the area, I do recommend just stopping in and seeing whether or not they have an opening if they do not then they will surely try to book you in for a time that works. They also have a stamp card for services over $50 so that is always a plus and perk for loyal customers.

My nail tech was very efficient, quick and gentle. She was able to clean up my cuticles without causing any redness or irritation. The colour I originally picked turned out to be lighter than the sample, and after doing one nail, she pointed it out to me and went and got another colour she recommended; I agreed and she went ahead with the new shade, and it turned out to be a perfect match for what I had originally wanted. I was happy she made the suggestion since I know some nail technicians just stay quiet and do what you've asked without question. The pricing is great, and the cheapest I've paid in a long time. It's two weeks passed and my nails are growing out great without any chips. One thing I noticed was that over at their pedicure section, the tubs all had plastic liners - I had read somewhere this is actually extremely hygienic and something that should be done more widely. I'm excited to have found a nice nail place in my area, since I've tried a few in the past that were either too expensive or didn't hold up. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

First you are greeted , and then taken to change room/locker room. You get your locker with a key, a cosy and warm bathrobe, slippers and anything else like a rubber band or face mask. The bathroom has toilet and showers. Vanity has all the required items like a blow dry , roller, pins and stuff. Change and be seated in the relaxing lounge to have a cup of tea or wine until ur esthetician comes to take you to your room for services. Omg, my esthetician was having the most soft hands i ever felt. She was very professional and did good job. Whole experience was relaxing and smooth. Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Once your service is done, you can still relax m chill in the lounge and pay to leave whenever you are ready. I haven't tried anything else there but they do have manicures, pedicures and make up application counter apart from facials and massages so check th out.
