RMT is only through one therapist which is only on Tuesdays... bummer, I hope there will be more options later since places like Spautopia has many RMTs so it's easy to have a spa date. Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. Takes 3-6 weeks to experience the full effect. Would totally recommend this place for Dysport injections!

I would not dare say anything to her about what I think of it because I do not want to hurt her feelings and seem ungrateful, but I think she is getting royally ripped off here. The Basic Pedicure (60 minutes, $47) The service started with a 15-20 minute soak of my feet in a pedicure sink, which I thought was a little too long. The remaining 40 minutes or so was spent by my nail tech gently smoothing out my rough skin, trimming my cuticles, shaping and buffing my nails, "massaging" my legs, and applying nail polish. The "massage" itself was lame because I did not feel like I got a massage - it felt more like someone rubbing lotion on my legs for about a minute. That said, I can't complain too much since the objective of the pedi - to have sandal-ready feet - was achieved. The Express Manicure (30 minutes, $18) This was supposed to be a 30-minute service, but mine was over in about 20. The nail tech shaped and buffed my nails, trimmed my cuticles, and applied clear nail polish. She did OK, but it was nothing great. I would have rather saved my Aunt her $18 because my nails did not look much better than they did before the manicure and my cuticles are now cracked and a bit inflamed. Conclusion The staff are nice enough, but they do just a "meh" job and I therefore do not feel that paying to get a mani/pedi here is money well spent. If I weren't so gutless, I would tell my Aunt to save her money and seek better and/or less expensive alternatives to this place.

I found out they were voted best day spa by in their local area and can see why. Their location is warm, relaxing and quite beautiful. It's also very clean and looks like it's very well taken care of, not like some cheap nail places I've been to. It's a little pricier than the cheap nail places but reasonable overall and worth it. If you want quality spa services this is a great place. Their Pitt Meadows location is now easier to get to than ever with the Golden Ears and Pitt River bridges.

My entire life has been a brow struggle. I could write an essay on that alone. I'm going to be honest. I won't be back for brows. I don't know if they just didn't have a range of tints to choose from, but she chose the darkest brown for my brows and told me to scrub them if they were too dark for me. It's not about even the skin tint, the hair colour is wrong. Yes, they were less bold, but the hairs are still nearly black. At other places, they've used a light brown which of course works better with my generally fair features. Do I have to come back more frequently? Yes, but that's also part of being a natural blonde. The shaping and wax was pretty wrong too. I know it's a challenge. They are blonde and I didn't give you how they normally look... but I was also looking to work with my brow shape thinking the microneedling experience would give you a reasonable idea on how to map them, etc... which is why I grew them out. I will certainly have to grow them back out over the next two months since the top-front of my brow was waxed away to a.. weird point? Having said that - they seem to have a lot of interesting services that I would like to try there - hydrofacial, microneedling... all of that. It was clean, quiet, and she worked dilligently and kindly. Parking is easy. I don't really hold it against the spa... very few people get this one right. It's been a struggle for many years.
