I felt comfortable with Mahtab from the beginning, which is important since you're pretty much naked during the sessions. She is very kind, welcoming, and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well taken care of. It's easy to book sessions with her, and her rates are extremely reasonable. Possibly the cheapest in all of metro Vancouver. I'm thirty years old and have struggled with acne on and off since I was about 12. I've been on harsh medications, antibiotics and have seen multiple dermatologists throughout these years, all who just want to prescribe drugs. She instructed me to remove certain things from my diet and lifestyle, also set me up with a new home care routine, and gave me informative literature and guidelines that directly related to my skin condition.
