I was having excess underarm sweat and couldn't wear gray t-shirt, but I have not problem to wear it today! The worst downtime was only first 3-4 days for me so I went back to work a week after the treatment. I was supposed to go back to the clinic to check if I should do 2nd Miradry but because of Covid-19, I needed to go to my home country to stay with my family so I haven't been able to go back there Also, Dr.Kumar did Botox injections for my jaw. The procedure took only 1min and the pain was not that bad. I got 50units of Botox but the result was not big change so I will get little bit more for next time! Overall, my experience with Dr. Kumar and Alina was amazing and I'm happy with my result! I can't wait to see them when I go back to Canada!!

I was expecting the consult to be very to the point, banal and expensive. Instead I met Molly she was such a breath of fresh air! I'm still shocked to have met such a sweet down to earth person in such an unlikely place. Every other consult Id been to was so impersonal and uninformative in comparison. The procedure itself was very quick. Something worth noting was no numbing cream was used, but it went so fast that it was ok. Her prices are also very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HALO!!!!!!!!

I started going here about 18 months ago and am fully satisfied this is the place for me. After…read moretrying many different spas and facials as well as several high end skin care lines I still wasn't happy with my dull, blotchy and congested skin. Since I've started going to SKN I've had a few different facials and have made the gradual switch to using most of their facial products line. The facials immediately made my skin feel so much better, moisturized and smooth. I enjoy the calming and peacefulness of the treatment rooms and the professionalism of the staff. I'm sure they're all great but Danielle is my favourite; so knowledgeable, professional, kind and really listens to try and figure out what is best for you. She was able to diagnose and start treating the part of my facial skin I disliked the most right away (melasma discolored skin due to sun/hormones). I am genuinely happy with my skin now. The goal in my mind when I went there was to eventually feel comfortable going without makeup on any given day - mission accomplished! It's no longer something I think about besides when I'm using my products and feeling thankful for them and the hard work they do. I should note one of the things that impressed me the most about SKN was the lack of pressure to buy products. During facials they inquire as to what you use on your skin and appear to try to work with what you've got but suggest a few small changes. I also left my first facial with several samples, which was very helpful as I could see if it was a routine that worked for me (it totally did, very easy). I've also tried their laser hair removal and highly recommend it, minimally painful and again, professional and thorough. Given the quality of the technicians, space, products, service and overall experience I find that their prices are reasonable. They also have an online product store now (pick up or have it delivered) and they seem to have monthly specials on products and services. If you're unhappy with your skin and ready to do something about it please don't wait any longer - just make an appointment. Thanks to the crew at SKN and keep up the great work!

Very disappointing experience!! I had two treatments at this…read moreclinic and spent over $4,000, but unfortunately saw almost no noticeable improvement. My experience with Dr. Fung during the filler injection was particularly unpleasant. I asked for numbing cream before the injection However, the cream was only applied for about five minutes before he rushed to start the injections. The numbing had clearly not taken effect, and the procedure was extremely painful. When I asked if we could pause for a moment because of the pain, he refused and continued injecting. It was extremely painful !! The entire process felt rushed and careless. After the treatment, I developed a small hard lump on my chin. It has now been five months and the lump is still there. I have had dermal filler treatments many times in the past and have never experienced anything like this before. This makes me seriously question the technique and professionalism of the doctor. I contacted the clinic about this issue about a month after the treatment, but they simply told me it was a "normal reaction" and did not provide any real explanation or solution. Spending over $4,000 and ending up with a long-lasting lump and almost no improvement is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic!

I've had significant hair reduction in the treated areas. Obviously not 100% gone seeing as no laser hair removal treatment gets rid of everything but I would say it's 70% gone and the existing hair is finer and the growth cycle has slowed. Overall I am very happy with the treatment I've received and would recommend their clinic to someone looking for a clean and professional place to be treated.

I have gone to dozens of different electrologists over the years, but there were only a handful that I liked and would see regularly. I thought I was done with electrolysis, until over a year ago. My previous electrolysis had retired, and, now in my 50s, I was not happy about going through the pain (literally and figuratively) of finding an electrologist that I liked, or at least could tolerate. I chose Ginger's because I liked her website. I felt like I could trust her, and that she was experienced and knowledgeable, cared about her clients, and was a genuinely really nice person! And within the first 5 minutes of my first appointment with Ginger, I knew that everything I thought about her was true. Ginger is the best electrologist that I have ever gone to, and I've gone to many electrologists over the years. She is gentle, and extremely conscientious, and she is knowledgeable and professional and attentive and caring. But what makes her truly extraordinary is that she is also one of the nicest people I have every met. For anyone who is thinking about trying electrolysis, but has heard that it's painful is afraid and/or you don't know who to go to, there is nobody better than Ginger. You may have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment with her, but trust me, she's worth it.
