She was trying to convince me to get the wax done but I calmly explained that my face doesn't react well to wax. This lady not only did a rush job but she also threaded the skin off my face is several areas and caused minor cuts. I think she did that just to spite me honestly. Not only was she not gentle with the threading itself but also with positioning my head and holding the skin. She was not pleasant to receive the service from. She also missed a few spots (obviously) as it was rushed. The young girl with glasses who handles the register is always polite and well spoken, though I don't know if she has other duties. When she finished, I got out of my chair to look myself in the mirror but before I could confirm with her that she did okay, she allowed the next (and last) guest into the chair I was sitting in, not giving me the option to get her mistakes fixed even though she had the time. I walked over to the register where this same lady collected my payment. The other girl locked the doors on the inside while I was getting threaded but instead of telling me to wait so she can unlock it, she watched me walk right into the locked door then said something after my attempt to leave, again I think just to spite me for making her do her job. Horrible and miserable lady honestly. I'm not sure if this lady is the owner or just a worker there but this was on a Monday evening I believe.
