She hangs up and tells me she will take dollar for dollar. She rounded it off to $8 American dollars from the bill being $8.40 CAD. I'm not upset over the amount that I had to pay but seriously the way this was handled was wrong. It's about the principle. This lady totally took advantage of the situation that I was in because I didn't have Canadian cash or debit.
