They are old and overly bright. Reminds me of my high school. The staff seem friendly enough. I was a walk in and they were quick to accommodate. Again this place isn't the worst. It's just not that great. I think they need better management. The owner or manager, she's a bit argumentative. She doesn't appreciate any direction. She's quick to dismiss your suggestions or requests. She feels she knows better.

She told me it is typical to have a second treatment and it would be another $300 on top of the $1000 I have already spent.
