I wasted my money and time by getting their laser hair removal package. I even brought this up to their attention multiple times after each session but they kept blaming it on biological factors and hormonal imbalance. After going through all hormonal tests and medical exams, my doctor told me that my hormones are balanced and I am totally healthy. I had to walk out to ask if they remembered I was in there. It still took another 5 minutes for the Doctor to enter the room. But yesterday was the last straw. One hour before my appointment the clinic called to advise me that they were running behind and asked if I could come later. I had planned my entire day's worth of appointments and errands around the Botox appointment so this was very frustrating. I eventually agreed to move my appointment 2 days out but later called back to cancel. It left a really bad taste in my mouth that they can charge me for a full session if I cancel with less than 48 hours notice (because their time is valuable) yet they only offered me a $50 discount for having to rebook 2 days later ..... because apparently my time is not as valuable? No thank you. I'll happily find another provider that is more organized and fair.

The facility is dated and needs more improvement. I needed a paper cup for water fountain at relaxing room, shampoo and body soap at shower. A clock in the sauna. Receptionist was very friendly since I called them booking. The body scrubber, Cindy was awesome. I had basic scrub 30 min for $60. When the booking time comes, the scrubber came to hot tub area to call the TIME, not name. If she called your TIME, head to the bed. I was wearing swimsuits but over the curtain, Cindy asked me to change paper made panty. That was awkward experience but understand she scrub every inches. I think 30 min was good enough for it. Last 5 min, she gave me quick facial with lavender infused steamed towel and gel. And neck and shoulder massage. For spa corner, I would say the salt room is my favorite. After the scrub was done, I changed to provided lounge clothes and stayed in salt room for a while. Just lay down on the mat and let the body soak the minerals. It's bit lighting down and quiet room and perfect for napping. Slightly warm but not hot like sauna. About billing. The charge was $60 for scrub. $25 for spa facility. And paid some doller for scrub mitten that you can use next time. That was fine. When I checked in, they asked me to sign the waiver and pay. That was fine too. But tipping machine showed whole cost included price. I paid the tip against for only the scrub service. Tipping should be like that.

They take their time with their patients, not only are they booked solid they really treat you as a patient and not as a number. I have never felt rushed in the sessions. Through Apex I have seen Dr Alice Fung ( B12 shot) Dr Willie and Dr Bobbie ( both chiropractors, and both amazing!!). There is also RMT and acupuncture, orthopaedics ( got a pair through them, waited a few week and its been great) and IV drips there. It is a one stop shop. Parking is in the plaza (dont park in the massage parlour spot haha). Everytime I walk in I am greeted with pride and professionalism and really look forward to each of my visits. I was happy to hear they are a GO TO Spot for Film Industry people ( Crew, Cast, Stunts)- trust me they know their stuff!

As far as the service goes they were super friendly, not good at speaking English (like at all) but luckily for us there was a Caucasian man there (who massaged me) that was a good translator and very pleasant. He had answered all and any questions I had about the business and how long they've been open(his name is Kevin). He let me know that they are OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! Including holidays from 10:00 until 11:00pm!! That's HUGE for my family, made us very excited since its hard for us to find something to do in the evenings together. My husband ranted and raved about his massage with Mila, as I see the previous reviewer did as well!
