We will be coming here at least twice a week, the price is really good, and very reasonable for us to be able to afford coming at least twice a week, so please don't change the prices because it's a huge factor! As far as the service goes they were super friendly, not good at speaking English (like at all) but luckily for us there was a Caucasian man there (who massaged me) that was a good translator and very pleasant. He had answered all and any questions I had about the business and how long they've been open(his name is Kevin). He let me know that they are OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! Including holidays from 10:00 until 11:00pm!! That's HUGE for my family, made us very excited since its hard for us to find something to do in the evenings together. My husband ranted and raved about his massage with Mila, as I see the previous reviewer did as well! Great job, I am very impressed and excited to be returning here with him to receive the same services. Kevin did a fantastic job at massaging me as well, exited to call this place our new spot!

My benefits pay for $500 a year of this type of treatment, so I thought why the heck not. The reason for my visit was stress management, and I was surprised that this Asian lady could not only speak mandarin, she could also speak french and English. She started with putting about ten different pins in me (some where at the top of my head, on my shin, hands, and feet....kind of felt like a pin cushion lol) Then she did something called acupressure where there were these seed like things put on my ear (on specific pressure points) some were painful, some gave me goose bumps. The session also included a massage & some cupping on my back, and I have these kind of hickey looking things. Looks kind of funny but I did feel like I was floating when I left the office. The whole session came to about $90 for over an hour. Was very thrilled that I get about 4 more sessions covered by the benefits. Give her a call, her English name is June. I am a fan! Woohoo

The facility is dated and needs more improvement. I needed a paper cup for water fountain at relaxing room, shampoo and body soap at shower. A clock in the sauna. Receptionist was very friendly since I called them booking. The body scrubber, Cindy was awesome. I had basic scrub 30 min for $60. When the booking time comes, the scrubber came to hot tub area to call the TIME, not name. If she called your TIME, head to the bed. I was wearing swimsuits but over the curtain, Cindy asked me to change paper made panty. That was awkward experience but understand she scrub every inches. I think 30 min was good enough for it. Last 5 min, she gave me quick facial with lavender infused steamed towel and gel. And neck and shoulder massage. For spa corner, I would say the salt room is my favorite. After the scrub was done, I changed to provided lounge clothes and stayed in salt room for a while. Just lay down on the mat and let the body soak the minerals. It's bit lighting down and quiet room and perfect for napping. Slightly warm but not hot like sauna. About billing. The charge was $60 for scrub. $25 for spa facility. And paid some doller for scrub mitten that you can use next time. That was fine. When I checked in, they asked me to sign the waiver and pay. That was fine too. But tipping machine showed whole cost included price. I paid the tip against for only the scrub service. Tipping should be like that.
