Thuy the RMT is amazing at addressing any concerns and offers stretches to help with issues after. Tried out the new location in Langley. Spa is beautiful. Super bright and airy and big too. Booked RMT- unable to book online but was able to book via email with response promptly. RMT is only through one therapist which is only on Tuesdays... bummer, I hope there will be more options later since places like Spautopia has many RMTs so it's easy to have a spa date. Lounge is beautiful- so bright ... only wish there was an option for it to be dimmer for a more relaxing... nap inducing experience. There's some snacks and water/tea availab Massage was lovely. When I texted them they said I should've called instead (the website says text only and btw their Google mailbox is also not working, as I was trying to email them before and my messages were returned). They said they didn't see my last message and hadn't booked me, and the address was updated on the website. However, when I sent them a screenshot of how the website looked at the moment and that it said "text only" (I'm uploading it here as well), the person said: "Oh, I weird it reverted back I'll talk to the programmer". And then they said I was angry. I was just surprised in a bad way and very confused as nothing like that ever happened to me. Just really weird, maybe it's Mercury retrograde or smth hahaha I myself should've confirmed with them the day before as I haven't received an answer to my last message where I said that the time slot they offered to me works. I made an appointment for a facial because I have a party coming up. Upon my arrival they serve me tea and there's lots cookies on the table as well. They open at 10am and I actually got there about 5-10min early so I didn't expect them to be ready but they are!!! Everything is nice and ready for me. Due to possible infection on my face they told me it's best not to do a facial but they still put some cream and moisturizer on me. They also cleanse my face and gave me a small bottle of cream. ALL FOR FREE! They did not charge me anything and told me go back after couple weeks for my actual facial when my condition is better! I gave they 10 dollar tips and they even told me I really don't have to! The outside of the salon isn't the prettiest but inside is def stunning! The lady was thorough, deft, and gentle when she sensed she was near a sore spot. I also felt like she actively worked on releasing the tension spots when she came across them. I've had a persistent pain in my hip for days and it is now completely gone thanks to some work she did on my neck oddly enough. The facial wasn't aromatic at all but it was very thorough. The extractions were the most painful aspect of a facial I've ever had anywhere, but I really felt she cleaned my pores well. My nose was quite red afterwards, but that has faded overnight. The pain of the extractions undid the relaxation of the body massage but then she did a shoulder, face, and neck massage afterwards which helped me relax again. This facial was the most inclusive package I've ever had. It was very thorough and she explained each step as she went which is helpful to a spa noob like me. She did try to offer me a collagen upgrade for some wrinkles I apparently have, but I declined. So far this is the best spa experience I've ever had. I would definitely go back again for the massage but maybe do the facial only once a month. I'm a big baby about the pain. ;) I only give it four stars because the ambient music and decor could use some updating. The spa is clean, no concern there.

The staff are nice and friendly and experienced, What I liked was that she did talk to me a little especially in the beginning, but she was quiet for 99% of the time and let me relax (which is not what you experience in some other places even expensive luxury spas). I booked for another facial right after the one I got because of the great experience I had, my skin is so soft and fresh now (I went today for my facial). The products WERE scented I have a very sensitive nose and I could definitely tell you that they were scented. The fact that I had bought a discounted deal did not affect the quality of service at all and I got everything I had before (I have been to this place before too).
