When she painted them I had to ask her to fill it spots she missed. When I would tell her something needed to be done she just didn't really listen, it was frustrating. I got sick of it, so I went silent and just left unhappy with them. She needs to stop cutting corners, and do a better job. You also receive a text message reminder the day before in case you forgot you had an appointment. On my first visit, I was a bit confused at the address when I arrived. I called Natalie and was directed to the spa location of a townhouse/condo complex's amenities building. The amenities spa also offers RMT and some tattooing services separately from this business. The treatment room was clean, cosy and relaxing. I have some hyperpigmentation on my face from years of sun exposure I wanted to treat. I wanted my face to look more even and hoped that IPL would benefit more than the hundreds and probably a thousand plus dollars I have spent on skincare products. In total, I bought four treatments and have just completed my third treatment. My complexion looks brighter although some of the hyperpigmentation remain stubborn. I hope the third and fourth treatment will lighten those spots. Natalie is professional and knowledgeable. She made the treatments comfortable. I have tried a couple skincare products from her and I think the products have helped brighten my complexion. She offers other services such as laser hair removal and teeth whitening.

Just a heads up that they make you pay the tax (but it was only $1). I would definitely go back if I had a Groupon.
