When she painted them I had to ask her to fill it spots she missed. When I would tell her something needed to be done she just didn't really listen, it was frustrating. I got sick of it, so I went silent and just left unhappy with them. She needs to stop cutting corners, and do a better job. This is the first review I have ever written on the internet because writing reviews isn't really my thing, but I was SO impressed bymy experience at Rejuva Medispa and Laser that I had to create an account here to share my experience with anyone looking for a reputable place to trust in. Service: Botox and Juvederm Facility: This was the first time that I had ever been inside Rejuva and I was very surprised and impressed. The decor is beautiful, very modern yet warm and inviting - not like most other offices with flourescent lighting. It was very clean and professional but not uptight in any way, I felt very at ease. Staff: Since I first inquired about their services over the phone, the staff have been amazing - super friendly, relatable and knowledgeableand not pushy in any way like a lot ofsales people can be. I felt like I was talking to afriend and felt likethey cared about melike I wasn't just another client in their medispa. They made sure that I was fully informed about the pre and post care of the treatment I was about to have and even shared their own experiences with what they had had done themselves -which a lot of women don't, so it was really nice. Doctor: Dr. Soni was amazing. This was the first time that a doctor has spent this much time with me to make sure that he understood what my goals were and discussed how he planned to achieve them. He even took out a chart that showed all the muscles in the face and explained how botox would effect them - he actually talked me out of getting the normal amount of botox that I usually get because I didn't need it for the results I wanted - turns out that a lot less botox, injected properly would give me the result that I was looking for! It was within a few minutes of meeting Dr. Soni for the first time and sitting in his chair that I felt I could trust him to perform the treatment on me. He was very personable and even though he had another client after me, I never felt rushed in any way. He was so thorough in explaining anything that I wanted to know and was so happy to share his knowledge with me while still respecting my opinion and former beliefs - which most doctors have a hard time doing. Comfort: Anyone who has ever gotten their lips injected knows that it is THE most painful of all the injection sites. I had my lips done once before and even though I was 'happy' with the results, I didn't think that it would be worth doing again because of how painful it was - which says a lot because I have a high pain tolerance and I'm pretty vain! ;) Dr. Soni actually uses a numbing cream that he formulated himself that COMPLETELY numbs your lips so I couldnt feel a thing!Plus, contrary to what I had been told before, he was able to re shape my lips from beingjust two really full lips on a face to a perfect pout shape wherethere is more volume in the center and SO natural looking! I honestly never knew that my lips could look like this - I am amazed and in love with my new lips and cannot stop looking at them! Cost: You only get charged for the amount that is used so you don't have to buy an entire syringe - which most places wont do. He only ended up using half a syringe on my new perfect lips, compared to the other doctor using an entire syringe to just basically inflate my lips without shaping them to match my face and goals. I am the happiest I have ever been with my results and the entire service cost almost HALF as much as I normally paid - which really does prove the importance of going to a skillful doctor. I will never go anywhere else for my cosmetic injectibles again. I am already booked for a skin care consultation at Rejuva as well and am going to look into their other services like laser hair removal. This is totally my new medispa!

In my opinion and experience he will never ever operate without being brutally honest with you. In my case he even refused to do a procedure on me which he felt would result in less than optimum results. If you want a doctor who will operate on you, promise you things he knows he can't deliver either because of your age and or your skin's lack of elasticity (my case) or possibly because you're overweight (I could lose a few pounds) then you should go elsewhere. Dr. Mosher, in my opinion is very cognizant of what he can and what he can't deliver and like any artist (he is a plastic surgeon) he makes me feel as if he does not want to put his stamp of approval on anything he cannot fully endorse. The results I've achieved with Dr. Mosher's care have resulted in a more youthful appearance and not one person would ever know that a scalpel has touched me unless I tell them. Yes Medspa is staffed with knowledgeable and hard working staff. I have had great results using the ZO Skin Health products they've suggested for me. I am nearing 50 years old and I consistently have people say that they think I am 10 years younger than I am. I feel it is a combination of the skin care I have received from the Medspa area of Dr. Mosher's clinic as well as Dr. Mosher's procedures. I highly recommend this centre to anyone wanting to explore a more youthful look without looking as if you've had anything done.

You also receive a text message reminder the day before in case you forgot you had an appointment. On my first visit, I was a bit confused at the address when I arrived. I called Natalie and was directed to the spa location of a townhouse/condo complex's amenities building. The amenities spa also offers RMT and some tattooing services separately from this business. The treatment room was clean, cosy and relaxing. I have some hyperpigmentation on my face from years of sun exposure I wanted to treat. I wanted my face to look more even and hoped that IPL would benefit more than the hundreds and probably a thousand plus dollars I have spent on skincare products. In total, I bought four treatments and have just completed my third treatment. My complexion looks brighter although some of the hyperpigmentation remain stubborn. I hope the third and fourth treatment will lighten those spots. Natalie is professional and knowledgeable. She made the treatments comfortable. The place is a bit hidden as it's on the second floor of a building and the sign isn't too easy to see. But the place is small and clean and there's ample parking in the parking lot. The Australian lady who works there is super nice and friendly. The one who did my wax was Kamal and she was nice, but professional. She did a thorough job and I was happy with the result. Just a heads up that they make you pay the tax (but it was only $1). I would definitely go back if I had a Groupon.
