Prices are a bit vague online as it's not aligned next to the text with cost. Your appointment can be made online at MINDBODY. Nail technician was thorough and took her time. Shellac choices are extensive for the CND brand. Seems like a clean place... albeit a bit odd amongst the blush pink theme/fluffy pillows/acrylic chairs there are hospital grade/brand hand sanitizers, hand soap, lotion, and Kleenex. Wish the place offered a bit more pampering like magazines and beverages during services. Would have loved a longer scrub for pedicure and massage. Price is decent $70 for gel manicure and pedicure. Definitely a nicer option for ambiance in the area.

I went there 2 weeks ago about 45 mins before closing. The lady was free at the time but they were…read morealready wrapping things up for the day. I asked for threading of sideburns and chin to the lady that was there and she was very unpleased that she had to do it. She would have rather waxed my face because its easier for her to do. She was trying to convince me to get the wax done but I calmly explained that my face doesn't react well to wax. This lady not only did a rush job but she also threaded the skin off my face is several areas and caused minor cuts. I think she did that just to spite me honestly. Not only was she not gentle with the threading itself but also with positioning my head and holding the skin. She was not pleasant to receive the service from. She also missed a few spots (obviously) as it was rushed. The young girl with glasses who handles the register is always polite and well spoken, though I don't know if she has other duties. When she finished, I got out of my chair to look myself in the mirror but before I could confirm with her that she did okay, she allowed the next (and last) guest into the chair I was sitting in, not giving me the option to get her mistakes fixed even though she had the time. I walked over to the register where this same lady collected my payment. The other girl locked the doors on the inside while I was getting threaded but instead of telling me to wait so she can unlock it, she watched me walk right into the locked door then said something after my attempt to leave, again I think just to spite me for making her do her job. Horrible and miserable lady honestly. I'm not sure if this lady is the owner or just a worker there but this was on a Monday evening I believe.

These ladies can do your eyebrows however you want - I showed a picture of my brows from when I really liked how they looked and they recreated them for me. I made an appointment (not mandatory but I didn't want to risk them not having someone in) and had to change the time 30 min prior, they were very flexible and easy going and changed it for me no problem. My lady sanitized her hands right before she started working on me, giving her hands a great scent (which is nice when their hands are up close to your face)! Either I am getting tougher or these ladies are just amazing. My last threading was probably the least painful one I have ever had. To finish, the lady asked if I wanted moisturizer (which is very considerate as some people may not) then gave me a lovely face massage and soothed my freshly threaded brows. Overall great experience, great price ($6.80 for brow threading, including task), and great brows out of it! The chair is also super comfy :) Definitely recommend.
