Tried this place out through Uber Eats because traffic was so bad there was just no way to get to it. We ended up going back to our Air BNB and ended up finding this place and decided to try it. After putting in our order and having 3 different drivers cancel on us, we finally got one driver that stuck it out and got our food. To be fair it was some weird event happening with a lot of uh I'll say people in huge jacked up trucks with huge wheels which is why we went back to our Air BNB we felt super uncomfortable. Anyways to the food we ordered quit a bit of food so first up is the cheese and queso. I thought this was really good. The cheese had great flavor and wasn't runny or watery. It was a really good consistency with a slight kick. The chips though were good and crunchy but could have used salt. They were also a touch oily. Next up the sampler. The quesadillas were actually bomb would get again, the mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly and still cheesy, The wings were well sauced but could have used some seasoning. The sauces for everything was also good. Lastly I had this huge bacon cheese burger with a fried onion on it. The burger was seasoned well and cooked just how I wanted it. This bad boy was thick and juicy and I would 100% get this again. The fries however were terrible. All in all I'd definitely order from here again. I hope next time I can actually eat inside the restaurant and try everything fresh.

Friendly local spot in a tourist destination. Great burgers and meaty chicken wings. If you get "hot" sauce be ready. It's flavorful but it's brings significant heat. Limited sides but great pub food overall. Check it out.

We arrived about 5:15 on Sunday. About 25-30 people in the bar. Tod was our waiter. We ordered the pretzels and nachos. We had to ask for plates. The beer cheese was terrible. The cheese tasted like cold beer it had absolutely no cheese taste. The nachos were probably the worse I've ever had. The beer was cold. We were supposed to meet 4 other couples there but we called them and told them not to come. We were so hoping Bluff's would be great as we live within walking distance and myself and my friends love to hang out. We told Tod and 2 others at the bar how unsatisfactory the food was and I told them that I do Yelp. ... good and bad. $39.39 and terrible. A photo taken of the bill.

We stopped in for a bite after shopping all day. Really hot out so we were not going to go anywhere until we saw a sign for BLUFFS ON A BILLBOARD . Found it with ease. Everybody was very polite. We got seated really fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were remotely busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was 830. Our order was taken pretty fast and we got an amazing appetizer and drinks. I've had loaded not shows before, but I've never had loaded nachos that had kidney beans please enjoy our picture. It looks good enough to eat right from the screen That's a five star meal in itself. We left satisfied. We also had a drink, (of course alcohol) but we're over age of 21. lol

Happy to check this place off our list but this is a "one and done" kind of place for us. The owners/managers don't seem to care much because there is no efforts to upkeep. Broken tables, ripped/overly worn seats. The restrooms are one person at a time so quite the wait. Upon arrival we wasn't sure if we were supposed to be seated or seat ourselves. After about 5 minutes of standing amongst other diners waiting to be seated, I went to the bar to ask an employee. She told us to seat ourselves. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer. They tasted like they came straight from the microwave. We also ordered the club sandwich with fries and 8 mild wings. The wings had a good, savory flavor. The club was your typical club. The fries were a bit too salty but cooked well. Again, I'm happy to finally have checked this place out but will not be returning.

Visited on a Friday night (10/6/23). Service was good. Music was loud but it was also music video bingo night. We were looking forward to their prime rib special but apparently they removed it from their menu. We were disappointed, but we decided to try steak fajitas instead. We are from Texas, home of Tex-Mex. DO NOT ORDER STEAK FAJITAS HERE. It does not taste good! Thinly sliced beef with no flavor for $19.99. Husband got a Mountain Margarita for $11 and it was okay. We also shared Zesty Rolls appetizers ($12.99) and they're kinda like southwestern eggrolls at Chili's. A little pricey for 3 eggrolls. We will return but definitely sticking to burger or wings next time. PSA: sit on the right side if you prefer quieter seating.

I hate to crack in to the local hot spot but this place is great! The food is fresh and- seasoned thank god. I couldn't take another tourist trap meal spot. If you get the wings or tenders get the hot chocolate sauce. (A little warning, it's spicy) Service was really quick and everyone here is really friendly.

The food here is AMAZING. Abundant portion sizes and all made fresh to order. The onion rings, burgers, and wings are each massive. Everyone was working well as a team to ensure great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Large flatscreens make watching the game simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of the best margaritas I've had in a long time.... Bartenders know their stuff, too!

This is where the locals come to hang out. Great choice of beers, always new ones being added To the selection. Great choice of burgers, never fail to please. There's always something going on especially on The weekends, lots of tv's for you to watch your favorite game or team. And always friendly and helpful staff. read more

My hubby and I arrived in Pigeon Forge at 8:45 p.m. on a Sunday night hoping to kick off our vacation with an amazing meal only to find out that everything and I do mean EVERYTHING closes at 9 p.m.. Bummer but after some quick googling we found Bluffs and we were immensely grateful. We ordered drinks and wings and potato skins and they were delicious. The prices were not bad at all and the staff were all very kind and friendly. If we lived in the area this would be a place we would hit up regularly. If you are in Pigeon Forge and want a place to grab drinks and some quick bites (especially if it is late on Sunday) give Bluffs a try. It is off the beaten tourist path, but it is worth the drive, if for no other reason, that they do not charge the insane tourist prices. read more

This is a bar, not a kid friendly restaurant. The Yelp search filters have this listed as kid friendly, it most def is not and they don't allow anyone under 21 in after 10p. read more

We dined here because it was seemingly the only place still serving food after staying through park close at DW. I ordered the steak and shrimp with sides of potato salad and broccoli. My husband had the 3 pork burger with fries. All the food was good. They have numerous beers on tap for you to try. There was also karaoke going on if that is your thing. read more

True local dive, great place to meet locals but food is below average. Got club sandwich n burger nothing really to write about jus your run of mill type food nothing special. Great selection on beers I believe 32 to choose from. Stop by if you want to meet and hang with locals read more

Let me just start by saying if you are area you must visit this place. The food was DE-LI_COUS! I'm talking finger licking good. We could not stop talking about how good the food was. Service was good too. We were served by the bartender and she was pretty busy, but she held us down. She gets an A in my book! read more

We stopped by Bluffs mid afternoon because it got decent reviews... the food was ok nothing spectacular. The service was horrible, terrible. It took forever for someone to take our order, and that was the last time we saw her. Too bad too, the place was dead and with all the travelers coming back they would have a chance. Won't be going there again. read more

Ok it wasn't horrible but there were like 6 people standing around while the bartender had to get our drinks and take our order, so we waited a bit longer while the place was basically empty. I am not saying it was horrible food was decent not the best and the people who work their were friendly but to judge it overall, not some place I would go back to again. read more

I saw the bartender sneeze directly into her hands then proceed to grab a lemon and put it in my water. She did this over and over didn't even wipe them off. She was a short bigger blonde. Service was also terrible. We ended up just getting up and leaving. read more

Food was excellent but the front of the restaurant had seven employees outside all smoking with their restaurant uniforms on, directly next to the entry door. When I walked in more were congregating at tables eating food, just staring me at me as I walked in. it appeared like they were closed but they weren't. Seems very unprofessional to have all your staff sitting around at the tables like it's a break room. Made me feel uncomfortable and out of place; I probably won't be back. read more

Came here because the rating was 4/5 stars and if it hadn't been for the service it probably would have been a 5 star rating, BUT let's talk about the service. The place is seat yourself, which isn't necessarily bad, but that means you sit hoping someone notices you. We sat to the right when you walk in. It's near the bar. I guess the bartender is also the waitress??! We got menus and ordered drinks quickly- even got the drink in a timely manner, but then 20 minutes later we're waiting for our waitress to remember us and take our order. She was behind the bar; talking, serving, chatting with coworkers... here we are with our 14 month old waiting 20 minutes to order. We were just about to walk out when she came over and said "what can I get you guys to drink" .... I think she literally forgot that she had served us (maybe even forgot we were there??). We finally ordered. The food was brought out about 10 minutes later, which at this point was a surprise! It was brought out by a different person. The food looked good and was hot. We didn't have ketchup on our table so I waited for our server to stop by and ask if we needed anything else with the food (you know like most servers do right after getting your food) but she never came by. After about 5 minutes I go to the bar to try and ask her, but it was like she was oblivious--- I finally found a bottle on another table and took that. I hate to be THAT person about service because the food was actually very good! But the long wait to start and then the constant feeling of not being paid attention to was frustrating. We didn't even get a single drink refill the whole time we were there and ultimately went to the bar to ask someone else for our check. Also COVID note-- no masks anywhere and no signs requiring it. read more

Let me just say get off the parkway and try this place out. It is AMAZING, huge servings, friendly people, great prices. I got the beer cheese and pretzels(sorry didn't get a pic of those) and the steak sandwich cooked medium rare. Can't say enough good things about all of it read more

Another hidden gem. Good is always greeeat. Sometimes service is slow.but usually because short staffed. We stop by every time we are in the area. Friday and saturday nights are pretty fun usually. Check it out and get the piggly wiggly :) read more

My wife and went to this place even after reading about how slow and poor the service was. We had appetizer combo and everything was great. We then both had burgers and both we excellent. Now the service I agree was not the best. IMO now days most restaurants in this area seemed to be having issues with being fully staffed both out front and in the back, there was only 2 servers and 1 Bartender serving over 12 tables and a dozen at the bar it's understandable they would be slow however being rude is another story, But we didn't see that the staff was doing everything as quick as possible and apologizing when they needed to. So give this place a shot, being from Florida slow service during vacation season is a necessary evil you learn to live with. read more

YUM! The onion rings are delicious. I was able to eat this meal twice because it was so big! Def one of the best restaurants in the area and a great value for the money! Only thing to keep in mind is that it is mainly a bar with a dining area too, but it's still a family friendly environment. read more

Fix your hours on Yelp and Google. You show that your kitchen is open until 1. I walk in at 12:10 to do a Togo order and both douchebag bartenders ignore me so they can chat up some of the female patrons. Finally a customer reaches over the bar to give me a menu. After being completely ignored for 20 minutes I'm finally able to get a word in edge wise between the two dorks trying to be the coolest guys in the room and find out the kitchen is closed for the night (hours sooner than they advertise online). Because of this I'll never go to what could be a good bar it they had bartenders worth a damn. read more

We had dinner with a family of five. The burgers were delicious! My husband and daughter said they were the best they had in a long time. Everything else we ordered was really good. The prices were comparable to everywhere. Service was good. Everyone there was very nice. If you are looking for good food I would suggest going. read more

Don't waste your time! Had heard positive things but not impressed at all. Waitress took way too long to ever initially come to our table (place was 1/2 full at lunch). She asked what we wanted to drink. We just moved here so my hubby asked for a beer menu, she actually made a disapproving face & said she would get one for us, never asking if we would like some water. She never returned with the drink menu so hubby went & stood at bar & waited & waited, finally got one & returned to the table so we could decide what beer we wanted. We sat & sat, other people came in & she helped them but still, she never returned to take our order. We were just about to leave but she returned. When she did return, she came while my husband was in the restroom & asked me if we had decided. I told her that I had, I assumed my husband had decided too but as she could see, he was not there to answer her. She left to get my beer but never returned. He returned from restroom but she never did. We waited & waited. My hubby finally went & stood at the bar to place his order. Instead of helping him, she waited on other folks at the bar & then proceeded to wash glasses, with him standing at the other end trying to place his order! By this time we were both not very happy but we decided to stay because we had heard such good reports on the place. Ordered Wings & the Cheesy Burger. Food took a long, long time to arrive. It looked OK. Wings were good, not very big, but tasted good. Burger was not cooked to order, & Cheesy? You could not tasted the cheese at all. I could see the cheese, but it had no taste. Took forever to get the bill! While we were waiting for our bill, another couple came in and sat beside us. After waiting a long time & no one ever coming to their table, they left! Smart move on their part. If you have a lot of spare time & don't really care about your service, or your food - by all means, go there. We Won't be going back:-( read more

My daughter, her friends, and I stopped here on a Friday night on a recent visit to Pigeon Forge. I had been here once before and remembered the food as good and the atmosphere fun. This visit proved those memories to be accurate. The place was busy but we were able to be seated immediately. The service was friendly and attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. We were so hungry I didn't get a chance to take pictures but each person enjoyed their meal. We had burgers (Surf & Turf, Bacon lovers, and the Sliders) and an appetizer sampler and fried pickles. The burgers were well cooked, juicy, and delicious. Apps came quickly and were tasty. I liked the atmosphere of the place. It's listed as a dive bar but it's really not that. It's definitely a bar but is family friendly with cornhole, pool, and other games. I definitely recommend this place. read more

we visited over spring break due to good reviews on tik tok.... depending on what you're looking for this place could work for you. food was good & hot, drinks were great. ambiance is very simple sooo no dressing up and seat yourself. 3 stars for the ambiance but keep in mind every day changes specials. we visited during the live dj set but maybe would have enjoyed it more on karaoke or wing day. our server was soooo nice and we appreciated her attention to our orders. kitchen staff delivered our meals and you can tell they take pride in their work all in all would visit again w proper expectations for the ambiance read more

We are in Sevierville for our honeymoon so wanted to try a local place. Found Bluffs on Yelp. Our waiter was Derek and he helped us right away. I got the classic burger with avocado added. My husband got the classic burger as well. Our fries were hot and crispy perfection!! Yummmm! The burgers were well done and juicy. Perfect as well! They were so good!!! We got a free appetizer for checking in on Yelp as a new customer so we tried the fried pickles, yumm! They were so good, they came with a spicy chipotle sauce that was so good!! Definitely stop here!! You will not regret it!! We are going back on Thursday for Karaoke :) Derek stopped and talked with us a bit before we left. All so nice!!! Thank you Bluff's!! I finally found found where the locals eat!!! The burger was great. Huge fan of a buttered and grilled bun. The onion ring was clutch! Service was fantastic and food came out in a timely manner. I wouldn't say it's super kid friendly because it does have a large bar. But I think you would be fine bringing the kids during lunch. I live in Knoxville and go to the Sevierville area often. I can't believe they have been open for 10 years and today is the first time I've been. Please skip all the chain restaurants and support local. It's in the plaza where Dave & Busters is located. Enjoy! read more

Good Hole IN The Wall. We were bouncing around Pigeon Forge and asked someone where to get some good beer that also had a jukebox, The Bluffs was one of two places that were recommended. What I like about this bar was it was nice and bright inside. The light colored woods and the open feel made this place seem very inviting. They had a nice selection of craft beers on tap along with Natural Light lol. The jukebox was solid and I played my standard 10 bucks worth of songs and drank my beers. Just a good vibe. I spoke with the bartender who is actually an owner with her husband. She was very pleasant and I was happy to hear that she attended Western Carolina University and played basketball. I've actually been to Western, but that's another story. If your tired of all the chain bars in Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend the Bluffs to wet your whistle. Another solid outing at Bluffs! This is always our first stop when we visit. The wait staff were extremely friendly and efficient! Stared off with some fried pickles that were very tasty, the wife and I split and shared the southwest chicken salad and the I love bacon burger, both were very good! If we were locals, like most are here, this would be favorite hang out. Too bad happy hour is only 'till 5:00pm. read more

Came here on vacation with my friends and wanted to stop somewhere that wasn't crazy busy with a chill environment. Bluffs has a great beer/cider menu and a courteous staff. A couple pool tables and dart boards are contributing to the sports bar feel... but the real MVP is these burgers. I've never had a more flavorful burger and the onion ring that tops each one is amazing. I'd recommend this place over and over again! Go here over all the other burger joints, you won't be disappointed. read more

Phenomenal burgers. Wow. I almost ordered a Cobb salad, and the server explained how their burgers are marinated and handpattied and I'm SO glad I got one. Delicious. ... we were traveling with kids and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a win. Skip the chains on the highway and go to this hidden gem. read more

Service and Atmosphere was nice, overall, as well. Our first server was mostly attentive but did seem to forget our waters for awhile. However, that's the only complaint we had. One thing to note is that the parking lot is steep and tight, but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.

We stopped into Bluffs to celebrate my fiancés birthday. It seemed like a mild environment, although I was disgusted fairly quickly from the cleanliness of the bar and the sanitation procedures from the staff. We never seen anyone wipe a single thing our entire experience. We decided to stay and try make the most of the night. The evening went well until it was apparently time for the so called establishment to close. So the manager (Lisa) starts shouting at the top of her lungs " Everybody get the f*** out!" We were slightly offended but found it comical. As we approached the exit we witnessed an altercation between one of the bartenders and a guest. The bartender was being restrained by other employees indicating he was threatening and trying to fight a customer . I pulled out my for for personal documentation and another employee the starting shoving me and yelled " You can get the f*** out too!" I then asked the absurd lady multiple times too not touch me as I continued to exit the building. Once we approached the exit door I was continued to be harassed by Ms. Absurd and she then fliped me a bird once i exited the building. There was a group of employees at the door smoking cigarettes so I requested to speak to a manager . A large gentleman then said " I am the manager, shut the f*** up!" Then another employee by the name of Chris Bond then asked me what my issue was. As I reported how the absurd lady had treated us he then said to me to "Grow a pair of balls!" From there I honestly flipped my lid and responded to the uneducated man " You need to show some f****** balls!" .That is when he decided to use his amateur mixed martial art skills, instead of professionalism . Chris then threatened me multiple times as fellow staff stood around and allowed him to provoke and threaten me. I have worked in the Pigeon Forge area for roughly 9 years and I have been to Bluffs multiple times and I am also a local football coach and restaurant manager my self. I will never go back to a place who treats loyal guest with zero respect. Not only did I feel extremely unwanted, it unfortunately ended with me not feeling safe for my self or my companions or even for the staff. As a place who poorly manages alcohol, they should not be provoking or threatening guest in any manner. What an upset. This place is a Hippotitis shot and a murder case just waiting to happen. read more

This place is NOT tourist friendly! If you have a foreign ID, avoid this place. After ordering our drinks, the waitress asked for our IDs. She said she could not accept foreign ID and she asked for the passport. No problem, our friends showed their passport and instead of checking the date of birth she started to check his Visa. She wanted to know "if was valid". Even though we were arguing that she does not have the right to check people's Visa status she was still saying that the ID must be issued in the US (but ignoring the fact that passports are valid forms of ID). Bars must verify if you are 21yo, not your status in the country. That was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. I don't know what kind of policy is that. Waitresses are not immigration agents. They apparently want to keep only the locals in that bar. We finally got our stuff and spent our money somewhere else. Being in a touristic area, having our documents checked by a waitress-agent left us with an uncomfortable sensation after a great day in the city. Will not recommend this place to anyone for sure. read more

This place is pathetic. I went over the weekend with my friends and we ordered some beers. The waitress asked for our IDs, we showed her our documents, and she couldn't accept all of them as some of them were not issued by the state, even though some of them were issued by a federal government. Until that point we tolerated. However, when one of my friends showed her his passport, she started to see his Visa and check if it was not expired. Even if it would have been, why would she do that? Bars, Pubs and Clubs are only supposed to verify you are not underage. That's it. Period. It took us less than 10 min to realize we will never even try to go again. read more

I took my daughter and her boyfriend to dinner here on a Saturday night while on a mini-vaca last weekend. I came from KY and she lives in NC. We wanted to watch NCAA tourney and I found this place on YELP!!! The Guys working there were fantastic especially the tall guy that bet us a drink if we could figure out what a sign meant and we couldn't Google. Burger claimed to be the best around, which it lacked on flavor and was uncooked so I barely touched it. Beer was kind of warm and was surprised no music was on. After joining the waitlist online before driving to the restaurant, we were seated immediately upon arrival at a high top in the bar area. I enjoyed the chill vibe. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye. Our server said it was his favorite thing on the menu and I could see why. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was marinated in pineapple ginger sauce and then basted with teriyaki. It was absolutely juicy and delicious. I highly recommend this steak, which rivals the steaks at any of those over-priced steakhouses. The steak came with a salad and I chose the house lemon dressing. I continue to dream about this creamy, slightly salty dressing. They should definitely bottle it and sell it! I chose a baked sweet potato for a side and it was huge and unfortunately not cooked through, but I enjoyed the fully cooked parts. My husband ordered the Killin Me Burger, a full pound of meat with onion straws and thousand Island dressing on a brioche bun. He said it was the best burger he's ever had and my man knows his burgers! The bun was struggling, so my only suggestion is a sturdier bun. A really magnificent meal at a fun place! While a lot of people recommend Local Goat, this is the place I always suggest instead. Everything we've had has been outstanding, from the quality of the food to the excellent service. The only thing that doesn't quite hit the mark for me is the flatbread they serve before the meal. It's a unique touch, but I'd personally rather have fresh yeast rolls. That's a small detail, though, because the rest of the dining experience is exceptional. One piece of advice: make reservations. This place is popular for a reason, and it's well worth planning ahead. If you're looking for one of the best meals in the Sevierville area, Seasons 101 should be at the top of your list.

It's like extortion because wants you realize the parking is 20 dollars and not worth it there is no easy exit without paying. Once you leave the parking area you cannot return without paying another 20 dollars. Then most likely we would not have been able to enjoy it for thinking about $20 for an hour of parking. I'm glad we were able to escape this.
