Cassie and Sebastian were professional, thorough, and transparent in all of their communication. They came highly recommended to me by a friend and I found their initial estimate reasonable. Now, after all work has been completed, I realize just how reasonable their estimate was! Sebastian and his team did a fantastic job and communicated with my every step of the way providing weekly updates via email and easy payment methods. Cassie & Sebastian sent me pictures during the project and Cassie was available to field my questions and provide options based on cost and what they thought would be best for my particular home. I paid for labor and materials and they added frequent communication and peace of mind at no additional cost. Anyone who's done a remodel knows the GC and contractor can make or break a project. I have become handicapped to where I cannot climb our stairs and our son-in-law and my husband came up with an idea to add a walk-in shower in our half bath downstairs for me. The project management was excellent! Casey oversaw everything and was here every day along with Mike working hard. Casey arranged the plumber and the electrician who were also awesome, and the work was done on schedule. Because I am handicapped all of them were very accommodating for my needs (see the black tarp up for my privacy picture) because this is the only bathroom I have available to me. The project was done in a timely manner, and I must say it was perfect and better than expected! The pictures I have included are of the wall before they knocked it out for the shower project and the finished shower fully handicapped. They also made it possible for anyone to take a shower standing up in it also! Now I have to go back and do all their work. How they can begin a project and expose a homeowner to all sorts of repercussions by the state is beyond me. Be alarmed by the cheap bids. They're cheap because they don't follow the laws. The homeowner is liable for proper asbestos disposal / cleanup, fines, a potential lien on your property, and god forbid someone get hurt on the job. A quick trip to your city's building division will verify the legitimacy of any contractor. I encourage this due diligence. Non-tax paying cheaters are all these guys are.

Communication is key and it was so easy from setting up a meeting to get a quote, scheduling the work, and getting updates throughout the entire project. We had a few things that needed to get done, we wanted to replace our back and front exterior doors. Remove our kitchen/dining room flooring and retile the whole area and run electric to a new light fixture. We ordered the materials and Dennis was able to get us on the schedule pretty easily.
