always packed full of bus loads of daycare kids which makes it very loud and crowded and chaotic. doesn't feel safe. Today someone from the daycare barfed in the pool so we went to the lower pool and another child from the daycare got a bloody nose in the pool and then one of the kids took my daughters swim cover and another took our pool noodle. I think without their parents there it's just chaos. It's hard to believe this is the only outdoor pool for Lone Tree residents. We were also over charged which I had to argue about and come back around the line to prove why I needed a refund. read more

Cook creek pool is a very fun place to go in the summer with your friends and family. They have amazing snacks, staffs, and life guards. Definitely recommend coming to cook creek pool during summer break. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! We've had so much fun coming here this past summer. It was lovely to get out and feel somewhat normal during the pandemic. We've come here quite a few times, you don't need to have a reservation, it's basically first come first served. The pool closes about 1pm until 2/3 and reopens for a few hours. They clean during the closed period! read more

Be wary of prices! I got charged for my daughter who isn't even 1 year old. Unfortunately I didn't realize until later that she should've been let in for free. Part of me feels like my money was taken intentionally but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I wish they had clear instructions on how to register for the resident prices. I don't feel like the price is worth it if you're not. read more

We were looking for a fun pool close to home. I had discovered Cook Creek pool on ND. We ended up going several times this summer. Even if it's busy, you can still grab a chair. Families are nice, and don't hoard a chair For every family member that will never use it during their visit. We brought our cooler with snacks and drinks. The kids that work there, we're ALL nice and pleasant. That was the best part. My grand daughter hit her head, they gave her ice and checked in on her. The concession stand- give you more ice for your drinks, don't act like you're a bother. Dipping Dots are $4 not $12, the whole family got in for $38. The kids enjoy the basketball hoops and slides. We love this place! read more

This pool used to be awesome. We went there during 2020 covid and it was perfect. I think they have become relaxed with all their practices. The women life guards wear bottoms where you can't even tell they are wearing bottoms. A male life guard was wearing a hat that said I hot moms. And during adult swim which felt like it had happened more often than not the life guards took the opportunity to play basketball in the pool. Call me a karen but I think there is a time and place for all of this and it isn't when it's a family pool. No life guard by the slide so kids were going on their stomachs head first. Not sure if we went on a day where there wasn't any adults in management but we won't be going to this pool again. read more

Great place for the kids big and small. Giant water slide for the medium up kids. Really fun. Play area for the younger kids. I like that the deeper pool with swim lanes and diving board is down the hill not even visible from the kids area. Plenty of loungers and chairs. The lifeguards seemed attentive and it was not too crowded on a hot Friday. read more

I have been taking my family to all of the South Suburban pools this summer because we have the splash pass. I was very disappointed in not only the life guards; some paying attention and some not but the inconsistency of the rules the life guards upheld. My nephew went down the slide three times by himself before the life guard told him he was too short. Yet, this kid can do flips and dives off the diving board. He is also allowed to go down the slide at other pools like Franklin. The male life guards took their whistles to their head while the females allowed children to have fun. Not impressed and won't be back! read more

This is a nice pool with lots of room but when I've gone the lifeguards are negligent. I watched an older teenager almost land on a small child when he jumped off the diving board because the lifeguard was too busy talking with his friends. Not to mention that one of the lifeguards seemed unnecessarily mean to the kids when transitioning to adult swim saying "everybody get out of the frickin' pool", yelling at a younger girl who was having trouble getting out of the water. Wish they would instruct their lifeguards better. read more
