It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.

Gotta love Free Friday!! I thought it would be super busy…read moreon Friday's but it's actually not too bad. There's a small baby pool and then the larger pool with a slide. Heaps of lifeguards all the time. There a few shaded grass area's as well as lots of seats around the pools so you can pretty much always get a shady or sunny spot. Every hour for about 10 minutes they call Adult swim, which is good and bad depending. When you have a 5 month old baby in the baby pool, and suddenly 20 kids get in, that have no boundaries and regard for you and the baby, then it's not the best. But the large pool is sectioned off so pick up your little baby and go get in the big pool, just not in the section where people might be swimming laps. Working out the parent life like a champion!

Shares a lot with the golf course. -Pool- it's big. Heated. Has a lap lane. They get the kids out once in a while for adults only swimming. 3 star rating is because someone defecated in the pool. At least the lifeguards caught it quickly and shut it all down. They said it would be closed for at least one hour as they shocked the water. I did not want to go back in an hour, sorry. To be fair, this probably happens at many public pools.
