Winded up that all we had to do was reset the breaker what a relief, but I will give the owner kudos because he did state that if we were unable to resolve the issue on our own he would personally come out and figure what the issue was! They have always been really responsive and gave us a good price when you consider permitting and making sure your installation is done to code.
